Bathroom and spa hot tub was beautiful, nice big shower and soft water.

Clean rooms and friendly staff. Good value for the money

The staff was amazing and very accommodating. The power did go out on our floor for a few hours one day, we had to walk down 14 flights of stairs. They were not too concerned about the guests that have already paid their money, the casino still had power so it really showed where their priorities were.

The rooms are awesome and updated. The rest of the hotel and casino are just “okay”.

The property and rooms were dirty. It was supposedly renovated, but did not appear new at all.

In my opinion this property was excellent couldn’t ask for better service, cleanliness, expectations. Centrally located on the strip for conviencense. The only negative to me was the casino itself. Small and not enough variety in slots but with tons of casinos close by u can find what your wanting.

Bally's was almost perfect- my only complaint is the first of my 3 nights there was a rumbling noise sounding like thunder about once every minute, all day and all night. I eventually figured out it was elevator motor noise from equipment on the roof. If you stay here, AVOID rooms on the top few floors and near the elevator bay. These would be room numbers on maybe 70-73, and low room numbers (i.e. 7201-7208). I requested a room change after the first night which Bally's happily did for me. Bally's is far enough off the strip to be nice and peaceful at night (aside from that infernal elevator noise).

My suite was very spacious and had very nice decor. I really enjoyed taking a bubble bath with such a nice view too!

I have stayed at Ballys many years back and this Ballys was wonderful. The rooms were exceptionally nice Beds comfortable, floors quiet and i really enjoyed the slots Won a little. The stores and its connection to Paris Hotel allowed many food choices and places to go between the 2 hotels. It was cold our few days there but we had enough choices to really make it enjoyable. Very pleased

Toilet paper and tissue not enough. Almost like it was never switched or checked after previous guest who used most of it!

Nice hotel close to everything in walking distance to foodcourt and shopping Center

Great location, easy access to everything, will stay again

Our room was not properly cleaned for our entire stay. Dirty towels left on the bedroom floor, hair in the shower, ice bucket not emptied, no bath towels left one day....Condition of the property is a bit run down and there When told about this the hotel offered me a $10 credit at one of their shops....Sorry too little too late!!! As a professional who works in this industry I would say this was well below expectations!!!

Orbitz and Bally’s charge you with hindden resort fees. Be warned.

Nice room, but noisy from the street noise. Casino smells of cigarettes

Great location, easy check in, clean room, loved the mattress and the shower, no surprises. What more could a guest ask for. Thank you

Room was nice can tell it had been remodeled and it looked good bed was soft and very comfy. Check in was slow had a line but only 4-5 agents checking in customers. Really the main complaint is the crazy resort fees not even sure what I paid for no hot tub can’t use the pool and I didn’t see any gym or fitness area. I feel I basically paid for nothing resort fees are a waste of money. Having been to Vegas numerous times I won’t be back for a long time if ever if I’m going to get charge resort fees I’m going to go to a actual resort that I can use the facilities I’m paying for. Hope 32.00 a day is worth turning away customers
