Hotel was ok, but few amenities. Clean and convenient for me. Scheduled to be demolished.

plumbing in our second room not very good! We had to change rooms the first night as tub backed up on bathroom floor!

Room could be cleaner, dirty towels and carpet stained throughout. Small bed

I stayed at this hotel while attending the conference at the adjacent conference Center. The hotel was comfortable and convenient. It was also convenient to central London via a tube station 200 yards away. The food at the formal restaurant was quite good and at the sports bar was what you'd expect from food at a sports bar. I would stay here again if I were attending another Congress or a Chelsea football match.

It's not a five star hotel but it was decent hotel that served a purpose. It's right there at STAMPFORD Bridge.

good location, nice and quiet and not too far from downtown

Stayed at this hotel for a week+ to have a full London experience (see a Chelsea FC match and everything London has to offer). Service was friendly and helpful - we accidentally booked a room with two twin beds instead of a single Queen, and they readily changed it. Rooms appear to be serviced twice daily. Had breakfast at the dining room in the mornings, which was a standard English breakfast. It was the same every morning, not great, not terrible. Location is about 1/4 mile from Fulham Broadway tube station which is nice, and there are several good restaurants in the area. All in all, we enjoyed it.

Attended a conference at Chelsea FC so location was perfect. Ten minute walk from the Underground and Fulham village. Close to Chelsea. Hotel staff were very accommodating including finding me a 110v adapter for my stay.

Easy access to under ground and nice, helpful staff.

Fairly basic hotel. It was not as central to all the action of London as we would have liked. Staff was friendly and room was clean but basic. The Millennium hotel in Paris far surpassed this one near the Chelsea stadium.

Outstanding hotel, great staff, large rooms and good bargain. One block from tube stop (fulham broadway),in a neighborhood of good restaurants. Really made our London trip

The hotel is located just next to Chelsea FC. We were there over a weekend when Chelsea played an away game. Hotel sits back from the road and is very quiet. Rooms are modern and decent sized (for London!) Front desk and concierge were very helpful. It's a nice 3-4 star hotel.

Visited with our daughter and two grandchildren who live in London, about ten minutes from the hotel. Modern rooms, friendly staff and great English breakfast.

Good location, only a 400 meter walk from the Fulham/Broadway tube station - which is important when staying in London. This hotel is next door to the Chelsea Football Club (I'm a fan) and is very nice indeed. The hotel was quiet, clean, and new. The staff were ok, but you must remember - particularly if you're traveling from the USA - that you will never get GREAT service in Europe. As far as typical British service goes, this hotel is toward the top. The neighborhood is active without being too much, and I recommend trying "Brogan's" for a good pub experience. Also note: if you're carrying a lot of luggage, and traveling by public transit, you REALLY should chart your hotel and tube station in advance. Tube stations in London can have really narrow steep stairs! Not all the stations have lifts (elevators), so it's important to be getting on/off the tube at stations with the disabled marker if you want to use an elevator for all that luggage.

The hotel was great - good location, price was very reasonable, room was spotless. My only complaint was that our phone wasn't working and the concierge just unplugged it. I missed a call from home because of that and staff had to knock on the door for my wake up call because the phone didn't work.
