Heat death trap with no air con

Lovely hotel but my 2 kids and I were put in a room with no air conditioning and a heat death trap. The staff then pretended they didn't know the air conditioning wasnt working when clearly one could see it hadn't worked in days! We were then handed a portable fan that could barely stand up! Never staying again

Hilton Syon Park is a great place to stay, when visiting all the great attractions in west London. The welcoming staff were very friendly and helpful in all areas, particularly the breakfast service. Great choice on offer too. If you like aeroplanes you'll love the frequency of the Heathrow-bound jets. Didn't bother us, as the glazing in the rooms is very good. Rooms are very spacious, but the decor is a little tired and there are some light switch functions that no longer work, but this didn't spoil our short stay. Thoroughly recommend.

Really nice hotel, peaceful & quiet, easy transport links to Kew & central London. Bit disappointed at all the extra charges on arrival, e.g. £25 to use the pool, £7 service charge in the bar. Room was very comfortable though, & we would stay again.
