Stately sheltering palapas define the shared spaces of Villa Las Rocas, and a winding palm lined walkway leads to a wooden entry door carved with a smiling sun. Open concept living and dining areas provide seating for over twenty and a commercial kitchen with professional level appliances can serve for any event on site. All accommodations within this premium villa rental are private casita suites, and all are air conditioned with plush bedding, new refrigerators, safes, and iPod docking stations. The 1,600- square foot oceanview primary suite contains a California King bed, living and office spaces, wet bar, private bath with a second Jacuzzi tub, and a private terrace and private beach access. Two garden casitas include a California King bed and covered terrace spaces. Two family casitas are laid out with two queen sized beds, one roll out kid’s bed, kitchenette, seating area, and covered terrace and lawn. Two view casitas share a shaded common patio and a California king bed with a roll out kid’s bed.

Other Things to Note:
Daily housekeeping is included with your rental. Housekeepers will visit daily to make beds, wash and replenish all bath & pool towels, take out trash, sweep and mop floors, clean bathrooms, refresh empty paper products, refresh any soap products provided with rental. Villa housekeeping staff do not work on Sundays or holidays. Consult your concierge for specifics during your dates.
