Asked for a wakeup call for 4:30 AM. It didn't happen. The noise from the room above me woke me up and I was able to make it to the hospital for 5:30 AM appointment. Of course the same racket persisted the next night and kept me up.

We checked in after midnight. What we had originally booked (city views - with view of sphere) was apparently not what we were going get according the gal who checked us in. She “upgraded” to correct room which was nice. They will charge parking at check out it seems regardless if you have a car or not (my nephew found out this way) so you have to call them again to have it taken off if you don’t have a car. 5/6 mornings there were no bowls for basic cereal and when they would bring out silverware you were lucky to get 2 spoons. After hours assistance is limited. The hotel itself is Nice and felt safe but just a heads up that even going to nearby target thr neighborhoods are very sketchy even at 8 am in the morning.
