I usually give the palms of Five Stars, but I had a suite and a couple things 1)when housekeeping came in they didn’t replace the minibar and I’ve stayed in the same type of suite before, but it was a different configuration and the TV was about a foot off the end of the bed and the chords were loose on the floor. I didn’t trip on them, but I could see that as a hazard going forward if somebody would trip on him and you know that TV credenza has sharp corners.

The room was beautiful and clean. The front desk person upon check in was rude and not helpful in locating our room. We had to ask security in the garage. On first morning someone tried to enter our room. We had the “do not disturb” light on. Thank goodness we had the safety lock over the door. We were approached by someone at the Walgreens on the corner and Security had to come out of the store to address it. We only ate at the food court. The food/coffee were”okay” in a pinch. Not much luck on the slots.

I recently stayed in room 18116 at Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas and was very disappointed with the condition of the room. The space was dusty, the towels and sheets looked dingy, and there was a shredded white office chair that looked more suited for a garage than a hotel room. I called for assistance, but the only response I received was new towels. Overall, the experience did not meet the standard I expected from this property.
