The room was clean, it didn’t smell like cigarettes like most non-smoking rooms in Vegas. Would have been nice to have been told there was no shampoo or conditioner though.

My room was a good size and very clean. The only thing I did not like was the water pressure in the shower but other than that it was a short distance to everything and fairly comfortable. I would definitely stay again.

Well when we went to check in they couldn’t find the reservation for either of our rooms! Then instead of seeing if there was something they could do or see if they could find it a different way they just pushed me aside and helped the next person. The customer service was awful. So on Valentine’s Day at 10 pm with my 15 year old in tow because we were in town for her cheer competition for we had to find a new room. Literally the worst customer service.

The room was terrible!! It was dirty, smelled like it had just been hot boxed right before we walked in. The blankets were really thin, we all got cold in the night. It was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I won’t be back and you should t go either!!
