The hotel was so convenient, because the concert was held at the same hotel.

Every bar and night club in the place was closed for renovations not to mention the pool was empty and closed as well! None of this was ever mentioned until we checked in. Very disappointing.

Very Disappointed. The pool was closed as were about half of the restaurants and bars. They are doing some renovations, I wish I would have known ahead of time.

We got placed on the 5th floor over the roof that alll sorts of crap dumped on it. The dance club and big pool are closed for reno...it's why we choose this hotel...would have been nice to know!

Staff was friendly easy check in was my husband birthday an we got an upgraded room where we could visit the strip.

Though I expected more, my stay at the Palms was perfectly acceptable. Nothing outstanding, nothing awful. I probably won't stay there again, but it was a okay hotel.

Moses gave us the best check in experience we ever had. He was courteous, professional, and very personable. He definitely hooked us up and because of that we had a memorable experience. We even won a couple hundred bucks from the tables!

Just a boring hotel. Pool bar prices were outrageous. However, the restaurants and staff were amazing.

Great stay for my son's 21st birthday. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Very close to the strip. Pools were very nice.

I absolutely love my state here at the palms. I love the modern look, youthful spirit and intimacy of the place. I would add a few shops for those who don't wanna spend 40 bucks on a swimsuit since they forgot their own at home lol. I love the vibrant colors of the ivory tower. I'm not sure what the other towers have to offer but I'm afraid to book them because they will be dull. I have been here the past 3 weeks and I definitely love it. If work work the fresh smell of the room when you first enter. The pool is lovely. I'm a fish. Super bummed the pool is closed for a private event this evening. But the palms is dope. Be mindful of the mini bar. It's sensitive and will charge u

Hotel room was very clean, and very nice!!! Loved the adult pool. Only bad thing about the adult pool is they close it early i think it was 6pm. Other than that it was a nice hotel, I would stay there again!

Nice hotel! Clean! Not as busy as hotels on strip. Pleasant stay

The Palms has great amenities, clean comfortable rooms and a friendly attentive staff. I choose to stay at the Palms because it is off of the strip but close enough to the strip to make sure you get your fill of the Vegas experience. The pools are great and relaxing they have a good variety of restaurants on site and I love the fitness/gym room. I love the Ivory tower rooms they are comfortable and quiet. The showers are a little weird with the openness of them in the bathroom but I file that in the "it's Vegas" category. I have stayed at the Palms my last 3 Vegas visits and will continue to stay there in the future.

Quick 2 night get away for a concert weekend in Vegas. The Palms is in need of updating. Friday and Saturday in the main pool had a DJ that was so loud you couldn't even talk to the person next to you. No shade AT ALL, unless you reserve a $200 minimum umbrella/chaise combo. We did manage to find the "peaceful" smaller pool. However, it was a 1/4 mile (not kidding!) walk through the Skytube to Palms Place. When we finally found it, the pool bar wouldn't charge to our room without 2 ID's..it was insane. We literally had to go all the way back to our room to get another ID. Fitness center was disappointing with no locker room facilities. Overall, would definitely not stay here again. And we are not superpicky!

No atmosphere. Pool closed early, at 6 pm. Was not made aware of construction going on in hotel, no buffet, no music.

Despite the check in process..The room was nice & big but as soon as we got in our room we noticed the room wasn't a 100% clean it was maybe 80/100 clean other wise everything else was on point.

Clean, comfortable stay. Alot of new restaurants opening soon. Room service was very prompt. Gym was nice but the women locker room was closed.

Have stayed here multiple times. It's a small casino resort off strip so good if you want to explore Chinatown and other off-strip properties like the Rio. Or you can take a short bus ride to the strip. Our first room reeked of marijuana so we asked for another room and it was much nicer - the higher floor rooms in the Fantasy tower are used less and have higher ceilings, so they feel nicer even though they're the same rate. There are limited food options because they're renovating a lot, so right now the buffet is closed for 6 months and there's a new 24hr cafe called Lucky Penny that's okay but still working out the opening kinks. The fast food in the food court isn't great - Panda Express, McDonalds, etc.

This was the first time, I stayed st the Palms and it was just a great overall experience with nice a room, comfortable and great entertainment. Ghost bar is always awesome.

Everything was very nice. I would prefer a softer bed.
