The hotel is in a beautiful ancient park - which is definitely the highlight. The spa is also relaxing at the end of the day and was not crowded on my week night evening visit. Its also quiet. The decor in my room was kind of awful - not something I would usually comment on - but every fixture and fitting was a dark shade of grey, and the whole look was dated. The flush on the toilet was also very slow to refill the cistern - and although it had been cleaned, the flush had obviously let the cleaners down... Having worked late, I ordered breakfast in my room the next day but when it didn't arrive in the specified time - I discovered that that my order had not been collected after I'd hung it on the door the night before. I called the front desk - who sent something up within half an hour - but when it arrived it was stone cold. I did complain on check out and they removed the tray charge from my bill, I also told them about the toilet but got no response - had I not been in a rush I would have asked for a bigger discount. I paid £165 for the room and I did not receive a level of service that was worth that.

I was only looking for somewhere reasonably priced for a stay over in London. Instead I got a luxury spa hotel for just over £100, including free car parking. In all ways stunning, and not far from Heathrow either. Dinner is in Marco Pierre White's (on-site) restaurant. Very tasty, although not such good value as the rooms. One downside - there's no draught beer in the bar!

Recently stayed at the Syon Park and enjoyed a great dinner in the Marco Pierre White restaurant, our waiter Dimitris Christou was an excellent host, knowledgeable about the menu and the wine, as well as being a great conversationist. We were made to feel very welcome and valued. Overall the hotel is perfect for a stay in this part of London and ideal for quick connections to Heathrow.

Talk about Location you are in a beautiful Park next to the River Thames isolated from the hectic London life enough of the surroundings. When you walk in you are greeted by the duty manager and directed to the Resturant where the Maitrede takes your coats and escorts you to your table. At the Marco Piere White run restaurant you are invited to peruse the extensive menu for whatever you francy T bone for me and Fish pie for my partner good portions I started with soup and canonbert all substantial, elegant night out if you don't visit you will never know what you've missed

I stayed here as a Valentine’s present, and it was a lovely experience. The room was very comfortable, the decoration was nice and the illumination gave the room a very cosy feeling. We went for a swim and used the sauna, steaming room and jacuzzi, we relaxed and really enjoyed it. We had dinner at the Marco Pierre Restaurant and the food was amazing, good size of portions and the taste was great. Service in general was very friendly and efficient, I tried checking in online but there was an error and sent a message, 5 minutes after they called to confirm my request. The only thing was that all the plants in the balconies were dry, maybe in spring/summer it looks lot better. Will definitely come back.

Cracking value Sunday night deal inclusive of three course meal, 2 x short spa treatments and breakfast on Monday morning. We paid a small fee to upgrade if a room was available and had a lovely room in the Clubhouse area of the hotel, with a view towards Syon House Estate. It was well worth paying a small supplement to order a great quality steak in the on-sight Marco Pierre White restaurant and I have to say that it was excellent. The Spa are was also great for the price and the staff were all very friendly and professional. All in all I would thoroughly recommend it for the price and locality to London. Hidden Gem - Save some time to walk around the lake and gardens of the Syon House Estate from the rear of the hotel....absolutely beautiful, especially with the recent snow!

What a hotel! Such a beautiful setting. Room was upgraded for my husbands birthday. Everything was out of this world. Spa facilities were fantastic. Seeing the England Team was an added bonus! The staff couldn’t have done any more for you and were so helpful.

The hotel is lovely, the rooms and the spa are just spectacular. However what impressed me the most was Daniel's service at the lovely Marco Pierre restaurant. Daniel was friendly, cheerful helpful and with a wide knowledge of wine and food. This exactly the customer service I was expecting from such an extraordinary hotel. Well done Daniel!

Myself and my business partner organised a 30 plus group as a launch for our business project at the restaurant. The food was amazing. The service was excellent and the manager of the restaurant oversaw everything and it all ran very smoothly. There were also plenty of waiters and no one was ever left waiting. All this and the cost was very reasonable. Overall a great experience and highly recommended.

Me and my partner stayed here for our anniversary weekend. The room we were given was stunning and the hotel even left us a welcome cake wishing us a happy anniversary - lovely touch! All the staff we spoke to were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was lovely and hot with a wide variety of choice. Spa was clean and well maintained. My only improvement to mention is that under our bed there was rose petals and a wrapper of the intimate kind from the previous guests so maybe a more thorough inspection/clean is needed. But the room itself was spotless and well stocked - my partner loved the TV in the bath! We will definitely be visiting here again! Thank you for a pleasant stay.
