Coffee shop inside was closed in the morning

It was exactly like the pictures. Quiet and peaceful. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Amazing views and a great restuant. The only thing I wishes I had as a coffee lover was a coffee shop or even coffee available in the lobby in the morning. Otherwise my husband and I loves it!

Had dinner at restaurant, a very nice experience. Food was great, waitress was attentive without being pesky. Hotel could have used an elevator, and hot water was lacking. Overall it was a very nice stay.

Gorgeous views!

It's one of THE best retreats I've ever been to. We came up for the New Year and got engaged! The staff offered us a bottle of champagne to help celebrate. The location is great, very secluded. Don't forget to get gas before heading up the mountain. There were a few concerns with the hotel upkeep, broken cabinet doors in the room, see photo, the fireplace heater wasn't working (there's a heater unit that worked). We advised the staff on checkout. We didn't want to bother them since we knew they were busy. We overheard the staff talking about not having enough staff and that because of the snow, they hadn't received any shipment trucks. Overall, it was good; we would definitely give it another chance.

Everything 100 percent especially customer service we love it here reminds sis of great wolf lodge in Ga

Peaceful retreat with very friendly and helpful staff.

No elevator. If someone speaks in the hallway you definitely hear it

Nice quiet getaway, not much to do there

The location at Mt Charleston is quite beautiful and a nice change from the fast pace of the city. The property has been updated, but it shows that the renovations were low budget. There are signs of quick fix maintenance all over the property and in our room. The restaurant was disappointing and they don't seem very concerned knowing there are only two options for dining.

Good resort with beautiful scenery
