It is a shame that a resort as peaceful and pleasent with such a wonderful staff would align itself with an outfit as crooked as VRI. The sales staff from VRI will promise you anything to get your money. They will tell about bonus programs that you later find out don't seem to exist. When you attemp to contact your sales representative his phone is no good and he won't answer your emails. When you contact VRI they act like they don't know who this person is and have no knowledge of the program bonuses you agreed to for signing up. The most frustrating part of all this is the lack of cooperation from VRI to rectify the problem. They have your money and that's all they seem to care about. Don't give them any money they won't honor the promises made by the sales staff even when you have it in writing.

Was the first time in Mexico and fell in love with this place. Cabo is a very great little place. Very safe and great food. Best lobster tamale in the world. I crave it all the time LOL We plan on our return trip back real soon

My family of four spent one week at los cabos golf country club and loved it. it is walking distance from walmart and 10min drive from the nightlife, resorts, dining of Cabo San lucas. The resort is located on the main street and had easy access to any bank, beaches and highway. The hotel staff, especially GEO was very informative and helpful. Daily maid service was outstanding. would recommend this place to friends and family.

The ground floor apartment I stayed at was very spacious with a little kitchen. Staff was very friendly and the food served was yummy. Pool is always busy and the main social area. The variety of juices and water mixes were a nice touch around the lobby for refreshments. Secluded and away from the noise and busy downtown. Great for relaxing. Downtown Cabo is about a 5 minute taxi ride.

We went to Cabo on a 2 week vacation, planning only to stay 10 days. We flew down a day early due to air scheduling. We spent that night at Los Cabos Golf Resort and would have been there the 2nd week. Checking in was great and the desk staff very nice. At the room a maid helped us make out the sofa sleeper. She pulled it out and spiders started running. Needless to say, we did NOT want to stay there. It was 10 PM and virtually had no where else to go. The maid didn't think anything was wrong, or the front desk, and either did the man who helped with our luggage. There were no other rooms available, so we slept on top of the covers with clothes on. I had booked thru Interval International and customer service virtually accused me of lying. She said she called the resort and they said everything had been fine. So, she refused to refund us. Very disappointed with I.I. and we ended up cutting our trip down to just the one week at the beautiful Pueblo Bonito Sunset Resort.

The resort was great, the people at Front desk were wonderful, Edgar, Aaron were their for anything we needed, friendly and helpful, also Gustavo, and Ricardo were also very helpful, the women in member service, can't remember name was also wonderful. The resort was very beautiful very spacious rooms, the food and drinks were very good, the pools were very nice. Also enjoyed working out each morning at gym, very close to Walmart, and very affordable . You will need a car or u will be using taxes it's about 10 minute drive to downtown. I would definitely stay here again, Thanks for a great trip.

We had a wonderful three nights at this resort. We booked through Airbnb and got a fantastic rate. I was a little apprehensive as other reviewers had said it's an older crowd here but i didn't get that vibe at all. I'm 23 and my boyfriend is 25, and we had a great time! It certainly is quieter and more laid back than downtown Cabo, which i appreciated. We spent hours lounging by the pool and enjoying the 2 for 1 happy hour. we don't golf so mainly spent our days in the pool and reading. It wasn't too busy while we were there, we saw no small kids but there's two pools and plenty of space for everyone even if it had been busy. Pool side service and food are great, and we ate dinner twice, both time with fantastic service by Felix! We were in A5 which was huge! plenty of space for just the two of us. Service all around is great, although we had a VERY long day full of travel delays and were immediately jumped on by the concierge. They're so sweet and were very helpful in getting things set up for us, i just would have liked the chance to actually get into the room before being asked about activities. Also, we had the HARDEST time finding this resort (our own fault) my advice is print directions beforehand and don't use GPS or maps on your phone while down there. it just did not work for us. Overall, this is a beautiful, peaceful, safe resort with wonderful foliage and lots of wildlife like lizards and birds etc. definitely recommended.

This place has so much potential but it just has not made it yet. We were first in Unit C1 which they call an executive villa however it has no seating inside just the bed a tiny refrigerator, two burner cooktop and cutlery and plates for two. The ceiling fan was not balanced so it made so much noise we had to turn it off. Next the air conditioner also was noisy and the direction of the vents caused the blinds on the sliding door to clank all night long so had to turn the air conditioner off. My husband and I both have back problems so next day we switched units at an additional cost. Moved to unit E6, now we had seating which we would consider a day bed but it was better than no seating. Worst part about this room is that it was right next to the pool, the pool bar and the hot tub. I was awoken at 2 a.m. to work being done at their outdoor restaurant, hammering then welding just when I thought that was over they started pressure cleaning. Ok, almost made it through second night then 7 a.m. they turn on the music. Not a good room swap. Figuring they can't do this every night we stayed put. The next couple nights were quiet except for the music starting so early. A couple nights later and that stupid pressure washer woke me up again, really I wanted to scream. We used the hot tub most nights but one night it was as cold as the pool so we ran back to our room and took hot showers. The housekeeping staff is excellent except for the amount of dust on the open air shelving and the dish drainers in both rooms were so dirty I did not use them. I don't think they expect people to use the drink ware, dishes or flatware. I washed everything before we used it. In both units there were lights that just did not work, in C1 the shower valve is very difficult to use and looks like it's going to break and in E6 the bathroom sink didn't drain. The grounds are impeccably maintained, the bougainvillea are beautiful. There truly is potential in this Resort but it needs maintenance which should NOT be performed while guests are sleeping. The location is convenient, you can easily walk to the Walmart plaza or even into town.

This resort is small but very cozy! It's also very clean and you definitely feel like you've left your home. It is designed with traditional Mexican items like hand painted sinks and feels like a peaceful getaway in the middle of the desert as you're surrounded by the beautiful colors of flower bushes and giant cacti. The staff is excellent and makes you feel at home. If you're looking for a place to relax and have some peace away from the usual Cabo partying this is the place to be. There is only one restaurant here but the food is made as you order it and it is very delicious! It is about 5 minutes from Medano beach which has a lot of vendors but you get the same beautiful clear ocean with an amazing view of the Arco and also great restaurants nearby.

Stayed here for a week and loved it. A little distant from the Marina and anything else (set back quite a ways from the main road). It's not on the beach but that was totally okay with us (their golf course is AMAZING!) We read other reviews and were looking forward to the peace and quiet that other folks mentioned... not on the first weekend we were there. Lots of national tourists with little kids running and splashing around. Not a big deal, we have nieces and nephews so we're used to it. It quieted down the rest of the week. The rooms and facility are impeccably clean. Beds and pillows were comfortable. I read where some reviewers complained of the cost of food and drinks... definitely pricey for Mexico but the standard going rate in the US for cocktails and food. The food was delicious!!!! Two for one cocktails/beer from 1-5pm daily!!! We appreciate any resort that has poolside service. We rented a car when we got here so we made a run to Walmart (3 minute car ride) and bought bottled water, snacks and other sundries (champagne, beer, vodka). We ate breakfast and lunch in our suite and dinner at the Double Eagle restaurant (check Vivas restaurant on the golf course; great food at great prices with awesome service). I agree with other reviews with regard to the concierge. The minute you hit the lobby the "concierge" introduced herself and hit us up for timeshare stuff. We were exhausted from the long travel day and my husband was NOT having IT. The concierge approached us again the following day & my husband made it clear that we were not interested in a timeshare presentation. She was polite and backed off for the rest of our vacation. JUST SAY "NO" IF YOU'RE NOT INTERESTED! All-in-all we would DEFINITELY come back to this resort on future trips to Cabo. Shout out to Jose Luis at the pool... he's the one pool service guy that really stood out.... always checking to make sure we were good. For the dinner service Josue was awesome... polite and great customer service. Gustavo at the front desk deserves accolades as well.... we got lost getting here on the first day and he took the time to guide us back... greeted us with a big smile when we finally got here.
