I like the shopping center, rooms are big and pools I love all the statues I didn't like I stayed 4 days, 3 nights, no one came over to clean and change the towels in 4 days very disappointed And the buffets are very expensive.

Location on the center of the L.V strip , clean , house keeping, very clean pool area, ( pls notify guests when pool is closing for special events) check in personal were rough when I checked in . OVERALL IT WAS A GREAT VACTION WE WILL STAY THERE AGAIN NEXT YEAR ,MAY BE FOR YEARS WEEK. THANK YOU SOOOO VERY MUCH

I LOVED everything about this hotel it is beautifully grand and made my stay so relaxing. I will definitely stay here from now on best 5 star hotel ever!!

I paid for three rooms for a family vacation for four nights. We were "encouraged to upgrade" because the rooms that we purchased through Orbitz "may not be what we are accustomed to." They weren't. The views were of the roof and air conditioning systems. We were missing light bulbs, had curtains that didn't work, no hair dryers, bathroom floors had hairballs....it was horrible. It seemed apparent by what we were told that we were given substandard rooms since we didn't book directly through Caesars. When we checked in I had to sign and initial my life away. I've had to initial and sign fewer documents when I took out a mortgage. One of those was apparently a statement opting out of all housekeeping services which meant no soap (had to go to CVS to purchase our own), no towels, etc.....for FOUR nights. I spent an entire morning standing in lines, twice, to speak with someone about rectifying the situation. You can easily wait 45 - 60 minutes at the registration area to speak with someone. To be fair, most of the staff with whom I interacted with were cordial and tried to be helpful, though there were also a few that clearly did not have that as a goal. I guess, having spent more than several thousand dollars at this property, I had expectations that certainly exceeded reality.

There were a lot of restaurants to choose from and good shopping. The hotel itself is overpriced for the same quality that can be given elsehwere.

Very clean, helpful staff, there were 3 couples travelling together and they had no trouble putting our rooms close together.

it was clean & vibrant energy. I didn't like that we had to pay the special day fee even though we were here for a conference and would not be using the facility.

No microwave or refrigerator or hot tub in the room

I didn't like room entertainment options poor TV quality no HBO or other premium channels TV froze frequently no gym. Staff was wonderful.

It's a beautiful property no doubt. However for hotel guests, the hotel does not even have limited free water bottles when this property is in Vegas (middle of desert). Water bottles provided in room are $7 a bottle. The Wifi speed was poor and the TV service was out for a whole day, when the hotel charges a $40 daily resort fee for wifi (limited to 2 devices), tv and swimming pool customers expect better service.

The property’s location is excellent and close to all of the things we wanted to do along the strip. The pools were beautiful and there was plenty of seating. Checking in was a bit of an issue as we were given incorrect information regarding the safety checks of our room. Our room was also consistently warm which was rough due to the temperatures outside being in the hundreds. Overall very nice for the price and we would stay there again.

Clean, comfortable place to stay. Loved our room and the pools. Also, it is very centrally located on the strip!

Hotel is very beautiful with lots of things to do. Room was nice, just wish we had refridgerator without bar in it so we could put our own snacks and leftovers in.
