nice,clean,family friendly, love the view, very friendly

Everything was great, the only thing is when we were going to check in there was a line and only two people checking in people in front of is were bothered but shortly after they got 3 people to come help when it was our turn to check in the guy who helped us was kind of rude the people checking in where getting offered room upgrades and free buffet etc. The guy all he said was i need your id and credit card room number is so so gave me direction and thas all when checking out he was at the desk but he was nice to the people he was helping over all it was a great stay

They don't tell you when you book that you are not booking with the actual resort. So the on-site staff does not do anything for you and if there are issues you need to call Jet Luxury Resorts. Seems to be a timeshare facility that rents out units as a hotel. Horrible!!!! They also make you lug your luggage to the pick up spot for ride share which is not fun in over 100 degree heat. They don't let them pick you up in front of the hotel like all other hotels. They don't care. It's cheap for a reason!!!!

The room was very nice and cozy. Very clean and comfortable, lots of room.

The room was very nice, clean, and well stocked with kitchen wares. All lights and electronics worked, bathroom was well stocked and the bed was super comfortable. I will definitely be staying here again. The housekeeping was done by a 3rd party, so not your typical 24 hr availability to bring clean towels etc, but I knew that ahead of time and as long as I called during their hours they were very helpful and accommodating. I give this stay a 10/10. My only critical notes are that one of the drinking glasses had a small chip, and one of the large floor tiles in the entryway was uneven and a sharp corner stuck up a little. Very minor, not big enough issues to take away from a great experience.

For instance we arrived on the first night and I called housekeeping to get one extra blanket and was told they could not give us one, there were light bulbs out and the lamp next to the bed didn’t have a switch on it so it could not be used and the toilet in the front bath had to be plunged every time it was used. Apparently, they know this considering a plunger was sitting right next to the toilet. You also have to pay additional money if you want daily housekeeping. Theses things we found out after we checked in.

Everything was perfect with the room - some people at the reception desk were rude (e.g. you have to contact the owner of your apartment yourself if you need some bulb light or have some repair done !!!). Except that very efficient and friendly staffs for valet parking and for taking care of the luggage

Terrific option for those looking for a non-gambling hotel or who need more space than the popular strip casinos. Check-in was quick and easy, room was incredibly spacious. Just about the largest hotel bathroom I've ever seen with two sinks, shower, and soaking tub. Very nice workout facility for a hotel with cold and iced towel and lots of equipment. Only negative is a lack of dining options on the ground floor. But Starbucks is nearby and the MGM restaurant row is an 8-10 minute walk indoors. Easily walkable to the strip casinos, either through indoor corridors or along Harmon to Planet Hollywood. Note that apartments are individually owned and part of a rental pool operated by Jet Luxury which is a third-party company and not the primary management companies.

Wonderful, the room was spacious and beautiful. There is even a Starbucks in the hotel!

Best vacation yet! I have stayed at many hotels and resorts yet the MGM Signature seems to always blow me away.

Dirty restrooms in the lobby. Inattentive/rude cafe staff.

We are very sorry to see how unhappy you were. We're not a timeshare. Our main purpose is to provide better rates for 4 & 5 Star hotels while still having access to the same amenities while checking in at the front desk. Our guests have access to the same amenities as the guests booking with the hotel directly, our guests have complimentary valet, daily housekeeping services, access to all pools including the MGM pool & lazy river. We operate like a hotel but because your reservation is with us you will need to speak to us directly if any changes are needed with your reservation. We appreciate you taking the time to provide your feedback, all has been shared with management so to help fix the errors in communication.

Thank you Jared for your review. Please if you have a moment message us your room assignment so we can fix the issues you've experienced. Our rooms should be in working order & no guest should be dealing with those situations. Housekeeping is provided by another company because the hotel does not allow our guest to have access to their housekeeping. It's provided at no cost unless the requests go beyond the standard amount. Blankets are highly requested leaving our inventory either low or out of until more become available with check outs.
