Main entrance under construction. Inconvenient and slow check in process. Too long of waits for service, valet, check in, restaurants. Seems not enough people to handle customers quickly and professionally.

Great hotel! Perfect location. Obviously not as high-scale as the more expensive hotels on the strip, but really nice and has everything you need! would absolutely stay again.

The hotel room didn't look nothing like the pictures. Didn't have a lot of place to eat at after hours. The resort fee was one price when I paid n when I got there to check in it was another price. But overall I enjoyed my trip.

Although there have been previous comments regarding construction noise, we did not experience any problems with any noise disturbances. The breakfast buffet was awesome with great choices. Can't wait to return and stay in a new renovated guest room.

My experience was okay even tho our room wasn't ready when we arrived, but they gave us a 50dollar comp so I guess it made up for it

Small room with no amenities but a hair dryer. Grout around the tub was black/dirty. Cigarette burn in the tile of the bathroom floor. No comforters on the beds, just sheets. Guests in next room having a party at 7am (I know it's Vegas, but come on) - had to call the front desk twice for that, and they never even offered to move us. Pool is down and they expect you to use the MGM Grand or Mandalay Bay - NOT a quick walk and they provide no transportation. If you want to walk several Vegas-size blocks and cross Las Vegas Blvd. in a bathing suit, it will work for you. Still charged the full resort fee each night even though no amenities. Tables in the casino were half closed. Restaurant in the casino - never saw EVEN ONE PERSON dining there - it appeared to be closed as well. I won't stay here again. Compared to the other casinos on the strip we spent our money in, this place looked like a pit. Very different from when I stayed there 10 years ago - there is nothing good about it anymore. Sad.

Deluxe room was basic, tears in chairs and table, no USB hook ups, $25 a night for refrigerator, not enough places to eat, Microwaved breakfast from JohnnyRockets, same food every time at buffet. We never stayed around the hotel much, if you just need a place to sleep but close to other big hotels for S much cheaper price go somewhere else like the older hotels...

Slow check out process, rooms need updating and to have minor issues fixed, loose toilet, loose tile and shower head etc.

I was highly disappointed with my experience at the Monte Carlo. I was not aware until I checked in that they would be taking a $200 deposit out of my account! The check in clerk was very rude when I asked what the charge was for. I was also very disappointed with the construction going on. I was not informed until the day before my trip that the pool at the hotel was not in service (big inconvenience). I also could not sleep well in the morning due to the rude construction sounds. Too many surprises from this hotel. Not a great experience. Next time I go to Vegas, I won't be staying at the Monte Carlo.

Pool was under renovation, wouldn't have never booked my stay there. Had no shuttle to take you to the 2 location they offered. Ask front desk why am I paying a resort fee if there's no pool available. The manager was very rude name Sam and very condescending I will never stay at the Monte Carlo again I have been to Vegas about 10 times and this was my worst experience there.

This hotel was easy access to everywhere on the strip. We walked everywhere down the strip and even through the hotels to other hotels.

Rooms are clean, but outdated. Nice staff, except one or two at the buffet. We loved the location.

The hotel was ok. I guess for Vegas it's top notch they say. Who ever they are! But any where else in the world it would be ranked with a motel6 or a super8. The rooms offer the bare minimum. No glamor no glitz. No coffee make no microwave and no fridge. They did keep up with the other hotels in the world and offer free ice. LOL! I've never had to wait any where for more then an hour to check out except for the Monty Carlo Los Vegas. The check out staff seemed more interested in what they had done the day before or what they were doing that night to help there patrons finish there holiday in a timely manor. Even when I finally made it to the check out counter and never contested my account, it still took more then 15 minutes to complete the transaction. On a higher note the Vegas strip was spectacular. But what do I know I'm just 1 man in a very world.

Great hotel wonderful staff.... I will be back :))

The hotel was mediocre at best. 30$ resort fee for the gym, wifi that didn't work after the first day, a pool that was a mile walk across the street at MGM, and the smell of a dead bird and rat on a rooftop I could see from my wonderful view.

The Monte Carlo is conveniently located near the central strip. What's better is the tram that connects it to Aria and the Bellagio, which can save you a long walk in the heat and crowds. The Shops at Crystals is right next door for some great shopping, and access to food and restaurants are within the immediate area. Facilities are older and outdated, but definitely adequate for the price and location.

Hotel is under construction and was awake every morning by 6am with all the noise. I ask to be moved to a different room and they told me and I quote "it is what it is".

I stayed at the Monte Carlo as a less expensive alternative to the Aria where a family wedding was being held. I got a clean room for a reasonable price. No frills. The renovation was in full swing with workers boring holes in concrete in close proximity to guests trying to eat lunch in the food court. I hope the newly renovated property will be a big improvement.

I would never stay the hotel ever again, i checked in with Lisa, she was unprofessional and rude, makes me hate the hotel right away. I asked her if i can have water, she was right away goes "No!", then i saw a clark right next her giving another checking in customers water, i told the lady " Hey, she just said no water" to me, Lisa right away, " oh thats for valuable customer's only, this is VIP section, we dont handle you guys normally" Well i just followed a guy who was controling the line who were checking in, i didnt choose to be there. I also asked her " I should have free breakfast buffet for 2" " She said " well, nobody's giving out coupons any more, that's a dinosaur, you have 65 dollars credit, you charge to your room and we will take off 65 from your bill at the check out." And laughed like i am stupid. She didnt explained what room number i was, she didnt explained where is elevators, she didnt provide any necessary information, but she was just loud, rude and no knowledge about the hotel she works for, she had to go ask somebody about how the credit works. She didnt even provide the info about their pool is right now under construction and had to go to another hotel for that. I got really bad impression from start, i would never ever stay that hotel nor recomend to anybody.

Would have been nice to know in advance of making the reservation that the hotel was undergoing significant construction; didn't appreciate waking up to construction noise early every morning.
