This place was laughable. The staff were so loyal but communication seemed to be lost in translation. The bottom sheet on the bed was not fitted and the top sheet was so big it hit the floor. The blanket on the bed had what looked like a burn mark. The shower worked but was stuck on shower even if there was a bathtub. The towels were like sandpaper. Do not disturb sign was often ignored and even taken away so you had to asked for it back. They even claimed that they had regular maintenance checks, their excuse for someone knocking on my door and opening it while I was having a rest. One outlet in the entire room which the tv and fan were connected to and the were so far away from the bed I bought an extension cord. Yes and the acoustics were dreadful. Lots of lead feet and what sounded like someone was rearranging furniture up above very late at night. I admit the price is good but they could do small things that would update it. The location is good. The coffee was good but they could do better!!
We stayed here one very warm night in June and due to the cost of the room in comparison to other hotels nearby were not expecting much. On arrival we had thrown open the window and so when I spied a small creature on one of the beds I thought it had blown in from the trees outside. Not until the following morning when we found small blood smears on the sheets did we become suspicious and try to identify said bugs (a few more tiny ones found in the bedding in the morning) - We couldn't get a wifi connection in the room but when we got an internet connection later that day it turned out they were quite obviously bedbugs - yuk. Couple of days later bites on skin confirmed it. We did mention the insects to the reception staff on check out. The hotel assured us afterwards that the problem with the bugs was isolated to that room and that it would be sorted. The whole hotel is in need of refurbishment and there are a suspicious number of air fresheners festooning the common areas.
My wife and I stayed in this hotel, thankfully for one night, on the 24th July 2017. There is no air conditioning, the wooden floor was in very poor condition and creaked really loudly when walked on, the shower was a meet drizzle of water from three holes in the shower head, the towels were well worn hard and only big enough for a baby, the toilet would only flush again after 10 minutes and the wardrobe and cupboards were falling to pieces. The bed was large and just acceptable however due to the heat and noise from the wooden floor above our room sleep was out of the question. We were informed the usual rate is £210 per night. We had a deal and paid £75 for the night however we would never stay there again even if it was free.
Average hotel , nothing fancy , but good price for location , happy I could park my car to . Breakfast was good , good selection, this place is fine for a nights stay in London . It's 100 yards from Fulham Broadway tube . Great location for bars and clubs in kings road , and one minute from Chelsea football village .
The room was spacious and added bonus of a bath. I was staying one night and this hotel was very close to fulham Broadway tube, Stamford Bridge football ground and had a good sainsburys close by. Breakfast good. I would stay here again no problem.
Stayed here in May on business. Was recommended to go here. Check in was quick but my room was downstairs, wasnt a double as booked but a triple single bed room. Back to reception and moved to a second floor room. To say it was basic is an understatement. It just gives off cheap and nasty. Poor decoration throughout, poor furnishings, poor furniture. Asked for an iron and board and when I put water in the iron and switched it on it poured out over my shirt through a crack in the casing ! Didnt eat here thinking of better judgement. Had breakfast which was Continental style and passable. will not return
Stayed for one night. Clean and comfortable hotel in good location. Rooms could do with some updating and breakfast average but for the cost was fine. Have stayed before and would stay again. Friendly staff and parking available (at a cost) which was a selling point.
On the hottest day of the year staying in a hotel with no air conditioning. The car park charged me £15 a night to park. I was expecting a small charge but this was taking the p... The breakfast was well below par I will not be staying here again. Two stars was generous. Probably the complimentary fruit which swung that
My check-in was swift and efficient and the staff friendly and professional. My room was comfortable and clean, with all the facilities I required. The hotel is conveniently situated for easy travel to the Royal Albert Hall, which was the purpose of my trip. The price I paid was very good value for an hotel of good quality in this location. I have stayed here several times before and I certainly shall again.
Helpful staff, polite and friendly. For Chelsea football club fans , I think that the place is really recommended, but for other guest , I think you will be bothered during match day even if it held away from stamford bridge stadium , thanks for transportation for London system with too many stops in fulham road that access you to central, with busses 14, 211, and 414, I appreciate everything from the staff and hotel manager they are awesome, they help me too much while I was in treatment visit to London with my father.
