The Palms Casino Resort

Neither orbitz or the hotel directly told us about construction. I even had to call to confirm reservation and not a single word about construction. Pool was completely gone and being renovated. How are we being charged a resort fee with no resort??? Not cool to say the least

The shuttle driver explained to us that the Palms hotel was located in"Old Las Vegas" so we thought it was old and run down but we were completely stunned!! This is a super NICE hotel at a great value!! It offered many amenities and actually wasn't that far from "New Las Vegas Strip" and the staff was super friendly! They will try and give you the best rooms available with whatever view you prefer!

I would definitely stay here again. The staff was friendly and hotel was clean. Even with the facility under construction you could tell the hotel was doing it's best to minimize the distractions.

Clean and comfortable room wish it was closer to strip but overall great experience will book again I had 0 problems

There seemed to be a lot of remodeling, but the atmosphere was clean. A bit far from the strip but not far from the airport. The spa was great.

Happened to swing in to Vegas for a night and didn't want to stay on the strip, but close to it. The Palms had a rate that was phenomenal. Everything was great except for the fact that it's going under a massive renovation the the pool area and the casino/lobby area. Had I known that was happening, I wouldn't have booked there. But my room was a corner suite overlooking the strip. Big, spacious and clean. Michael and Kaylee at the front desk were superb.

The Hotel Was under construction, The great buffet was close and ubnder contruction, the middle of the Hotel had a big circle wall up so you had to walk around it and the signing for the different parts or room was not easy to see. When i check in Iwas giving a room early but the room was dirty and Cable was poor and the WIFI was poor also. Then when i reported the room was bad only thing is to seen house keeper. But on my finial night after a complaint again, they offer to put me in another put a smaller one . When i check in i went to see the Concier and none could be found, so i went back to the frontdeck and ask , oh they just went on break, left a mesage and no onecalled. The concier drop the ball. I had never Been to Vegas , want every goback tothe Palm or use Orbitzagain. Ihad a depression time.,

The hotel staff and accommodations were better than I expected. When I return to Vegas I will likely stay at The Palms Casino and Resort again.

Everything was ok until the last 2 nights. The in-room meal(breakfast), wasn't prepared as ordered. I had to request a refund. Then it took several attempt to have the room cleaned from early morning, until finally late evening.

We had a great time at the Palms Hotel. The staff was friendly and professional. Our room had a wonderful view. Our favorite place to eat for our entire trip was in the hotel. It was the Lucky Penny. The spa at the hotel was amazing and so relaxing.

It was good and everyone was nice and very helpful.

My husband and I woke up with bits he said it was bed busy I think so too if they take car of the beds they won't have a issue other then that it's a nice place

The strong box did not work, the wifi did not work

It was very sad. They were under construction and never told anyone before booking it. The service was very poor. It took me almost an hour while on hold to get someone for room service. The restaurants the people working in them did not care to be even be working there et alone service you. They casino was very limited on what you can play. I used their free shuttle service to Cesars Place and stayed there longer then I was at the hotel. It looks nice on the outside but you can't judge a book by its cover. Book at your own risk. I guess you get what you pay for. The website is very misleading. I'm sure at one time it was a very nice place to stay.

Arrived late from flight delays but still got our room as soon as we arrived. Ivory tower decor was very attractive. Currently under construction so some areas were a little messy but didn't affect our stay at all. Definitely would stay again next time.

Lovely off the strip local convenient to all areas in Vegas.

Casino construction, noisy, limited tables. Rooms reserved not available. Housekeeping would not respond to request, no soap and a light bulb.

Best room I've ever stayed in. Staff was great. Lucky Penny has a phenomenal breakfast. 20 minute walk to strip isn't terrible. Solid sportsbook. Great for NFL Sunday.

When I arrived on Friday night from a 6hr drive to Vegas I arrived and hotel staff lets me know King size bed is not available after I booked it. So they felt bad for me and gave me a room upgrade which when I arrived in room and sat down on th desk chair to call the bellman my chair falls apart causing me to watch my fall. Again notified staff and they upgraded me to another room. New room had mini bar and food completely empty like if the room was used prior, at this time I was so tired I just went to sleep but When I woke up I had my cell phone cord fall beside the bed and I felt something weird which it ended up being a used condom on the bed corner . Checked out and the hotel still charged me for the horrible experience. I am going to write to Palms and Orbitz for a full refund.

Went to Vegas on a quick trip with a couple of friends. Booked on Orbitz & got a great package deal with flight & hotel. Only thing I didn't like is I had to pay a resort fee but the pool was closed & it was 92 degrees outside. Great room with winderful view.
