The room was great and I would stay again it was perfect for a family of 4 and literally right off the strip that was perfect. The only reason I am not giving a five star is because they have a sales pitch to purchase a timeshare and they hound you about it a lot they even called the room multiple times

Great location! Right next to the sphere and a 10 min walk to the strip! We were staying in building 15 but they picked us up in a golf cart or shuttle every time we needed to get to the front so that was super helpful and saved us some walking. Room was clean, beds comfortable. We stayed in a 1 bedroom, just a heads up there’s no door to the shower (toilet has is own room) but there is a pocket door to close off the bedroom from the living area/kitchen. I’d definitely stay here again, especially if I was doing something at the sphere again.

First things I like about this property. It's very centrally located and non-smoking. However, check-in takes forever and since it's a timeshare location they try and get you to go to a meeting. Which is just annoying. I'm on vacation. I don't like meetings when I'm being paid to attend why would I do that willingly. Then when you get to your room if you're on the 2nd or 3rd floor be prepared to carry your luggage up the stairs because there are no elevators. Then in our room there were red stain on the bedding, towels were ratty, they also had brown marks on them. Also the room just felt dated. Like the bed when you slept in it sank down in the middle. Handles were loose on a lot of things. Additionally, the golf carts when they back up sound like alarm clocks, it's really annoying when you're trying to sleep. You would think how long does that happen all the time.

Staff at s very friendly. Liked how close you are to everything, but not directly on the strip. Security was great. We did have an issue in the main restroom where the water would drain very slowly in the shower. Called the front desk about this, but no one ever showed up. Other then that room was great.

The location was great we were a 10 minute walk to the Linq promenade. The Villa we were staying at had no functioning telephone or blow dryer. The pool in our Villa was under construction right outside villa which we were definitely not expecting

Unfortunate that the pool by my building was closed during my trip but the other pools were nice. The parking was great and the apartment style rooms were nice as well. Definitely would stay here again.

Resort is fine and room is great with full kitchen but my room was next to the road and road noise was horrible at all times. Loud motor cycles and cars at night constantly woke me up. Front desk gave me ear plugs to wear :-(

Everything was fine until I tried to retrieve an item I had left in my room following checkout. Housekeeping had cleaned our room and took no ownership of finding missing item. The staff also seemed less than concerned with resolving issue. Security was helpful and front desk said they would follow up, but i got the feeling it was lip service. Other than that everything was good. I would stay ther again
