Furniture was scratched and beaten up. However, as a rustic place, it was not unacceptable.

WiFi was a bit sketchy and no coffee in the room. Other than that, we loved it. Beautiful area, quiet room, sunset from the balcony and friendly staff. We’ll be back.

I loved the location and the age of the property. A lot of history there and being so close to a city that changes its appearance every few years it was nice to be somewhere thst has been around for a very long time. If they could figure out a pool and spa situation that would mqkr it even better but i was quite satisfied with it just as it was.

Friendly staff. My son had kids meal burger and fries. Food was hard and tasted old. This place has alot of potential but kitchen needs a little help.

I know the place is old but the front desk is not even welcoming, it seems like she’s upset or something.... And then our room was spooky, we just left the room to look at the snow and when we came back there was a mud in the sink, the engineer took awhile and then couldn’t explain what happened... He cleaned the sink but that’s all they offered...

Muy bueno y el restaurante muy buena la comida!!!!!!!

Hotel is about to start renovations next month. Great quiet place to relax. Rooms definitely need the renovations. Staff is unbelievably nice. Can’t wait to return.

it wasn't what we expected... i won't stay there again

The place is older but it's so beautiful up there. Wish things were open. 24hrs but I get it

The hotel had a nice outdoorsy theme with a log cabin feel, lots taxidermy pieces and great views of the surrounding nature. My bed however had a dip in the middle which made things a little less comfortable.

The best Stay I ever had a a hotel in my life! I will come back to stay at Mount I Resort again .any times and will tell everyone I know about My Charleston.

Staff wss great, facilities were out dated, extremely dirty and run down.

Restaurant food are ok. But, some are not available. Some portions are minimal.

Price was low so I should not complain but the facility is falling apart. The photos on the web are very misleading. Floors are creaking like an okd house, lighting is dim, finishes very tired and place needs a major make-over if it doesnt collapse. The bathroom floor sloped as if there might be a problem w the structure Again, for the price $59 plus resort and taxes took me to $110. How we can be taxed for “resort fee” is ridiculous. You get what you pay for

Friendly staff. Hotel was busy but staff handled it well

Nice people but understaffed so tough to get service. Cheap towels/linens and no WiFi to speak of in the rooms (only what trickles from the lobby). Old cheap rooms; the place is beautiful but needs to be updated! The highlight is dinner, great food then, recommend elsewhere for breakfast
