Ok stay kitchen faucet broken orher than that pleasant stay

Unkempt, dirty, worn down, clogged sinks, refrigerator not working dissappointing stay

The nice thing is that each room has a stove stop and a hot tub bath. That was amazing for the price. The room had a little bit of a smell though. The most disappointing thing is that the pools for the signature tower were closed the entire time we were there. They are nice and private so you have to go to the MGM pools that are way over crowded.

We actually think the room was really great, if the only thing you are planning is to go and stay in it the whole time. The reason I am not giving it a better review is because although the 3 towers have like 6 pools, only one ( the smallest one) was available during the week. The other big pools were all close during week days and only available Saturday and Sunday, which sucks. Also if you need anything with the room you have to contact the owners of the room because we booked with Orbitz then we can't use the lobby people or the hotel staff. Is just weird and we should be informed of that before hand or make it more clear. Valet parking was great but just it takes quit a while to get your car.

This is my first time not staying in a casino hotel while in Las Vegas. It was so nice to not have smoke or the slot machine noise in the hotel. It was easy to walk to the Mile High Shops and eat and access the strip. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. If I do come back to Vegas, I would consider staying here again.

Jacuzzi didn’t work

I love the full kitchen and the balcony. Unfortunately, these rooms have reached their full life value and are in dire need of refreshing. Carpet is old and dirty. Tiles are old and cracked. Needs a complete gut reno!

The resort is a nice place. There was a elevator issue that was not resolved during our stay. Our time share room lacked everyday room service. Room was never cleaned our whole stay.

I booked a strip view and did not get one.

Great location and in good condition.

Rude customer service. Wasn’t told the room I rented was from a private owner and there the only supplies provided were towels, lotion and shampoo. No coffee no cups no creamer etc

Our room was filthy. Heavily stained/worn carpet and furniture with multiple cigarette burns. The room smelled of old cigarette smoke. Management said I could purchase a different room at full price if I was not satisfied with the current room. Nice...

Beware: THIS ROOM IS NOT RUN BY MGM. YOUR BOOKING MAY BE SUBJECT TO UNDISCLOSED TERMS, FEES OR RESTRICTIONS FOR WHICH YOU MANY HAVE NO RECOURSE. Only hours before check-in we were advised via text message that housekeeping was not included and would require an additional $70 fee per day. In response to questions about his policy, we were chastised and insulted and this operator threaten to cancel our reservation and have security evict us from the property. Some direct quotes from this exchange we received from this operator: "How can you be this stupid? you booked a non refundable reservation...take your business elsewhere because you can't even understand basic information that was given to you. MGM has no say over my company nor does Orbitz. I will be calling over to Signature and letting them know we have cancelled your reservation so you can depart the property immediately before we have security remove you. This is of course if you have checked in already but if not do not bother checking in." "We cannot control what Orbitz shows as they are an affiliate of Expedia...If you are unhappy about his I can just cancel your reservation and end this nonsense and your sarcasm" "At this point I am cancelling your reservation and will refund your money and you can book with someone else and pay more as I am done with you." "As for what is my last name, I don't need to share this with you as your continued attitude is something we don't have to deal with."

I love the bathroom but I didn’t like how the sink was stopped up ...I like how everybody was nice and real courteous I thought the wrong would’ve been a little bigger but it was nice overall

This is my first time not staying in a casino hotel while in Las Vegas. It was so nice to not have smoke or the slot machine noise in the hotel. It was easy to walk to the Mile High Shops and eat and access the strip. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. If I do come back to Vegas, I would consider staying here again.

I love the full kitchen and the balcony. Unfortunately, these rooms have reached their full life value and are in dire need of refreshing. Carpet is old and dirty. Tiles are old and cracked. Needs a complete gut reno!
