Convenient, quiet, friendly staff
Reservation was set and confirmed for June 25, 2022. Traveling from Florida with children. Hotel called at 9:30pm .. 30 minutes before we were to arrive and the hotel was overbooked. They had no room for us. Called hotels within 120 miles through Tennessee and Kentucky. No availability. Had to drive through night. Spent over 23 hours in car to get home to Illinois.

The location was convenient to I24. Due to COVID the hotel offered "to-go" breakfast bags instead of the hotel breakfast. It was a nice offering to take with us on the road. The staff here was friendly. My only complaint would be the A/C in the room. We just couldn't find a temperature that was comfortable. It was either too cold or too hot. Not a major issue.

Stayed here overnight when traveling from Illinois to Georgia. The room was huge and the facilities were good. The breakfast area was a little cramped, but other than that everything was nice.
This is the second time I've stayed at the Manchester TN Holiday inn Express and Suites, and it was just as good as the first time I stayed there. Easy access off of I-24 (exit 114), friendly and courteous hotel staff, and well-kept rooms. I couldn't ask for better.
We arrived at about two oclock in the afternoon, early, check in is at three. Our room was ready by three but we were at the funeral home and could not leave. We did not order a rollaway until we return to check in. All of the rollaway bed were taken. So I stay at another motel with other family members. Only 4 people stayed there that night. I paid for 5 adults. They reported every thing was clean and very nice. I will say the motel that I stay in did not have any amenities and could not compare to the Holiday Inn Express. A stone's throw off of I-24, about 65 miles SE of Nashville. Plenty of fast food and gas stations equally as close... a good travel stop for the night. A very friendly/helpful front desk attendant was working when I checked in at @ 6:30 pm on 4-27-12 (I hope he's having better luck with his printer). I enjoyed a very clean and comfortable room on the first floor. I would likely stay again. My only gripe would be that the cost of the room was $150+. Yes, it is a Holiday Inn, but still... If you happen to get assigned a handicap accessible room, be sure to take a good look at the shower. Mine seemed to be designed to be wheelchair accessible. The bathroom floor could get very wet very quickly if one was not careful.
