The accommodations were excellent! Karla at front desk was very helpful, welcoming, and professional!

Interesting. The people assisting the check in line to move smoothly were great. The person who checked us in (man) was negative. Never smiled. Seemed like he could care less if we stayed there or not. Room needed a couple more towels. Then we had to pay for coffee in the room?? We liked the room. There is a nice restaurant close to the check in area "Americano". Great menu, excellent food. But, the bar staff needs to learn how to make Arnold Palmer drinks, (non-alcoholic),. We were sitting at the bar (great view of people coming and going in the hotel. There is also a sitting area on the other side of the bar from which you can sit & order bar drinks. We had decided to eat at this location because of the people watching and the ability to watch the summer NBA basketball games. There are three side by side TV's. Each TV can have a separate program. The Bar staff turned off the game we (several other people) were watching with three minutes to go in the game and turned all three stations to a really loud Latin MTV station. Weird, poor service for not asking us if we were watching TV or the game. Then when two hookers sat immediately across from us (entertaining possible men/hookups) the bar staff started flirting with the hookers. Consequently two different people eating in the restaurant area had to approach the bar and yell to get the bar staff to pay them enough attention for the people to request a drink. One person was in a wheel chair. So no tip. The hookers made $$.

Nice hotel the best i ever stayed at everything about it was. It was very detailed and was clean and smelled great.

Nice hotel experience. Has everything you need for last min shopping with the mall they have indoors.

Great experience. Very helpful staff. Top notch. Loved the view from our room. Highly recommend!

Caesar’s Palace has been my favorite hotel in Las Vegas for years. Very nice room and very clean.

Very nice pool Buffett is very expensive Casino is very clean Parking is easy

Room was comfortable and clean. Just a little taken back that in room coffee wasn’t free. It was a little inconvenient having to wait until we were ready for breakfast to get a cup of coffee every morning.

We got to the room in the evening ready for a night out after a long drive. Turns out shower drain is clogged. I call the front desk and they offer no solution other than to wait for maintenance to come. We waited nearly an hour. Poor customer service all around. The person I spoke to refused to allow us to switch rooms. Talk about a disconnect right? Surprise, you have a defective room and now you’re stuck with it. Not cool.

We were very excited to be upgraded to the Nobu Hotel. But after staying there, I would not want to go back. Our toilet ran and flushed all night long. We asked the front desk to fix it, and they sent someone up. It continued to run. We asked again, they sent someone up to fix it. It continued to flush and run. We asked one more time, it was never fixed. My husband had to take off the top and play with the fixtures every time we flushed the toilet. I definitely will not be going back to Caesar's Palace.

We were so happy to be be checked in early and upgraded rooms, such a nice surprise! Room was clean and comfortable, staff was friendly and accommodating. Beautiful hotel with lots to do. Loved our stay!

I should have paid close attention to the late check in time. When you don't sleep, fly in at 8 a.m., waiting until 4 p.m. to check in when you have a show to attend at 5:30 is a bad idea. Paid to get early check in, but had to wait quite a while. Make sure you pre-pay for early check in!

Always wanted to stay at Caesars. Finally did. It was really disappointing. Our room in the Forum Tower was really old and outdated. Disappointing.

Check in process was terrible. We waited in line for 45 minutes, and then had to deal with the check-in staff for 30 minutes. We arrived at 4pm and were told that 1 of our 2 rooms was not ready yet and they couldn't give us an estimate on when it would be ready. Apparently the check-in time is not 4pm, it's a "check-in window" of 4-6pm.

Beautiful hotel. Very busy. Smells like flowers. The bathroom had several problems.

It was good but my only complaint is about the front desk when I was checking in I arrived early maid morning I asked the lady in front desk if I can check in my room early she said let me see if the room is available it might be a possibility I said if not I can upgrade and check me early she said ok but I have to charge you for the upgrad I agreed she charges me $60:00 dollars extra for the upgrade which it was fine by me since I was tiered from my trip and I want to rest but here comes the surprise She said to wait a minute to check with he supervisor which was another lady passing by she looked at me in very strange way the talked for about minute and came back to me and said I am sorry but I have to charg you another $90:00 dollars in order for you to check in early I said that is to much I just paid you $60:00 dollars to change my room so I can check early she said that is two different things but I can reduce that to &70:00 dollars for you I felts that I was talking advantaged off and she was bargaining with me it was not right at all I was so embarrassed by the whole conversation and so tired I said that is fine just let get to my room I want to rest I am very very unhappy about it And I expect some compensation from the hotel for the way I was treated and for all the extra charges Otherwise the room was beautiful and the rest of my staying in Las Vegas was great by the way that’s was my first trip Vegas to meet with other people’s for business

First time in Las Vegas. Hotel room was huge and overlooked the pool-beautiful! We didn’t have much contact with the staff-everything was great. Did check in at kiosk and checked out by phone-very easy with no issues.

When I first came to Caesar's I was in ah, now not so much since I have gotten older I pay more attention to detail and some places were not as clean at I thought it should have been.

I stayed here last year for business and really enjoyed it. So this year I decided to stay here again. However, I didn't know there were differences in the towers. I was given a room in the forum tower this year. When I entered the room, there was a really musty and mildew/mold kind of smell to the room. I ignored it, then went and sat on the bed. I can't believe they would even allow guests to sleep on that kind of bed. It was like a hill. the 2 sides concaved down and the center was lumpy. I tried to even out the surface, but it was in the mattress itself. So I called downstairs (the phone handle was not even attached to the phone - I had to use speaker) to see if I can be transferred to another room, similar to where I stayed last year. The rep said it was in the Julius tower, and I asked if I can get a room in there. He immediately replied it was all "booked". So my husband says to just stay, since it's only a couple of days. So I agreed and went to use the restroom. It seems there was clear water when I was sitting on the toilet, then I heard a gurgly & bubbly noise and then dirty water started gushing out from the toilet on to me. My husband got really upset and ran downstairs to the counter and told them the issue I just encountered and to make it right for me. I should have video taped the toilet water, but out of panic, my husband closed the lid and flushed the toilet. So they ended up transferring us to the Julius Tower. This will be my last stay.

The hotel room was fine. The lobby to our Palace tower room smelled like vomit for 3 days. Not sure if someone threw up in a planter, but it was not good. We rented a daybed and it lacked service. We had to go up and get our own food and drinks, I was annoyed that my husband tipped on the daybed rental since we didn't receive any service.
