Check in: The front desk staff were unprofessional and showed a very indifferent attitude. I had already paid for my reservation in advance, yet I was still asked to make the payment again. It was only after I presented my credit card transaction record and the payment receipt that it became clear that the issue was caused by the hotel’s own system. However, no apology was offered, and the staff member remained cold and dismissive throughout the interaction. I think the quality of staff training and professionalism clearly requires urgent improvement.
The room itself is OK. But sound insulation is poor, and the tram noise outside was somewhat disturbing.
The breakfast was average. The coffee was very weak and watery.
