Had a amazing stay here! Only booked as it was the closest to Chelsea and Westminster hospital but would now use the hotel every time I stay in london. From a fantastic price to the amazing staff who couldn't do enough for you. A friendly cosy bar and modern restaurant. The location couldn't be better with chelsea football ground to 1 side and Fulham tube the other and plenty of buses to any where in London also close to the major train stations to get out of London we have already booked for our next trip to london.

Use this hotel a lot... it's not fantastic and could do with some improvements. But is clean reasonably priced and on 2 minuted from Fulham Broadway station.. also parking for £10 a day on forecourt is very handy

Hotel needs a massive refurbishment we stayed for one night to go Chelsea match our room was clean but carpet seen better days bathroom dated then at 6am extractor from kitchen turned on (next to our bedroom window) no sleep from then . Sheets very clean but very thin cover over them woke up cold and had to put a top on to keep warm . Breakfast ok but only fried eggs and beans for cooked breakfast cereals and toast fruit as well . Would we stay here again ? No we have stayed at better bed and breakfasts at half the price

The bed was too hard and you can feel the springs. The room fridge made a clicking noise throughout the night. The noise insulation is nil and you therefore hear anyone walking in the halls as if they were in your room. English breakfast consisted of eggs and beans and toast. On the plus: staff was nice.

Stayed a few times before but was charged for parking this time. Worried about our car being damaged as was shunted about by staff so the burger van could fit in the car park for the football. Will have to be totally honest and say that our room this time was pretty disgusting,,,,dust and grime everywhere, mould and stains on the curtains and carpets, bathroom and bedroom floor filthy, toilet was stained black and so on.......we didn't notice all this straight away as literally just dropped off our stuff in the room before going off to the football for the rest of the day. Our room was at the front of the hotel so was directly in earshot of all the traffic.... we couldn't have our windows open due to the noise so shut them (with great difficulty due to them being faulty). Still very noisy but tried to settle down for a nights sleep nevertheless. That never happened as all night long we heard a banging noise from pipes which we assumed to be something to do with the plumbing. Around 2am in the morning a bin lorry came and collected refuse which made a horrendous crash directly outside (outside the hotels control I realise and understand couldn't be helped). After a sleepless night we decided to go for breakfast and found it to be very nice apart from the lady in there who was very miserable grumpy and seemed as if she really didn't want to be there! Didn't bother complaining on leaving as I was too embarrassed to. To be honest I don't think we will be using this place again until some major upgrading, cleaning and changes have been made, sorry :(

I did read the reviews before hand after booking as it was only a footy night so expected nothing fancy, I did not get anything fancy, having said that the room was ok just very tired and desperately needing a refurbishment, the beds were not great but I slept ok actually, major down point was the extremely poor attitude of the receptionist on arrival, no hello, please thank you or anything from her, her receptionist skills really do need improving.

Only really used it for a base, bed and shower no real complaints at the price we got it. Our room was below ground level, so not much to see and the shower is ok for really wee people. Clean and staff friendly enough, ideal if you are down for a Chelsea game, practically in the grounds of the stadium. Continental breakfast or you can buy a full English, all in all great location but could be doing with a an upgrade.

Very friendly staff and great location for the more than bargain price. Breakfast is included BUT it's very basic.....no meat, only eggs and beans and all other cereals and fruit....gets VERY boring with a 4 week stay....I'm sure last time I checked a few pork sausages didn't cost that much ;-)

Overall i enjoyed my stay here and found it good value for money. I feel i must start off with the positive stuff which deserves a mention. The most pleasant surprise was the Continental breakfast i enjoyed during my stay. The range included a variety of cereals, juice, fresh fruit, tea and coffee. Fresh bread rolls, toast, bread and lovely slices of cheese and fried eggs. The hotel must be commended for their breakfast. Thats being despite breakfast being listed on the website to start at 7am on I was informed by the dest as i arrived at 7am that the breakfast doesnt actaully start until 7.30am which was dissapointing. I was later down for breakfast the previous morning so i dont know if the 7.30am start is everyday or a new change that the website hasnt updated yet?. Check-in went well and we were dealt with well by an efficient woman but later that evening upon asking the night porter for our room key on the main desk we were met by what i can only best describe as a passive belligerent man in his late 50's, grey hair. We gave him our room number and we were told quite matter of factly that no such room number existed!. We repeated it again twice and he looked up and said in a neutral way there is no such room number. So unable or unwilling to help us in out quest for our room key we took the lead and gave him our name. He went into the side room and appeared a moment later speaking all of a sudden in a French twang. He went into a semi gibberish mantra of some sort holding a key and when he was finished handed the key over with no word of apology and in a tone as to suggest we were the ones who caused the misunderstanding. He wasnt angry or agressive but rather beligerant is the best way to describe him and it It was far from a pleasant encounter at the end of an otherwise good day out visiting London. Also during our stay the fire alarm in out room went off full blast at about 5am in the morning waking us as you can imagine. We quickly established there was no fire and when i made my way to the front desk to find out more i was met by the night porter(not the same guy mentioned above) in as much shock and confusement as myself. He was able to tell me the fire alarms in the rooms of the whole floor went off. It wasnt just a hall fire alarm it was the alarms in the rooms. Some people made their way outside for a time, some came down to the desk to enquire and some stayed in their rooms. There was no directive from anyone in the hotel as to what residents were meant to do of where to assemble and no mention of a fire assembly point. After the fire alarm went off nobody came to my bedroom door with a directive. The night porter was clearly not trained for this eventuality. I would suggest a fire policy and procedure guideline to be trained to hotel staff for the safety of the guests or an annual refresher course if staff were briefed of what to do in event of fire or fire alarm. To a lesser importance there were no fresh towels left in the room on the 2nd day of our stay. We did get them on request however. Twice i observed floor tiles being mopped without the yellow watch your step cone present and tiles are slippy at reception!. So this with the lack of a fire plan or adequate alarm system make things a bit of a health and safety risk in my opinion. I dont give this rating a poor score and would have liked to upgrade it to very good but there was just too many things during my stay which prevents me from doing so. I hope the more negative points mentioned here are taken in a constructive way as intended and not as direct complaint as there is nothing said that cant be put right and if they are put right then you have a very nice little operation here and the residents have more peace of mind. All staff other than the passive belligerent night porter we encountered were a good bunch and clearly work hard and deserve acknowledgement but there are definite work practices that are either not being observed or inadequate training was provided for. The lack of any type of fire procedure enacted was the biggest and most important point of the lot.

Absolutely awful the room was dirty hair all over the bath room toothpaste on the tap Warter marks on the mirror, the floor hadn't been hoverd , Stains on the bedding, bed moved so much thought it was going to fall apart, net curtains was gray not white where they hadn't been cleaned, the room was coverd in dust, rubbish left from the last people in there, the room was freezing cold and just got told there was nothing they could do.the staff was rude and so unhelpful it was a joke the place seemed Likea it was falling apart, it was that dirty we didn't even have the breckfast we paid for
