The room was beautifully decorated, the washer/dryer was a huge plus (not all rooms have them, you need to request them). Didn’t get a chance to use the pool but loved the idea that it was open until midnight. All the staff were very kind and helpful! Would definitely stay here again.

The room was lovely. Very well designed and comfortable. Only issue was the room was not very warm upon arrival. Other than that it met all expectations, cleanliness, comfort and customer service. Also would have been good to have a few toiletries, ( disposable toothbrush, hairbrush/comb etc).

Room was nice, hotel was nice, staff was wonderful. However, charging me 25 pounds per hour for early check in for a room that was already available is horrible service. This decision by them alone will ensure I never return, which is unfortunate as I enjoyed the evocation. Hope the 100 pounds for 4 hours was worth us never returning in our future trips.

Everyone and everything was good. 2 issues - surprised that 5 star hotel had 4ft 6ins beds rather than 5 ft. The hight of the bath made it very difficult to step in.

This was our forth visit to this hotel. We always enjoy the extra space the apartments have to offer and they are always comfortable, clean and tidy. The service in the hotel is generally good. Breakfast is good quality, with good service, there just could be a bit more to choose from on the menu. We love the area the hotel is in. Bethnal Green has some great pubs and a lovely park behind the hotel. It is very handy for the tube but it is also really lovely walking from here, with some of our favourite markets being only half an hours walk away. We would definitely recommend this hotel and will be booking to stay again.

My room was large and very comfortable, however service was nearly non-existent. There was no staff to help me bring my luggage in and out of the hotel, which is accessed via steps. When I called the front desk one evening to ask to borrow a power adaptor I was informed that the hotel no longer lends them out “because guests steal them.” Then suggested I go to the mini mart across the street.

This is a nice hotel with great staff but the condition of the room really doesn’t warrant the price. I had a one bedroom suite and while the space was great, the decor was tried, tiles chipped, sealant peeling away in bathroom etc. needs a good spruce up to be worth the money for the stay. Communal areas are lovely and staff were great but rooms were tired and a bit of a let down.
