Was not told about construction when booking the hotel.

At the time we stayed at Monte Carlo it was under construction/remodeling. I’m sure it will look great when it’s done but at the time it felt trashy and dangerous. The parking situation was confusing and because of the construction it was difficult navigating the hotel both inside and outside (to access the parking gagarge). I would recommend staying in a different hotel until Monte Carlo is done with construction.

Traffic was terrible getting to the hotel because of security for the Arena and construction for the Monte Carlo.

Hotel is under construction and not what it use to be. Room was lacking the basics. No coffee maker in room. I prefer the old Monte Carlo but will see how it is after all the “upgrades” are completed

The room was nice and clean. We had a great view. For the most part it was quite except for having an ajoined room that we could hear what was happening in the room next door.

Even with construction going on on the outside of the hotel the stay was very pleasant. Very nice hotel, staff very friendly. Can't wait to go and stay again.

We liked the remodeled room, it was mice and clean. The downside was that the hotel was under remodeling and we could not use the amenities like the swimming pool and some restaurants. I would have liked to know all this ahead of time so I can choose my hotel. I was traveling away from the Northeast winter and encountered a 74 degrees weather in Las Vegas but could not use the swimming pool in my hotel. I qas offered a pool at the MGM Grand but it was a 20 minute walk ti that pool. Overall, it might be a great hotel after the remodeling is completed.

The hotel was under construction and I was not notified, until I arrived. I waited several hours for my room, only to be placed in the wrong type room, called the front desk and was on hold for 15 min Finally gave up and went to the front desk to be placed in the right type room. The room was ill furnished, no clothes chest, bathroom storage across the room from sink, sink faucet was very close to the front of the sink and made useage difficult, two thirds of the sink never got wet unless the stopper was used, the a/c did not work properly and the room was too hot, even though the thermostat reading was 65. Tried to buy a movie and it wouldn't load, front desk wanted to send someone to reset it but we were already undressed so did not rent. We were woke up each day by construction noises and one day window washers outiside our window as we opened the blind. Terrible experience to say the least!!!!!!

I didn't know there were construction gping on.. and i booked this hotel almost 2months before my trip to save money.. usually early booking more savings but not this case. I paid about 110dollars plus resort fee. But when we got there room rate was 39dollars. I asked about discount at the desk but no mercy.. very disappointed.

This hotel would be worth it's weight in gold when the renovations are completed. But until then it's a three out of five. Also they need longer hours of room service instead of fom 6am to 2pm.

Great staff, shower door not functioning properly.

Under construction. Hard to find your way around. Expect a $24 charge to valet.

I had a blast at Monte Carlos Resort the staff were very helpful I really like the rooms there's a little bit of construction going on but I know it's for the best I can't wait to book my next trip to Monte Carlos Resort.

I didn't imagine that the construction mentioned was to the extent that it was!...The resort fees and taxes charged for a hotel under construction is very unfair. No real restaurants or amenities to use for the daily fees charged. Construction ropes hanging outside our window banging all night with the winds was terrible.

Not much to do at the hotel, since it was under renovation. But the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Under construction but they did a great job masking it inside the casino. I couldn’t tell until staff told me. Good value and remodeled rooms. Make sure to utilize the free tram that takes you to Cosmo and Aria!

bien ubicado, buen precio, desafortunadamente en remodelacion lo que complica comunicacion y acceso y salida del hotel. a mi juicio faltan opciones para comidas

Stayed in a newly remodeled room that was very nice. Only negative is that the walls were a little thin (could hear the neighbors).

The hotel is undergoing a transformation, so you have to navigate through the construction. Other than that, nice hotel and staff. Beware of the resort fees upon checkout.

You have to check your self in. They are not about the face to face customer contact. They charge for everything! No refrigerator in room. Won’t stay there again.
