Bally's Las Vegas - Hotel & Casino

3.5 out of 5.0

Easy and quick check in and out. We were placed in the non-smoking Jubilee room with an amazing view of the strip! I have stayed here about 3 times now - every stay is always enjoyable. The hotel is close to all the higher end hotels like the Cosmo and Bellagio, so the walk to either hotel isn't too bad.

Jackhammers all day from floor above. Water shut down every afternoon.

Bathroom wallpaper coming off the wall. Malfunctioning lights, electrical outlets, and tv. No fridge. Hall carpets are dingy. On the bright side, the Duck Fried Rice at Sea was tasty.

Somehow our reservation was missed In Transition between orbitz and Bally’s, upon check in they didn’t have rooms available for us although we had a reservation. The hotel gave us complementary upgrades to suites. Really nice suites with a multiple person jacuzzi tub in the room... the room was very nice and extremely comfortable.

Beautiful and close for everything! We enjoy this hotel many times a year!❤️❤️❤️

El hotel muy cerca del strip , limpio y el personal muy amable 😊

The room I stayed in was very outdated. The bathroom shower curtain smelled of clorox and mold and there was a lot of cosmetics that needed to be done to the bathroom (peeling paint, cracks, etc.). The staff was good. Very accommodating, especially baggage claims.

Says free parking on website but they charge per day, says fridge request but additional 15 per night, surcharge fee for internet! Are u serious!! Beds springs sink in old and they need to replace mattresses already. Towels too rough, it was clean and quiet but what are the hotels fees for if everything has a surcharge! No coffee maker, no water in room. I asked staff to add fridge never got it to room, I asked for parking to be added, didn’t happen got stuck at gate with useless hotel key and had to pay it at exit while holding back the line

I expected a little nicer room. Wall paper next to tub falling off and black mold under wallpaper. Sheetrock on wall was falling into tub. All the fixtures needed updating. All in all disappointing. .

Very nice hotel and location , rims are spacious , staff is nice , only need to update and renovate it a little then will be totally perfect hotel

Great stay Indigo suite was showing its age #1098 Hard bed/small shower/water pipes in ceiling are very loud when people upstairs run the jacuzzi tub/view of parking garage Right across from Bellaggio fountains and hooked to Paris if you want a “new” casino Dealers and drink girls were very nice I would stay again but just get a updated room

The hotel is close to everything if you’re looking for a full Las Vegas experience. The parking was a little off putting, the amenities were fine, the restaurants in the resort were very good. Be careful regarding their “use of two devices” policy. If you register a third WiFi device in your room you get slapped with a $14.99 service charge. There were a number of fees that added up just for staying at Bally’s. My gripe was the lack of housekeeping. One day they didn’t even come to clean our room. All in all, it was a serviceable resort, but I can’t say it’s better than some of the newer, more modern options available in the area.

Located in the heart of the Strip but they have mean staff, long lines for check-in,check-out. Parking used to be free but not anymore. There are extra charges they do not tell you about in advance until you realize you have been ripped off! There was no microwave in my room and the iron was not working properly. I had issues with the door keys which cost me several back and forth travel to the front desk, waiting in lines each time. Internet is not free. ~15$ per day unless you have paid the extra resort fee of ~35$ which just covers internet, fitness center, and phone call.

The shower smells like sewer. It was very disturbing and disgusting. We had a suite over night for a quick get away but staying in town, the room had a faint smell of smoke even though it was supposed to be non smoking. There were missing bulb lights in the vanity, and the shower just smells like sewer everytime it get wet. For a hung over person to pour alcohol on the shower to cover the smells just says something about that situation.

Another great trip to las vegas (Trip #20) and Stay #17 at Ballys. Checked in at 930am and it was ON. Nonstop food and fun for 4 straight days. I cant wait to go again !

My 1st night was terrible, no water at the middle of the night in the bathroom. No free WiFi , no coffee maker in the room, etc.

Bed was an old spring mattress that was probably 40 years old, ac didn't work great, hot water and shower were terrible, toilet didn't flush well

The hotel did have a good location which was in the middle of the strip, easy to get to multiple hotels by foot.

Enjoyed everything about the hotel, friendly check in fast and easy. Room was very clean and comfortable. Plenty of room no matter were you went.

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I like being able to check in early. I’m willing to pay the $20! It’s an older hotel so some updating would be good. In the rooms there are no plugs - even by the desk, so to plug in anything you’re unplugging the lamp or the clock. I was there during the week for work, having come from the East Coast the breakfast not opening until 7 wasn’t convenient- but the food was quite good and the staff great. Tennis girl
