Only hours before check-in we were advised via text message that housekeeping was not included and would require an additional $70 fee per day. In response to questions about his policy, we were chastised and insulted and this operator threaten to cancel our reservation and have security evict us from the property. Some direct quotes from this exchange we received from this operator: "How can you be this stupid? you booked a non refundable reservation...take your business elsewhere because you can't even understand basic information that was given to you. MGM has no say over my company nor does Orbitz. I will be calling over to Signature and letting them know we have cancelled your reservation so you can depart the property immediately before we have security remove you. This is of course if you have checked in already but if not do not bother checking in." "We cannot control what Orbitz shows as they are an affiliate of Expedia...If you are unhappy about his I can just cancel your reservation and end this nonsense and your sarcasm" "At this point I am cancelling your reservation and will refund your money and you can book with someone else and pay more as I am done with you." "As for what is my last name, I don't need to share this with you as your continued attitude is something we don't have to deal with."

I love the bathroom but I didn’t like how the sink was stopped up ...I like how everybody was nice and real courteous I thought the wrong would’ve been a little bigger but it was nice overall

After reading some of the reviews I was hesitant about staying at the property. So I am glad i stayed antway. The property was very clean. Alot of the reviews I read complained about parking. I felt like they offered a good alternative for not having Valet because of the busy weekend with a shuttle every 15 min to parking garage. I have no complaints at all. Peaceful, clean, in a great location with some of the best amenities included in the price!!!! Will be staying here whenever I am in Vegas....keep up the great work Jet Luxury Resorts...

Room had odor and Roach fight ensued upon waking in 8th floor 1 room suite. Yes my family and I fought a 2 inch ROACH for property rights before 11 a.m. checkout. The sofa bed was old and hard to close. We had to move rooms when we booked an extra night. The complimentary mask cost if you use the room bag with mask and sanitizer. That should be communicated up front. Parking full in evening so you will walk a mile from self park, if you can find it. Old carpet is not luxury.

The rooms are nice and spacious loved the balcony pools were nice, the tv channels really suck and we spent time in the room especially since our daughter was with us also we had two broken chairs that weren't fixed

Yes it was okay.

Quiet and removed from the bustle of the strip yet walkable to all of it. Planet Hollywood is just across the street via the mall shops and made it all super easy to pop into. The view and balcony was lovely at night and the room was like an apt, spacious and clean.

Beautiful grounds and service was top notch. Room quality was excellent for the money.

Smoking smell issue affected us two times. First night while we were sleeping, strong smoking smell penetrated into our unit, we contacted management, they moved us to a different unit on different tower next day. And that was great. We moved into the new unit, it was good in the beginning, but we started smelling the same smell again but at weaker level. We contacted the management again, they said they would send a supervisor upto our unit right away. She came 20 mins later and kept the door wide open, so fresh air could blow in. She was rolling her eyes and giving us weird facial expression. Her attitude was terrible. she said she did not smell anything. she said management would contact us again. But they did not call us. We contacted the Orbitz, but we had to pay 50% of our entire reservation. We booked for 6 nights. I thought they tried their best on first night. We like it. But that supervisors attitude was what we could not stand. She tried to remove smoking smell by keeping the door open. and said she did not smell anything. It ruined our entire second day in Las vegas, we had to wait for call from management when we moved to a different unit and while we were dealing with the second time issue. Please avoid this one as long as there is the same hispanic female supervisor, she should not be in that position, this one is not operated by Signature MGM.

nice,clean,family friendly, love the view, very friendly

Everything was great, the only thing is when we were going to check in there was a line and only two people checking in people in front of is were bothered but shortly after they got 3 people to come help when it was our turn to check in the guy who helped us was kind of rude the people checking in where getting offered room upgrades and free buffet etc. The guy all he said was i need your id and credit card room number is so so gave me direction and thas all when checking out he was at the desk but he was nice to the people he was helping over all it was a great stay

They don't tell you when you book that you are not booking with the actual resort. So the on-site staff does not do anything for you and if there are issues you need to call Jet Luxury Resorts. Seems to be a timeshare facility that rents out units as a hotel. Horrible!!!! They also make you lug your luggage to the pick up spot for ride share which is not fun in over 100 degree heat. They don't let them pick you up in front of the hotel like all other hotels. They don't care. It's cheap for a reason!!!!

YOU LEFT OUT THE PART WHEN YOU CALLED THE OWNER A DICK IN THE VERY BEGINNIG WHEN HE ANSWERED YOUR QUESTION AND TOLD YOU THAT YOU CAN GET EVERYTHING YOU NEED COMPLIMENTARY, YOU JUST HAVE TO CALL THE FRONT DESK AND THEY WILL BRING IT TO YOU AND THAT THERE IS NO HOUSEKEEPING ON A ONE NIGHT STAY. YOU THEN SPENT YOUR WHOLE DAY ATTACKING HIM ABOUT POLICIES ON HOUSEKEEPING FOR A ONE NIGHT RESERVATION.
