Dead-bolt door lock, toilet and ice machine broke. Alternate room not offered. Moldy smell and the room was aged.Too much smoking and poorly ventilated. Asthma guests beware! Not the best section of town, so don't walk around the block to Swenson with your luggage.

At $50 a night this would be a great deal.. but at $150 its simply horrific. This is a fairly run-down hotel with a friendly and accommodating staff who are simply let down by a hotel that desperately need a bunch of small upgrades to become a serious hotel.

If you just need a place to sleep this place works. It is a Motel built in the '50s.

I stayed here for 3 days this trip. The location is great. And the rooms are larger then most regular rooms at other hotels in Las Vegas.

This hotel is close to Las Vegas Convention Center.

I was happy with the inside of my room except there was no microwave and just a very small refrigerator. The outside of hotel looks very dumpy but the inside of room is acceptable and spacious. Also like that there is a free hourly shuttle to the strip.

No coffee, old towels,no bed spread, light go out When in shower, 3 nylon cups Very poorly furniture absolutely they don't care for There guess , when I complain they tell me they Complying with guidelines of the state.

Staff at desk are ok. Shuttle drivers are awesome. The bar/restaurant is open 24 hours but the good food is nothing to brag about and not on the cheap side nor are the drinks. If your just looking for a place to flop this is it. Just make sure you bring your own soap and shampoo. They have dispensers in the shower but they don't work and by time you realize it you would have to get back out and find the small round soap they left for you in the other room.

Great room for the price. Convenient access to everything without being in the middle of it all. Friendly staff

Nice people kinda old hotel but the hot tub was good. Pool not heated so really cold

Worst place you can imagine. Not even a one star hotel. Rooms are very old and dirty. There was dirts under the bed, under the couch, very old and tiny bathroom... also bad smell. I couldn't sleep at all and decided to shorten my trip and ask for a refund. Stay away from this place whatever the deal you can get!

The hotel is old and faling apart. You can hear every thing outside above as well as your nigbers. The beds are uncomfortable.

Lobby stinks like cigarette smoke. Rooms medicre at best.

The staff here is fantastic, they do all they can for you, food and bar was amazing.! The fact that I could use the shuttle after checking out at 11 AM was super nice, that was GREAT.! One trip to strip, then trip back to hotel to get bag, and another trip to airport. Room was basic and clean. Bathroom had a super noisy fan. Bath always had hot water. Bed needed a thicker comforter, yet plenty of pillows. Heat worked great, I was never too cold or hot; was super adjustable. The front desk always ran slow, needed more staff, but very nice.! Price was good, but not for fleas in bed. I still have healing flea bites a week later. Would not recommend this hotel. I should have called Orbitz to complain, took time to figure out cause of itching.

An older motel that's been updated via multiple coats of paint. We stay here every year to attend CES so we can walk and avoid the traffic nightmares. The room quality is at the very low end of acceptable, but they're always clean and somewhat beat up from many many years of conventioneers. This year was also a noisy experience with lots of late night loud-talking in the hallways and "enthusiastic-sex" in nearby rooms. The hotel staff are always VERY helpful and friendly. So if you just need a place to sleep by yourself it's very budget friendly. But I wouldn't take anyone here that I wanted to impress in any positive way. (ie No spouses, girlfriends etc)

Horrible room conditions. Do yourself a favor and pay a little extra for a better hotel. I definitely learned my lesson! Also, pretty sure there was a prostitution ring going on. In 2 occasions, I was coming back from breakfast and there was a lady standing by the door of the room next to mine. I won't forget the look on that poor woman's face... Lastly, the carpet was dirty, the toilet's handle was broken--it'd flush, but it took some maneuvering. And there was the huge closet which I was afraid of opening because there might have been traces of a dead body or something--ok, I might be exaggerating on that last one, but I wouldn't be surprised... PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

This is a very small casino with older rooms that have been partially updated. It's fine, nothing fancy, but it was clean and convenient. Good off the strip location.

Great staff room location clean. I recommand this hotel.

Not a bad little spot, good location, good price. Sad that pool closes at 9 pm. Room was unique and spacious. Staff were pretty cool, gave us our space and handled requests quickly. Thanks!

We apologize for not meeting your travel needs. Our goal is to offer a great location at an affordable price. During your stay all the hotels that were within walking distance of the convention center were over $250 per night. Our room rates were 40%-50% lower. Only through comments are able to improve our product. Thank you for taking the time to respond.
