I had not been to the Palms in years - it smelled great, very few smokers and all the cafes / bars / restaurants and pool area were exactly to my liking - And free easy self park - I enjoyed it.
The property was inviting and the staff were accommodating and informative

Nice property. Room cleaning service was awful. It looks like it is not standard to clean the rooms every day. Room cleaned once after several attempts and phone called were made throughout the entire 3 nights stay.
Be prepared for the 36$ a night fee for the amenities added to your bill even though I didnt use the gym, pool etc.
beautiful job on the remodel. the property is immaculately clean and fresh. Pillows were a bit hard and perhaps an option of pillow types would be better.
I thought the customer service throughout the hotel and casino was top notch although I was surprised that there was only one small mirror in the bathroom and no other mirror throughout our suite. That seemed very unusual when there are a number of people getting ready in the same room. Especially at a vacation destination you would expect to have a full length mirror somewhere in the room. I mentioned to the housekeeping lied on our floor that there were greasy streaks on the mirror in the living room area. She said someone would come up to clean it in 15 minutes and never did for the entirety of our stay. We also noticed that there was no water easily accessible. Water and Vitamin water were sold out in the vending machine on our floor. This was a nice day but it could have been better for what I expected from the Palms.

The security was great. Very friendly, very helpful, peace of mind. I didnt like the added $132 tax on top of the $150 per night room fee on top of the $14 mixed drink. Probably pass on another stay just because of the added fees everywhere.
Housekeeping is not so sharp. I found an empty pillow case in my room placed on a piece of baggage. It needed to be removed if it was by itself. Also a room service tray was left and should have been removed by the maid. Excessive soap is left for the guest to use. At one time I had 6 bars.
Location was off the strip. Casino area was nice. The room looked dingy. I was told if I wanted cleaner, more modern amenities I should've booked at the Fantasy Tower which was newly renovated. My question....how would I have known this? Certainly I would have selected the better tower. Staff were rude when I complained of a loud party. I was told the party should be over by 12:30am. Asked for a different room and was denied. Do not stay here. I will not be back.
The Lucky Penny restaurant was amazing , bar with a shark in the middle was extended
This was the first time I stayed at the Palms and I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the hotel was. The staff was friendly and there was plenty entertainment on site. The rooms were clean and updated to today’s standards.
The Palms Casino Hotel is well kept, very clean and has an amazing staff! We had one incident in our room but the staff was quick to remediate the problem. My wife and I were extremely pleased with our staying and plan on returning in the future. Only real con is location. It’s off Strip, but is easily accessible and a short ride by Uber or Taxi or even by foot if you want to get some steps in. Highly recommend!
