Terrible place. Rotten and damaged bathroom ceiling. No Internet in the room.

Hotel was perfectly adequate. Staff was wonderful. Rooms were fine. Very convenient to the convention center. Nice pool. Great diner!

The room was still dirty when he arrived. The overall appearance of the building and the room looks old and dilapidated. This is definitely a 2-star hotel and not a 3-star as advertised. I was very disappointed and would not stay here again.

Hopeful staff can help more information on the Las Vegas city tour.

It was a 3 day stay over waiting for a flight. The hot breakfast was great would stay again without second though.

Breakfast personnel at Mardi gras were very nice people. Casino has just a few slots and small bar area so dont expect alot. Room was old fashioned in need of remodel but still fairly clean. Great location for traveling around vegas as Paradise street traffic moves quickly. All in all a decent stay for the price paid. Free parking also

Good hotel for the money and close to the strip.Good staff and clean comfortable rooms. All in all a good stay.

Front desk people nice, bartender nice, shuttle person nice, breakfast attendant nice, everyone nice. Same as when I stayed here three years ago you need to go to the bar or somewhere up front to check internet. Little to no chance of getting internet in your room. The breakfast was good for $9.95. Use the shuttle to and from the airport and to and from the strip. Place looks a little old but is in good shape. Hot tub is good, pool was freezing but not much they can do about that. Hot tub and pool felt and looked clean. Walking distance to Vegas convention center. Kind of a shady walk to the strip at night so don't walk to strip if you are cautious or nervous.

The room was spacious with good amenities, but it will be a completely different experience if the carpet got replaced, gives a bad impression. The service was super friendly, especially Patricia at the reception, was a delight. They offer a complete guide on every room with all what you need to know and free shuttle to the airport.

The restaurant was horrible I was in Vegas for 10 days it was the worst meal I’ve had .The front desk people were rude and never saw one of them smile

Dirty Bathroom, Stains in the bath tub, looked under construction the light bulb was hanging from the ceiling and Cold Showers.

Better hotels with similar prices exist in downtown

First off we stayed New Years eve, so there weren't many affordable options. That being said, I felt safer on the strip than in my own hotel room. From the moment we arrived we knew we had made a mistake booking this place. There were questionable guests wearing blankets huddled around the patio smoking. The guests in rooms around us were up until 5 am yelling, fighting and throwing up. We could hear everything from the paper thin walls. Our biggest issue was a fight between two groups that broke out in the common area. The fight and yelling of obscenities went off and on for thirty minute. Finally I called guest services, not knowing if i should call 911and they said police had been called and hung up on me. As far as the condition of the room... We decided to not shower in the bathroom too avoid catching anything. Horrible stay to say the least.

Wifi not working lost job because of it!!! Told at desk it was working told on phone was not! Chris was nice

The website gives the impression that the hotel is clean and has a fridge and coffee maker. When we arrived there were stains here and there on the walls and in the bathroom. There was a fridge but no coffee maker. When we asked the front desk he said that drunk patrons continued to almost set fire to the hotel so they were removed, but that we could have free coffee at the bar because of the inconvenience. When we went to the bar and asked the bartender told us that coffee was not free and we had to pay if we wanted it. Then, the bathtub wouldn't drain so we had to ask for that to be fixed, and there was almost no water pressure so trying to shower was almost impossible as well. Our final day we tried calling the front desk for an hour because we needed to check out late and they either never answered, or answered and put us on hold without every picking up the phone again.

Terrible, WI FI Down, Room not clean, Had to get TV fixed

Did not stay the night, LOST MY MONEY BUT BOOKED A BETTER HOTEL

I really did not expect this from Mardi Grass Hotel, it is very clean, I love the rooms it has a lot of space, I had a queen bed, parking very accessible to us and not far from Vegas blvd, you can take a taxi and be there in 7 min. food all over around it. I will be coming back. thank you.

Dead-bolt door lock, toilet and ice machine broke. Alternate room not offered. Moldy smell and the room was aged.Too much smoking and poorly ventilated. Asthma guests beware! Not the best section of town, so don't walk around the block to Swenson with your luggage.
