Good location. Close to everything. Everything is in walking distance from Hotel.

Central location, helpful staff, good restaurants.

Brought my family there, couldn’t even walk across the casino to get to the restaurants with the kids without security hassling us saying children are not allowed on the floor, how do you expect us to get them to eat? Go to our room in the shower won’t even drain called them and one of them to do something about it I’ll compensate us because we couldn’t shower and they said you booked through a third-party so we can’t help you.

Everything is a construction site, pool missing, everything on the ground floor is covered in smokers, staff pushing you into paying for add ons like checking in at a reasonable time for an extra $30, and no one can make a cocktail, all the while charging for hotel fees for things that weren't available. I see they are trying to renew, but you can't fix refresh toxic world culture with a coat of paint.

When we checked in the desk clerk said she didn’t have king bed for us only a room with 2 queens and could have the king the next day I told her I reserved a room for 2 nights with a king She went and checked with somebody and got us a king suite it was a nice room. The express checkout is quick and easy

Great location...unfortunately no pool due to construction. Also, construction going on around the property.

The location is super awesome.. just at the middle of the strip. There are plenty of food options and cvs round the corner which i really needed as i have a toddler with me who needs a lot of milk .. our room was spacious too

We loved that it connects to Paris Hotel and was so close to everything

I like the view. The only thing I didn’t like was when I was booking the room

Love the hotel. Right on the strip. Wish they had more live bands at night to relax to

Have not been to Bally's in quite some time. Not the Bally's I used to know. It seemed very dirty and stuck in time. Very little has changed or improved. The room was most lacking. Dirty walls throughout, tattered furniture. Very sad

Everything I don’t like employees so rude no good customer service.
