Room , staff, facilities excellent!!!! Location great!!! Three stars no more like four stars!!!Will definitely stay again!!!First time in a holiday Inn hotel but not the last.Price of room great for London!!!!!!

I have been hunting for a little while for a good quality well priced hotel for stays when I work from Canary Wharf. This was my first stay and will now be my default hotel. Clean and well run. The staff are very friendly and professional and the room was very nice with desk facilities and free internet. The bar and outdoor terrace are lovely and although I did not eat here the location is amazing. Westfield shopping centre is all around you and the world food hall there will cater for every taste. I love to swim to compensate for the food and wine and the Olympic aquatic centre is a 100m walk from the front door of the hotel. A real treat. I will be back!

We Have just returned home to California from a wonderful long trip to London with jaunts to Paris, Chartres Cathedral and Tuscany. Each time we returned to London we went back to our favorite hotel in east London; the Stratford Holiday Inn. Why do we always go back to this hotel? Price, location, views, staff, room quality, great bathroom, comfort, excellent bar, good breakfast and dinner, comfortable excellent bed. First of all the whole staff is exceptionally friendly and responsive. The location is within the huge Westfield shopping center which has everything including two great grocery stores, Waitrows and Marks and Spencer as well as all the many known designer and unknown shops and restaurants. It is a few steps from the underground rail system as well as black cabs. The price is very inexpensive for a good London hotel. The location is right across from olympic park which features beautiful walking trails through man made wild flower meadows or fitness areas and the remaining Olympic buildings like the Velo dome for cycling and the swimming pavilion. Many people walk about here and go to events. The hotel windows all look out toward this great park. We always book the executive suite because for a small amount more the room is much bigger and a king bed. The bathroom is well appointed excellent shower head glass door and wall nice sink and plenty of room. Breakfast is by voucher which you pay for and is an enormous buffet. I am very particular about good strong coffee and theirs meets my standards its delicious. The bar is great and includes a huge long terrace which runs the length of the building. Lovely for an outdoor drink weather permitting. We will always return and recommend as the best all around hotel in London for the traveler who does not want a super luxe very expensive hotel experience.

I stayed overnight with my son. I can’t fault the hotel. It was what exactly what you would expect. It was incredible clean. The room was a good size. Breakfast the next morning was really good. My son loved the pancake machine. We will defiantly stay again.

We were here twice over a 10 day period. Once using money and once using points. On both occasions we were treated in an outstanding manner! The concierge and front desk were both friendly and very helpful. The executive room was large by British standards (we've been in some tiny 5 star hovels over the years) with some modern conveniences such as USB ports. The king bed was extremely comfortable and the room can be made very dark - excellent for sleeping. On our final night we wanted a hot chocolate but the cleaner hadn’t replaced the packets so I asked the front desk to send some up. To our surprise, they sent up two readymade hot chocolates. They didn’t have to do that. It’s the little things that make a stay memorable. Thanks!

Several days a week my company books conference rooms here for courses. The service, attention to detail, refreshements and organisation of the staff is exceptional. Patrick is always very welcoming and polite. Thank you

Very good experience in hosting a two day work shop at the Holiday Inn Stratford, highly recommend. The room facilities and break out area was perfect. Lunch was decent too. Particular thanks to Patrick for hosting us and for being ever on hand with any queries.

I spent few days in Holiday inn and I am reallyhappy of the Bar Staff. in particular I remember their Smiles and their good attitude to satisfy all we needed. I and my 4 kids would like to thanks all the chefs because of delicious food we had. Finally, Artiom Antonino and Emanuel are stars and made us feel home. I will definitely be back again. Thanks a lot Holiday Inn

Stayed in this hotel on a business trip and have stayed in many places for the same purpose and this was by far the best so far. Every evening in the bar/ restaurant I was waited on by Antonino who was attentive without being intrusive and super friendly and helpful. In fact all the staff were great including the concierge who gave me great advice on how to find the hotel when I got lost. I would definitely recommend to my boss and colleagues for future stays.

We have never stayed here but for the last six years we frequently use the terrace bar both indoors and outdoors for dinner dates. Although we were offered and supposed to use the bar menu we always choose the restaurant menu which the team are open to provide to us. The food is very good the service is always friendly from a team who want to ensure you do enjoy your visit. On our last visit we were looked after by the extremely personable Arianna F, the Restaurant Manager, who helped guarantee a great evening for us.
