The line to check-in was very long, and the mobile check-in was not working. I upgraded to Monaco suite and was dissapointed with view of construction equipment outside of my window. After a night out gambling, I wanted to sleep throughout the morning, but was awaken to very loud noise of construction equipment.

I don't like, the Hotel don't have anithing.no buffet, no shaping shops

I had to beg for wash clothes. There were 2 people in the room and it was hot in Vegas. We needed more than 1 wash cloth a piece plus I do not speak Spanish. I was trying to explain why I needed more than 1 wash cloth.

There was loud construction that was not only heard in our room but throughout the building. Was not able to sleep in at all. There was an a warm that went off twice with no explanation. Would not recommend this hotel.

Hotel was very nice and in a great location. Checkin was pretty terrible. The bell desk line is like 20ft from the desk and when you get there they stare at you I guess until they Feel like helping you all while someone is at the next not making eye contact with you. They sucked. The buffet sucks too, waste of money. We did an all day buffet and they barely changed any food out between lunch and dinner. Also a lot was cold. Other than all of that, everything else was fine. Lots of construction too

Getting dizzy, when I was in the casino I felt like I was walking in circles very hard to locate machines that I was looking for. The buffet at lunchtime and dinner was just awful the food was not fresh and a variety was bad. I will not eat at their buffet again. Check-in could not have been worse. There was a line of people maybe 50 people long and they only had two people behind the counters checking people in.

The rooms were ok. Nothing over the top. Hotel needs remodeling.

Construction noise unbearable. Staff didn't even offer apologize or compensate for it.

It was hard to sleep in the morning due to the noise from the construction. We had an early check in and the housekeeping lady knocked on our door every 45 minutes. I believe they are renovating the pool so we had to go either to the one at the Mandalay Bay or to the MGM.

At the time of booking was not made aware that hotel was going through renovations, so no pool. Room did not have fridge, microwave or an alarm clock. Room was clean and staff was very nice. I would try this hotel again but after renovations are complete.

Beautiful hotel and location was perfect. I have been staying there couple of my visits .rooms are really nice and clean. And also they upgrade their rooms which is very good.

Nice hotel in the middle of the strip. The only complaint about the hotel is that check in took forever. Other than that it was a great stay.

Personnel at register desk very inefficient, 7 clerks at counter only 3 working and the rest pretending ,chatting one another. long wait to check in. Carpet on the floors corridor very old and filthy. I stayed here 8 years ago and this hotel has gone from descent to horrible. I can't believe I took my wife there. Will never stay here again. Bad experience.

Floor is dirty . One of the light in the restroom went out spoke to maid she told me she has someone to fix nothing happened when I left the room comebacks the light did not fix.. the reception were rude and not friendly and she think that my English is not good enough talk to Her. If she does not like her job quit the job because I has nothing to do to make her day went bad I m there to have a good time and spend my money

Parts of our stay were great but for the most part I was not overly impressed. Our check in was easy a bit on the slow side but smooth. The cocktail service in the casino area was the worst we have ever experienced. We could stand around forever and never see a waitress and when you asked for one it was as if it was too much trouble. The room itself was very comfortable and clean and the hotel was very pretty and nicely kept.

First, I have to say the staff are all very friendly and helpful, couldn’t ask for any better. The room was neat, clean and comfortable. However, we were disappointed in the room for the price we payed, expected more. There wasn’t a coffee pot in the room and for a morning coffee drinker thats very inconvenient.

PLUMBING PROBLEM IN 1ST ROOM MOVED OUT OF ROOM..ONLY TO HAVE WATER IN OUR SHOWER UP TO OUR CALVES IN OUR NEW OTHER ROOM........THEN A MAN ENTERED OUR ROOM WHEN WE WERE SLEEPING..SCARED THE HELL OUT OF ME!!!! HOTEL ISSUED HIM OUR ROOM BY MISTAKE!!! CALLED FRONT DESK AND THEY BUT US ON HOLD FOR 20 MINUTES!!! HAD TO GET DRESS AND GO DOWN TO SPEAK TO MANAGER. HAD A PROBLEM IN CASINO WITH A MACHINE..WAS PROMISED MANAGER WOULD GET BACK TO US...5 DAYS LATER STILL WAITING!! YOU THINK THEY WOULD CREDIT OUR ROOM????

Had a really late check in, the receptionist did a wonderful job in accomodating a small hiccup. Came for a business trip. Lots of ongoing construction but I'm sure it'll pay off next time we come back. The Lounge had WISE Music performing. They made a great choice in choosing this artist. He was probably the highlight of the stay. Also went to Diablo's Cantina for some dancing, they had great Latin dancing music. Overall great stay.

Great service. For sure I will return. Hotel personal was great.
