Was a great hotel only issue was they didn't have a sign that what was in the fridge coast and it's not complimentary.

I paid extra $40 additional per night to get a specific room, and charged by orbitz. However, upon arrival at the hotel, they told me they did not have any more of those rooms available unless I wanted to move to the smoking area. I would not have been disappointed if this was a special request but the fact that I paid for it and that too $40/ per night more, this is unreasonable. I tried for the next two days to explain to the hotel staff what had happened but they kept telling me they were booked and could not move me. I would not have paid for the extra room in a hotel that is off the strip if I knew I wasn't going to be accommodated. During Check in, I was told there are no king size bed options available but after being outspoken about the fact I paid for it and the fact I was going to complain, the staff member miraculously found a room on the 5th room, which was the room directly located ON the electrical terrace, so from all windows in the room, the only thing we could see are the hotels AC units. Another disappointment was their shuttle service. I called the hotel in advance to inquire about their shuttle service which takes you to the strip and they merely responded with "yes we offer a free shuttle service". They did not mention that they have 1 - 14 seater shuttle that goes every 30 mins. from 11AM to 8PM. A lot of the times if you were waiting early enough before the 30 min mark, you ended up waiting another 30 mins. Other hotels had multiple shuttles.

-Reached out to the hotel's social email to no reply on first day frustrations. Stayed there for 5 days and no one bothered, says a lot. -No accountability for temporarily losing a drop-off item for over a day that someone dropped off for me, the only reason it was found was I was accidentally in a convo with the co-General Manager when one of the front desk guys flung his pen too far across the front desk, that I picked up for him as I was walking by and he asked how my stay was. -When you express you won't stay there again, nothing is said to convince you otherwise. Plenty of hotels in Las Vegas that will value my business, sadly I will not be choosing the Palms again.

Overall hotel was good. Many eating choices and clubs. Close to 2 other hotels to visit. Transportation was provided to the strip and pick up from the strip.

Pool staff was very rude and disrespectful and housekeeping did a horrible job

Great place to stay!! However its a pretty good walk to the room.

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Palms for two nights. We were in a room with a big jetted tub and we definitely used it as much as we could! We loved that we were surrounded by windows. Had a great view of the strip at night. Bed was really comfortable. Hotel staff was wonderful. Everyone was super friendly and nice. The snacks and drinks in the room are on a weighted tray so make sure not to touch them if you don't plan on using them. You will get charged for them even if you haven't used them. The fridge in our room wasn't working so that was a downfall but overall I definitely recommend this hotel.

The room we stayed in on the fifth floor of the Ivory Tower was overpriced at 180.00 plus casino fee a night, which we didn't use. There is no fridge no microwave and no bath tub. The only thing they had was a wet bar that every time you opened you were charged for regardless if you took anything out to drink. Son kept opening the wet bar but I got the charges took off, so the staff were very friendly. There were snacks on the counter but they were overpriced so we did not eat any. the room decor was not relaxing or even tasteful. Ordered room service for dinner and the food was not worth the price as well. If you are going to pay an arm and leg for food best to go to the eateries or bars in the casino area. Casino area is small if you were going to gamble I think a trip to Freemont district would have been a better place to gamble. Next time I would like to stay at the Golden Nugget. Probably had I been willing to pay much more a night in a suite I would of been more impressed but the majority of visitors are not wealthy. We were there mainly for a concert at the Pearl Theatre inside the Hotel. At events in the Pearl Theatre you are not allowed to take out your cell phone and take pics of the band or even selfies. They have high security and will enforce quickly.

Reserved two rooms a couple months before travelling down, asked for adjoining rooms. One room was on the 6th floor, the other on the 30th. Not exactly adjoining.

We love this trip more than any other. The staff, the amenities, the room were all above expectations.

First day there the TV didn't work and the whole 4 days it was very loud up stairs we was right above the bowling room it was extremely loud I called room service every day they did nothing our stay was horrible no sleep at all. I would never stay here again.

Loved this hotel! Amazing spa! Great staff! Good food!

It was very nice and I will be back very soon!! I loved my room and the view.

DO NOT stay at this hotel! It took 2 1/2 hours to check in, the manager was rude, the mattress on the bed was sunken in my body fell to the center of the mattress and I am only 105 pounds, worst sleep of my life. terrible experience will never stay at the Palms again. Also ORBITZ was terrible and did not help when I called for assistance.

I loved the Palms! It was everything I Expected! I will stay there again!

Free parking and shuttle to the strip, very clean hotel and excellent restaurants

Hotel was clean and very nice. The shower has only a half glass wall and it gets cool if you are in the open area. There were a pair of eyes about 5 ft. wide above the bed and that was a little weird. The refrigerator was pre filled with stuff you could buy but not use to store anything. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

With the $36/night "resort fee" (actually part of the price, but allows most Las Vegas hotels to advertise phony cheap prices), you get wifi. But what you get for your $36 is 1 Meg speed. If you want faster you pay another $6/day. But I didn't get the 1 meg speed at any time during our 3 day stay. I used Ookla speed test. The front desk connected me with their service provider but they could not fix it and sent a memo to the hotel. So I got the "resort fee" refunded.

The hotel was nice, I just expected a little bit more for the price. I would book again at lower rate.

Great experience overall great place to stay Will definitely stay at the palms again
