Paulina is the gem of this establishment! After traveling all over the UK, she was such a delight! To finally come and relax, with her top notch service, she’s truly a gem to this property! 💎 Plus our accommodations were so superb and Craig with concierge was 5 star customer service! Helped us with all our adventuring needs and even offered to heat up the steam room just for us! 🙌🏻 Alberto was friendly and kind and made check in a breeze. My family and I will be back for another visit! ❤️

For 19 years I’ve frequented London. My wife, who doesn’t enjoy travel, goes overseas with me once a year. The Executive Apartments have become our preferred address when she travels there. The apartment itself just feels like home. On a week to 10 day stay, that’s a game changer. I could elaborate on restaurants, room service, neighborhood - all kinds of attractive things - but I think the thing we love the most is the air conditioner! It’s rare for me to find a London hotel with air conditioners that get too cold, but these guys kill it! And, of course, it’s that 5 star Marriott customer service. In a few weeks, we’re headed for my wife’s annual trip. I now ask for the exact same apartment when she’s with me and they’ve been able to accommodate me each time. Don’t deliberate any further, BOOK IT!

We had a 2BR/2BA apartment, composed of what used to be three hotel rooms. The middle room is now a living room and kitchen, complete with fridge, dishwasher, cooktop, and basic appliances. The hotel staff was very helpful, though the apartments are separate from the Marriott hotel, so elite members (like me) don’t get to use the Marriott Executive Lounge. Not a big issue, since there’s a grocery store less than a 5 minute walk away, and it’s easy to eat breakfast in the room inexpensively. The hotel is an easy walk to the Canary Wharf tube stop via the Crossrail and Canada Place malls. The apartment is near lots of shops and restaurants, so no issue with food nearby if you want. Easy tube into the center of town, though a bit crowded if you go during rush hour. Definitely a great place to stay if you’re a family visiting London!

I've stayed twice this year (17 nights and 14 nights). Rooms are great - spacious, clean and quiet. The staff is incredibly nice. The beds are extremely comfortable and you'll want to take the pillows home. AC is fantastic - gets nice and cold. Plenty of water pressure in the mornings. Excellent location - close to Canary wharf tube and DLR. Also across the street from a very nice movie theater.

Always an easy stay at weekends for the 02 after a concert this time it was Hugh Jackman. Pleasant bar and restaurant on site and nice sized clean rooms. Within walking distance to the DLR or underground stations at Canary Wharf. About six or so restaurants outside in west India key side which are great places to eat inside or outside. Plus also several bars across the small bridge for additional evening and lunch time entertainment. Always a pleasure to stay here due to its convenience and offering. Would highly recommend. Please like if this helped.

I stayed here for 15 days and loved the place. The apartment was big with a proper living room and kitchen. Walkable to the Canary Wharf offices. There are 2 DLR stations and one Underground station in a walking distance. Views are nice, facing the waterfront. Staff are friendly and very helpful (moving heavy luggage & checkin). Cleaning service is not so good, this needs bit improvement as they charge good amount for the apartment. Overall we enjoyed our stay in this place.

Comfortable, clean and spacious rooms. The bed was also very comfortable and the rooms are quite. Try to get a room with view at wharf because it looks fantastic during the night. You have everything in the apartments that you need during your business trip. And I think that I do not have to mention that the location is perfect.

Spent the night here with my girlfriend, asked for some rose petals for a special occasion. They provided these laid out very nicely and as an extra some strawberries and champagne. Thanks Marriott for a great time!

My husband and I stayed at this lovely apartment hotel in December 2018 and really enjoyed our stay. The area is very easy to get around, not too far from central London by taxi, train or bus. There is a picturesque foot bridge across from West India Quay to Canary Wharf, to Carbot Square, an ice skating rink, a shopping mall, grocery shops, and lots of restaurants of various tastes and ethnicities. Our hotel was very clean and lavishly serviced. We got a welcome care basket with starter groceries and chocolates which was a lovely touch. Our check-in and out was friendly and brisk, really top-notch. Concierge was always professional and helpful whether it’s with luggage, getting you a taxi, or receipt and handling of packages. Kitchen was well stocked with appliances and utensils. It was like a home away from home. Every thing you might need was anticipated and provided. Although the fridge was very small especially the freezer, so you do need fairly more frequent trips to the grocery store, which was just over the foot bridge. Room service offered good food at great prices and service. Staff were all friendly and professional. One weekend we requested a roll in bed for my niece who came to stay during her mid-term break from boarding school. This was happily provided without cost. She had a great time ordering room service for burgers, pizza and various sandwiches like a typical teenager and enjoyed the food. We had a great view of the river and surrounding areas. The back entrance is right on the historical quay with a walk area right by the river and the ancient brick wharehouses turned into restaurant and bars. On week days you’d also have a selection of food trucks set up by the river. With a cinema opposite and museums nearby, this is a great apartment hotel for couples to unwind and spend quality time together. In December the entire ground floor is beautifully decorated for Christmas cheer. So was the neighborhood. There are beautiful art installations and sculptures made from relics of the past Wharf and port activities here. It was a really wonderful and enriching experience. Great hotel in a great historical neighborhood. I’ll certainly book again for sure.

Stayed 15 nights at the lovely Marriott Executive Apartments recently. The staff was excellent - welcoming, friendly and professional. The hotel apartments were on the upper floors (9-12) offering great views. Apartments are modern, spacious, clean, comfortable and well equipped. The ambience of the room and sleep quality were excellent. Great links from the hotel to central London. The West India Quay light rail station is a couple of minutes walk away while the Canary Wharf station is about 5-6 minutes away. Shopping is at your doorstep with the Cabot, Canary Wharf and Jubilee Shopping Centres all close by. The huge Westfield Mall in Stratford is a short £1.75 ride away on both the DLR( Docklands Light Railway) and the Jubilee line. A great number of dining options in the area but ensure to sample the in-house Manhattan Grill for a delicious steak. Great value for money. If you are staying at the apartments request rooms riverside.
