Easy access to highway I75, late, so unable to use pool. Coffee in am when first opened breakfast was cold, as if had been left all night.
Booked and paid for a room and when I showed up they said we have your reservation but not your room. My money was taken and they gave my room away after a long day of work on Memorial Day weekend I had to drive another 150 miles to find another hotel at 10pm at night.
Our room was in the basement of the hotel, and they were not full. We were verbally berated by the desk clerk for using Orbitz as opposed to booking our room on the hotels website. And to top it off the fire alarm went off around 5:15 am for about 5 minutes.
We were attending a friends oarty and had no idea of the area. The gentleman at the desk, made us hand written directions to the venue. As we left hotel to go, he was waiting for us to share the directions. Very nice.

We paid more than $175.00 a night for 2 nights to stay for the Alabama/Tennessee game. We had many options but chose this hotel in part based on the photos that were used to represent what the consumer should expect when booking. However, when we arrived, they hotel was under major construction where the entire lobby was completely dismantled. The check counter was a card table. Construction equipment laying all around. Wall Paper removed and sheet rock work as far as the eye could see. It was unbelevable that they did not disclose this fact before the booking so that we could determine if it was worth $175.00 a night...which is most certainly was not. Truthfully, I found that to be very dishonest as I would have spent my money at another place for my family without having to deal with the remodel. If they are going to remodel than they should let the consumer know that this would be something they should expect and their rates should reflect some discount if the consumer decides to book under those conditions.
We were in the area for 1 night to attend a funeral. The room was roomy, the bed was comfy and not only was it clean but it smelled fresh.
Very convenient to I75, plenty of restaurants nearby, and 15 minutes from Knoxville. This motel worked out very well for us.

I was glad to have enough room for all five members of my family although I did not need it. The price was affordable so when my family made other plans to stay in on other town I was not left thinking “I paid too much for a suite when for only my sister and I. Thank you Orbitz.
Great hotel in a great location. Very friendly staff! The lady that ran the kitchen/dining room area and breakfast was amazing. She went above and beyond! The breakfast was very delicious. We would stay again.
The room was spacious enough for all of us and very clean. The staff was pleasant particularly the lady assisting with breakfast. My only complaint would be that the pool was not sufficiently heated.
The room over the lobby was not ideal: cars waiting at lobby for early morning pickup, trash pickup in the morning on weekends, and a noisy ice machine. The hotel was undergoing a remodel, but that was no excuse for the unattended crusty stain on the floor. Kitchenettes do not have stove top. I wish that was clear in the room write ups because I hoped to avoid eating at restaurants for each meal during our stay. The staff pulled the score up from a two. They were very pleasant and accommodating.
Very clean room and very quiet- the walls are well insulated. The staff members were all super and very helpful. The indoor pool is very nice. Breakfast was much more than expected- impressive for a mere "continental style!" The bed was comfortable and the furniture was well kept and modern. I would definitely stay here any time! It's near the mountains, so it's great for a Smoky Mountain get away. The rates were definitely reasonable.
Stayed there for 1 night after football came, I knew I was getting a smoking room, (no 2 queen, non smoking rooms) but the smell was very very strong, even clothes in overnight bag reaked of smoke,, probably go somewhere else next time, just because of that, every thing else was fine.
