The only thing i didnt like was when you check in. It is all computerized. I prefer to talk tk a realy person!

Bally's is not what it used to be. Check in process was appalling. Extremely rude and I am a platinum rewards member,.. so, how are those that are not Platinum treated. Lost are the days of real customer service... This machine check in process is lazy and I don't get that friendly smile anymore. I was yelled at for no reason and it makes it hard for me ass I've been diagnosed with Parkinsons.. Plus gone are the days where the hotel does a little extra for your. I had emailed Bally's to tell them it's 11 years anniversary and I humbly asked if there's anything they could do to make my wifes stay special.. Not even an acknowledgement. And they don't have any happy hours. Instead I paid $17 dollars for a small house wine., Bally's used to be personable and great, it's evident that the money hungry corporates are a No More 😢

Very nice property. Right in middle of strip.

Great location, clean, friendly staff and fun!

Our room 1403 had bed bugs. I woke up on the second day with bites all over. When I spoke with the front desk, they had the audacity to tell me I was having an allergic reaction to the cleaning solution they use. Will never stay here again

Great location and an excellent price. However, the resort fee (which was actually double my room fee) did not seem to allow for towels or cups in the work out facilities. ALSO, they do not recycle papers or plastic.

The room was great

Great suite and awesome view!

Other than not having hot water for 12 hours. It was a great stay. Very nicely located and rooms were nice.

My experience was great but I was traveling with my sister that was staying at the Jubilee tower. They didn’t have running water for an entire day and the resort didn’t wave the resort fee, which was the least they could have done for the inconvenience of the guests.

Great location on the strip.

The safe did not work, reported it two times, no one cared to fix it in my four day stay or even attempt to communicate with me.

The rooms were clean and the bed was comfy… but there is much “fixing up” to be done. The ceiling above the check in counter was tatty and falling apart (not a great first impression)… worst thing was no coffee machines in the rooms at Bally’s. Even the rinky-dink hotels I’ve visited let you make coffee in your room! I asked about this and was told the machines were removed because of Covid. I’m not buying that. They just want us all to buy a coffee at their little make-shift breakfast table for $5 a cup. Ugh. Vegas is ssssooooo expensive nowadays.

We loved the casino! Kay in the Keno lounge and DawnMarie, the drink waitress were both absolutely amazing! We would stay at Ballys again just because of them! The WiFi needs some help. My husband works remote a lot and was not able to get a strong enough signal to connect. I had to go outside to be able to get a strong signal on my cell. Also, I was unable to use the hair dryer in my room for the entire trip because one of the plug prongs was bent and it wouldn’t turn on. I called housekeeping our first day there and requested another hair dryer, but never received it.

Great location. Property is a bit dated and needs a good face-lift. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Great

Staff was nice and friendly! When contacting the housekeeping staff, they were prompt and helpful. Using the texting method “Ivy” was very convenient. Only disappointment was there are not microwaves at the hotel.

Hotel was nice but to much smoke in the casino

Fine property, comfortable room, conveniences readily available. My only complaint about Las Vegas in general is the indoor smoking that is allowed. Even if our room was non-smoking and didn't have an odor, having to walk through the lobby areas and casino was hellish for someone like me who can't tolerate cigarette smoke.

Staff was top notch. Will definitely stay here again
