Staff are very warm and welcoming from the minute you arrive. I was there to attend an Indian wedding, so I had to get my Saree on as I couldn’t drive with it, and they kindly let me use the spa changing rooms until I could check in, as soon as my room was ready. Other guests were clearly as happy as me, and chatted with them in the Lifts. My room was comfortable and inviting, bed was amazing. Breakfast staff the next day were soo helpful. Went for a walk and found the lovely Syon Park Main House, a lovely garden centre, and a very nice Ice cream man in his van 😃 Bring cash though, he has no truck with card payments. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a stay, even for one night, you won’t regret it.
A gorgeous hotel loved everything. The hotel was very busy with weddings but all staff very helpful. We had 2 lovely rooms with lots of luxurious touches. The terrace area outside felt like we were abroad sat outside eating and drinking. Breakfast was lovely and tasty with excellent choices. The spa was gorgeous and we all enjoyed it. The hotel is in gorgeous surroundings. Only slight draw back was the areoplanes when outside as it is on flight path but you don’t notice much when in your room. Would recommend and stay again
My partner received a voucher for tea at The Ritz so we were looking for a hotel near to, but not in, central London. We chose the Hilton because of it's location, close to central London and near to Kew Gardens. The setting of the hotel, within the grounds of Syon Park, meant that we were staying in a little oasis near the centre of London. Transport into central London was easy as Syon lane rail station was a ten minute walk away with access to Waterloo and the underground. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, which helped to make our stay so enjoyable. The room and facilities at the hotel were first class and the choices at breakfast were excellent.
This was our second stay at this hotel. It’s modern, smart, clean and just feels right. The location is also great, just outside of Syon Park with park entry fee for hotel guests. We walked to Kew Gardens but there’s plenty of other places alongside the Thames. There’s obviously a bit of noise from the airport but it didn’t bother us.
Absolutely amazing hotel, Great balconies and some awesome fields for scenic views, the enchanted forest lays just beside this wonderful lodge looking hotel! Super exciting and i would love to stay again! Buffet food was amazing!!
I would like to highlight the 5 star service I was greeted with by two individuals. Manfred (Concierge) and Mario (Waiter). They went above and beyond normal expectations and made us feel very welcomed. Also Mario (Waiter) was very attentive and made my 30th birthday a special one. I will surely recommend this hotel to friend and family.
Overall the stay was lovely. We stayed here for our anniversary. Our Queen room was just right and our balcony had a view over the gardens- it was so nice to look out at as it was like a Summers day!....but our experience at the steak house for dinner was not great. We couldn’t get the attention off the waiter. Our dinner came extremely quick but the food was very good- no problem with the food!.. then it took 25 mins to get the attention off a waiter to order dessert and coffee! The same experience occurred during lunch in the outside bar the same day..It was fine as we weren’t in a rush but we did feel almost forgotten to be honest as we would notice from other guests also. I think this was a big deal because they put a service charge on your bill.....!! Overall, the room, the cleanliness and actual food was lovely. Beautiful view from our room also. So I would rate the hotel 4* as it already is but as customer service is a big deal to us, a lot of change would need to happen in order for it to be 5* I would recommend someone to stay here as I would just prepare them to not expect much from the customer service !..
Stayed over for a wedding at nearby Syon House, fantastic stay. Room was very spacious, large bathroom, great shower, use of your own private balcony. Good amenities. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!
I have been charged twice for my stay at this hotel, leaving me with £200 less in my bank account for over a week now. I only keep a float in my main account and this caused me to go into my overdraft. Mistakes happen and I called the hotel thinking we could get this resolved - how naive of me. The hotel have been beyond useless and have simply fobbed me off telling me I have no choice but to wait for the charge to ‘expire’ - leaving me without the cash for a week and a half (I still don’t have it at the time of writing!). I would be happy to forget about it if the hotel tried to help and/or offered a small refund for the inconvenience but they have no interest in doing either - one phone call and numerous emails later I am still in the same position and the hotel still do not care. This is the level of customer service you can expect if something goes wrong. Avoid.
Spacious room with a private balcony. All high quality and comfortable. Everywhere was spacious. Breakfast was excellent. I don't have anything negative to say about this hotel at all. It was all top notch.
