Only had a smoking room (with very strong smell) available when I arrived, despite their guarantee that my room (which I had requested be non-smoking) would be held for late check-in. TV didn't work. Moved me the next day, to a room that was better but still lacking -- continuing TV issues, bad pillows and bedding, slow drain, etc. Elevators outdated and not all working, resulting in long waits and tight squeezes when they'd finally arrive.

This wasn't my first stay at The Flamingo, but it certainly is my last. 1st of all as usual there was a long line to check in. Tried to check in @ the kiosk but it didnt work. I was assigned room 4-148, directly above the new LINQ Promenade, which consists of shops bars & music all night long. I went to Vegas to drink and let off steam as well but the rooms on this side of the hotel should be a last resort to fill (we were there on a M/T/W nite; I doubt the rest of the rooms were sold out). After the loud noise from the bars stopped about 330 am the jack hammering from the construction started. Im not 1 to usually complain & I, too, was up out and about drinking til at least 2 am. Its terrible that when you do get back to your room you cant sleep due to the noise and commotion under your window. Since we wanted to go to the pool during our stay (weather was in the upper 80s in March) we had to get up by 8:30 am so we could stand in line to get a chair by the pool. Their pool used to be the best pool on the strip. It has certainly gone downhill. They now have "pay for" cabana beds placed in the best spots on the pool deck & take up about 40% of the pool deck. Unless you want to pay for a spot by the pool you better not stay out too late (or stay in room 4-148) you better be up bright and early to wait in line and maybe get lucky to get chair or even a spot to put your stuff. Dont bring any water or soda; you have to buy it at the pool at inflated prices. NEVER stay here again

We stayed at the Flamingo for the third time and it was fine. The first night we didn't have hot water it was just warm told the maid the next day and we had hot water after that. Rooms were clean, plenty of towels, nice lighting, felt safe, not problems. Staff was very nice to us and I would stay there again next year for sure. The price is right for being right on the strip right in the middle of it all. The sports book was perfect food in the hotel price fairly.

Stayed here for proximity to "nicer" casinos, but still disappointed by condition of hotel. A/C in room didn't work. Expected more, especially for what turned out to be $300/night.

First prob is they charge $13.00 a day for parking. When you want to come down and get your car, you can't call from your room unless you are a diamond member. had problems sleeping because of noise in the hallways. bed was to hard and the air conditioner seemed to work some of the time.

Great location! Room wasn't bad. The utilities needed some updating but other than that worth the stay since we weren't even in the room much. Pool was great! And staff was very friendly and helpful!

This hotel is a dump. I stayed here a couple years ago and thought it was an aging spot but not terrible...well it's gone downhill since then. The bedspread was covered in stains. The towel hook was ripped off the door. I felt like I needed a shower after using the shower in my room at the flamingo. Yuck. If location is more important to you than not picking up an STI off of the filthy bedding then the flamingo might be the spot for you.

You get what you pay for. Paint peeling in the bathrooms, motel 6 quality. Elevators constantly broke and slow. I used to stay at The Riviera for about the same price and the quality of the rooms were better. The pool was overcrowded, bathrooms were pretty dirty in the casino. It's hands down the worst quality hotel and casino in that area, you can stay at other hotels around there for just a little bit more that have better amenities and are nicer.

Extra fees after booking the room was not worth it for the wireless internet. Should have a coffee maker in the room for the fees.

In the middle of the strip . Good location to walk To other casinos . Check in and check out was fast with kiosk . Casino is keeping up with technology..

Our room overlooked the High Roller. Beautiful view. The only "con" would be the annoying people with Wyndham resorts.

This was my fifth time staying at the Flamingo. I like this hotel because it is centrally located on the Strip with easy walks to Caesars, Bellagio, Harrahs, Paris, and Venetian. It has access to the monorail. The Flamingo is showing its age, but it is clean and in working order, so it has a charm that can only be acquired with age. My room was a bit of let down this time. I asked for a room near the elevator, and I got one 'right next to it', so I could hear the cars running up and down all night. This was slightly disruptive, but was covered up by the rather noisy room air conditioner. The bed was super comfortable. Still, the price and location make the Flamingo a top choice for visits to Fabulous Las Vegas. I intend to only stay at the Flamingo whenever I go to Vegas.

My room wasn't ready even though I had late check in so I couldn't use a self check in kiosk but had to wait in line for 45 minutes. Then my king room wasn't available so I had to take two queens or wait longer. No hot water for the first three days and walls so thin the loving couple in the next room might as well have been in my bed.. The property offered nothing but a glazed over smile and a "So sorry " for the lack of hot water. Not even a voucher for a free watered down drink by the pool. The casino slots are tight as a drum. A few plusses...comfortable beds, plenty of pillows, a nice pool and a good breakfast buffet.

I booked the cheapest room first. It was a bit worn and didn't have a mini fridge. I quickly went to the next level and was much happier. The room was very nice and had a pretty view. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. Loved eating breakfast just feet from the flamingo's and other wildlife they have there.

I had a great room on the 19th floor. It was clean and pretty. Great view of Caesar's Palace. I love watching the ducks and flamingo while we ate breakfast.

When I got there I had to wait to check in. Then they charged extra for a room with a fridge and a coffee pot. The upgraded room had a filthy carpet, stained furniture, burn holes in the carpet, a clogged filter in the ac unit which caused me respiratory issues. I had a smoking room and would constantly set off the alarm. The fridge that I payed extra for was tiny and not in good condition. The view was pretty much a let down. There was a weird odor in the common areas. The buffet was over priced and not very good and the staff were rude. The pools were closed on the first night that I arrived at 6:00 pm... I mean this is Vegas right? Why is the pool closed at all? For the rest of my stay the pools and hot tub were closed for repairs. I feel that I should have been notified about this in advance. Disappointing!

Would be better if they at least provide microwave in the room.

The stay was short and done what we could on limited time. One I do not like is those timeshare people in lobby don't get it when you say NO!

It was great except they charge you a resort fee even which is suppose to cover the weight room, pool, wifi and other things. I don't think you should be charged if you don't use these things.

Checked in Thursday no hot water told solenoid needed replacement..Called daily to complain. No shower till Sunday.
