would have been nice to have a refrig and 2 chairs - one just did not cut it

The hotel is under massive renovation. Jackhammers from 7am'ish to 6pm. I stayed on the 17th floor and the hammering still reached the room. Left the hotel early to stay at the MGM across the street.

There are newer, better hotels for the same price.

It was more than what I expected. The reviews I read before staying here are bad, but the hotel was fine. It was clean, but maybe some dust (at least no bed bugs or anything weird). No bothers or interruptions. I would stay here again.

Everyone was so courteous and friendly, however when we booked our room we were under the impression the room had a spa not a soaking tub, We all so requested a room where it was quiet, the room we were given was very noisy we could see and hear the construction (Storage)? Somebody needs to inspect the quality of food available @ The Buffet, I was so upset we wasted our money there. Fortunately we were only there a short stay.

The rooms needed some work the shower was not working the sink was plug. And the food @the buffet was not good Next time I well pay more for a better hotel. The pool was not working etc. This is are Frust time staying there next time I think we are going to a difrent hotel

Its Vegas...checkout was at 11am we gambled all night didnt wake up until 1pm...no hassles no extra charges...

Biggest issue I faced was the shower was not very warm. The pool is closed for the summer. But they don't tell you that when you book. They have access to their partner pools but you don't learn that until youcheck in.

long line to check in, took about half an hour with all available staff helping at front desk

Really wish Orbitz will inform you of nearby construction and renovations of the hotels before you show up and find out about them Concierge and bell hop were amazing but when out on the casino floor it was rude waitresses and hard to find them

Every morning at 6:00 construction began with a fig horn multiple times followed by heavy machinery and literal jack hammers. It sucked.

For the price I paid, I did not expect such an old room with not even a coffee maker. On top of the room tarrif, monte carol charges a per day resort fee as well. I didn't understand the resort fee when the room was worse than a motel's room. Do not recommend monte Carlos to anyone and never going to book this hotel in Vegas ever again.

We were very dissapointed with the condition of the hotel room. The sink was clogged and full of water from the previous guest, stains and cigarette burns were on the wall and there was a booger on one of the cards in the room. Also, we are unaware of $78 resort fee at the time of check in and no access to the pool, as it was still under construction. Needless to say it was very exspensive stay and not worth it. We will never stay at the Monte Varlo again and would not recommend it to friends and family.

Old carpet which was dirty. Black around toilet Rim. Chair in room dirty. No refrigerator. Could not win on the slot machines.

We stayed here 3 nights and it was nice. We called for extra towels and staff was fast and friendly. Since there was no open pool on the property it was a bit of a drag to go to the other hotels. Our room had a bit of a smell upon arrival. However, the room was spacious with a nice view and the hotel is so close to many restaurants and shops.

no pool. You have to go to other hotels to swim. They run a bus every 20 minutes to take you swimming but fail to tell you the bus doesn't run between 1 and 4 ---ended up Sharing cab with others that were also waiting on the bus. The floors were black from wear. The carpet outside our room was wet so their solution was to run a Noisey fan outside our door ALL night. In the morning they shut it off when no one was trying to sleep. The ice machine did not work. I was told to go to a different floor for ice. It also took the bell hop who stored ur luggage 25 minutes to retrieve.

We always stay here when we come and the first 2 times awesome this time no one wanted to help us nor give us solutions to the problems the hotel was having and being under construction Will Not stay here again!!!

Granted I checked in around 10pm at night, I was disappointed that they didn't have the king size bed I requested. They said they had it on a higher floor but a $5 charge a night would be added. The noise was also horrible from the construction started about 6-6:30am. One night they were out there until about 1:30am moving the large garbage bins which made noise and the trucks beeping from backing up was horrible.

No clocks or movie rentals and resort fee yet no pool acces

This hotel was outdated. The few restaurants they had were not good and over priced.
