We had no water during our stay from 10 am to 5pm and sometimes longer. I felt the water times should have been 12am to 5am when people are sleeping not doing prime hours as such and the staff was rude about it
Hotel and amenities were great. Room was a bit noisy being on the corner of two busy streets. The access door between the room and the adjoining room offers poor noise insulation. Unfortunately, after a long day out, I was welcomed to a room with no running water and the staff offered no concession for the inconvenience.

Beautiful room, the friendliest staff, front desk went above our expectations. Extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was the best I’ve stayed in for awhile. Clean, modern, large and roomy and the bathroom was clean , lots of room and a great shower. The food at the restaurant was delicious. Thank you for making our short stay a wonderful experience.

An upper-end 3 star hotel -- only 2 years old. The facility and the staff are just fine. The hot water system in the hotel, however, does not work properly. They are "working on it" & putting in an upgrade. Expect a luke warm shower (at best) if you stay here until the upgrade. A few machines in the gym are in disrepair & the computer printer in the business center is "hit and miss,"
