This is a great place to stay for business. You also see some footballers in as it's close to Sky sports. I saw Cesc Fabregas in the bar on my last visit. It's not close to the tube but there is a railway station close by. You don't feel like you're in the city however and it's very close to the Thames. The rooms are very well furnished and the bathroom is very swanky. I love the fact that the switches have a small blue so you can see them. There is a wide range of food for breakfast and it's hard to fault

Friends have celebrated their 50 and 60 birthday parties hear and on both occasion not been disappointed at service & professional were it's all organised Had food tastings for both parties and wine tastings so we got it right at same time of booking months before the two events block book rooms so friends could stay at the hotel There's great pool and lounge plus spa that you should book in advance Like any hotel the hire of the party rooms not cheap and food depending what you order sit down or buffet But with help of the banqueting staff all should run like clock work They allow you to bring in your own birthday cakes and style the tables and room with in reason A good place to celebrate

Superb 5 Start Experience, the hotel facilities and outside bar area are nothing short of fantastic. Staff very accommodating and the quality of the food is very good. I would recommend the Chateaubriand in the marco pierre white restaurant.

We had a brilliant stay. Everything with room was extremely clean and well prepared. Lunch, dinner and breakfast all had relaxed atmosphere and excellent service. My only complaint....my tuna sandwich at lunchtime had lots of mayonnaise but very little tuna! I was surprised, I expected a £7 sandwich to be good but Ive had MUCH better supermarket ones for a third of the price! However, forgetting that....we couldn't fault the rest of the hotel...especially the lovely lady that checked me and my son into the swimming pool was really friendly and very helpful! Would recommend and re-visit for sure!

We stayed two nights here while we had a day out in Kew Gardens. Plus points: luxurious hotel in a stunning setting for a city hotel. We had a club room, (but I suspect that the standard rooms are pretty good too) with a French window onto a patio facing trees and green grass. The bathroom was large and luxuriously fitted, the towels huge and fluffy, the bed was huge and comfortable, and the TV must have been a mile and a half across – huge. The staff were lovely, all very helpful and friendly but the best bit is the restaurant. We were on a dinner, bed and breakfast deal so the price of the items wasn’t a great concern – but steaks were £21 to just over £30 (each for a Chateaubriand for two) with other main courses in the teens. The menu was unchanging but nevertheless had some unusual and very tasty items. A real experience. Downsides? It’s right under the flight path for Heathrow, which is very noisy if you are outside, or have the French window open, but with the windows shut there is very little noise intrusion. Not easy to get to by train or underground, but easy enough in a taxi. No draught beer in the bar was a disappointment, but they did have canned Guinness and – a real surprise, my second choice for an aperitif – pastis – wasn’t stocked. Minus points, but not enough to make much difference. Overall, a lovely hotel with great staff and a restaurant to remember. Would I stay here again? Certainly if I were in the area.

Hotel Syon Park is an Oasis of calm in a busy city (although you do have to accept the aircraft noise above). The hotel is close to Brentford Lock and Kew Gardens and of course Syon House is literally on the doorstep. A great place to stay for a few days.

An absolutely stunning hotel set in the most beautiful surroundings. Would highly recommend a walk around the beautiful Syon Park “a small part of which is gated entry for guests” I don’t know about small but we spent a good 2 hours on a beautiful sunny afternoon wandering around among the flowers, Greenhouse and lakeside walks it was and absolute gem in the middle of the busy City. Rooms were beautifully decorated and comfortable with a well stocked mini bar. Nice guest area and bar a with a lovely outside boothed area for eating or just having a drink. The restaurant and food was amazing and the staff very accommodating although on the weekend if you want to eat early 7-8.30 I would book in advance of your stay.

Stayed at this hotel for our anniversary weekend and booked a King Deluxe Room. The room was quite nice but really starting to show signs of wear and tear, and this is not a cheap room. The bed was really comfortable with crisp clean white bedding. The bathroom was very nice with plenty of toiletries, robes and slippers. We had breakfast which I would best describe as ok. We also had dinner in their restaurant; the food was fine but couldn't be described as fine dining. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The outside patio area is a lovely place to sit, have a drink and relax. On the Saturday evening there was a great vibe to the place with chilled out music in the background. We used this hotel as a base to visit Kew Gardens, but on the Sunday we walked round Syon Park, which is very nice and well worth a visit, as is the short walk to Bianca Marton's chocolate shop! We were left chocolate cake with a Happy Anniversary message in our room and provided with a second one after our dinner, which was really very thoughtful. If was staying in this area again I would consider staying at Hilton Syon Park but would probably skip the breakfast.

Arrived early, and our room was ready before check time. Very friendly receptionist. Had some afternoon snacks in the outside bar area, nice lunchtime menu. The king delux room was very large, leading onto a private terrace (handy if you smoke). A bit garish, black velvet, chrome and crystal. Huge bed, soft and plump pillows. The bathroom is huge, rainfall shower, bath with tv. Gowns and slippers are provided free of charge. The pool and spa area downstairs are very nice. Jacuzzi, sauna and steam room are very nicely done, and a large warm pool. Lots of beds and seating. Went for a drink before dinner, ordered 2 cocktails, and unfortunately there was only 1 barman, so the beverages took an extreme amount of time to arrive. Lots of staff, very friendly but the service is incredibly slow. Overall, a nice hotel.

This hotel is a sanctuary amongst the hustle and bustle of the Brentfird area. Quiet and comfortable for a business stay. The menus in the bar and restaurant are a little limited but that would just be an obersvation and not a criticism
