Bally's Las Vegas - Hotel & Casino

The hotel did have a good location which was in the middle of the strip, easy to get to multiple hotels by foot.

Enjoyed everything about the hotel, friendly check in fast and easy. Room was very clean and comfortable. Plenty of room no matter were you went.

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I like being able to check in early. I’m willing to pay the $20! It’s an older hotel so some updating would be good. In the rooms there are no plugs - even by the desk, so to plug in anything you’re unplugging the lamp or the clock. I was there during the week for work, having come from the East Coast the breakfast not opening until 7 wasn’t convenient- but the food was quite good and the staff great. Tennis girl

Front check-in personnel were rude and not helpful

Pros (Staff is amazing very attentive, close to everything restaurant strip) Cons ( old hotel, out dated, parking charge is a big NO " i will understand if im not staying there for parking fee but the fact that i am checked in to there hotel its sad." , around 9AM there was a hose keeping just opened the door while we are getting ready to leave the hotel my friend was half naked and she just opened it w/o knocking, i believed that a little weird and wrong) very unprofessional.

Although Bally’s is showing its age, it’s located in a great spot on the strip and convenient to get to everything. It does need better air filtration and less smoke. Business inside of Bally’s are limited compared to other hotels. They do close up earlier than expected also! Most open after 9am and close by 5pm sharp.

Great location and clean room but hiding a significant portion of the price per night behind mandatory resort fees - $34/day for internet and fitness. And also no power outlets to charge your devices ... (in 2017 ...)

I have stayed in this hotel twice and it's full all of my desires for the time being.

Had a great time. Went for 16th anniversary very pleasing.

This hotel is great location and has great staff.

Doesn't have wifi, check in and check out fast and easy.

Hotel is in a good location. Rooms are spacious and clean. Front desk people not too friendly or helpful.

The front desk was under staffed and slow. The bathroom fan was broken. When the toilet was flushed, the tub drain gurgled. The room was dirty

Central location on the strip. Resort fee seems high for what you get. Tiffany and Carolina at the pool bar were great. All the other people working at the pool bar were lazy and Rude! Room was comfortable and clean. Gaming is plentiful, and the restaurants are okay.

Everything about the hotel was great the only thing was that our shower drain had a foul odor. Other than that I love it and I would definitely book there again!

Hotel is a cheaper price because most things that are included at other hotels are not included at this one. Overall not worth it.

Not helpful staff in terms of helping out with check-in/ check-out options . Also the room service is slow.

Very nice hotel Spacious rooms. Convenient to numerous locations from the hotel location. The room rate is also reasonable. I will recommend my friends, relative about this casino in the future.

I am not sure if they cleaned the room before we checked in. It seemed someone was in the room before we got there. When we walked in, the TV was on, we saw some crumbs on the floor. It was 9:30 at night and we were hungry, so we didn't ask for a room change. After dinner, I came back to take a shower, I realized that the bath tube was really dirty. I saw hair everywhere, it was really gross. The next day when we opened the curtain, we saw more crumbs (potato chips) everywhere on the floor. Then I found a piece in my bed. I wondered whether they changed the bedding after the last guest checked out. Bally's has a nice sizable pool. I went down for a swim in the morning around 8:30, I picked up a water bottle, a beer can and a straw from the pool. At that time, the pool was opened for only half an hour, the trash in the pool must be from the day before and they didn't clean it before they opened the pool. Overall, very disjointed in Bally's. We will not return.

Nice hotel. Would stay there again. Very confortable beds. Clean. In the middle of the strip. Nice pool. Dated decor but all the hotels we saw were dated in some way. Loved our stay....wish we could have stayed longer❤
