I can't complain about anything. the room I got was huge which I wasn't expecting (jubilee I think is was). I had a great time. Just don't forget about resort fees. $40 per night adds up when you aren't expecting it. I was, so its all good

I've been staying here since it was the first MGM Grand. A stalwart of the best old school casino hotels with spacious well-appointed rooms and still pretty well maintained, it is one of the better destinations that are a step below the Winn-Bellagio-Palazzo palaces. And, of course, beneath the glossy surface it, too, has succumbed to the new Vegas standard -- the ripoff artistry of ludicrously huge daily "resort fees" for which almost no one gets anything more than Wi-Fi and which you still have to pay even if you don't want Wi-Fi. It is in fact the other half of the room price. They just lied about the real price. But that's old school thievery, from the 2008 recession. Now you pay an extra fee of $20 just to check in if you get there before the 2 p.m. check-in time. Seriously. They pay 6-5 for a blackjack on a shoe game, won't let you split aces more than once and on hand-held won't let you double down after a split. Customers, unless they like to gamble really big amounts and rate free rooms and passes, are just sheep to be fleeced. Old Vegas is gone. Welcome to the Vegas that looks a lot like the bush-league barns of riverboats and American Indian casinos., Beware.

Old hotel with not much to offer compared to other venues. Very pushy sales people. I booked and prepaid for a strip view room but was told it was not available at the time of check in

Excellent facility...excellent location in LasVegas!

Must get jubilee room with strip view. Paid 129 Jacuzzi and stand up shower view was good and middle of strip this is my 3rd time!

We had the first night quite a lot of noise due to the construction. We went to the reception and they moved us right away to a great suite. We really enjoyed this trip

Not a theme hotel, but still nice nonetheless. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Pretty much in the middle of everything and right next to Paris.

Nice Eiffel Tower and strip view. Enjoyed fountain event too! Excellent hotel at reasonable price.

Besides all the unhealthy people smoking everywhere I had a great and clean room on the 21st floor and could not have been happier. The garage now charged you and although I pre paid for two days my room card never worked so I had to sit and wait for someone to solve this problem which often took over 5 minutes of sitting in a line with cars backed up. Was not offered a refund if the money I spent

The stay was great as well as the service two thumbs up

We weren't happy with additional resort fee that was tacked onto our bill! One person in our group was not able to log into internet the entire time we were there. We did not use fitness center! Person who checked us in the first night of our stay was rude so it didn't start vacation off well!

Stayed in a Jubilee Tower Room and it appeared to be newly renovated and clean. The bathrooms were awesome and the maid service was great. Located off the casino floor with quick access to everything. The location on the strip was perfect. Center strip right across from Caesar's Palace.

Overall the hotel was nice. We did not like the fact we had to pay on additional $34 per room, per night. We would not have booked there had we known there would be additional, non-negotiable fees to pay. We asked what fees were for and were told internet, etc. One person in our party was never able to connect to internet no matter how she tried. Staff did not seem interested in helping either. Most people were very nice but the person that checked us in on Monday night was rude. She started out our vacation on a bad note!! She scolded us for not standing in exact spot to wait. Someone else was behind us and she insisted he go before us because we were too close to check-in desk. He even rolled his eyes because he thought it was ridiculous to make guests feel stupid for not standing exactly where they should. Music near Nosh Cafe was very loud!! Also we asked for a wake up call for 3am but did not receive until 3:15. Fortunately we were already up! Hi

Are doing renovations but they got everything under control.

Only stayed one night but have zero complaints. Easy check in. Bellman held our bags while we spent the day walking around.

The room was great, comfortable beds and great view. 6620 The only thing was the shower head didn’t put out as much water as I’m used to but the bathroom was very nice! It would also be nice if the rooms had microwaves but still very nice. Would definitely stay again if on the same side of the hotel.

After I THOUGHT I had gotten a good deal through Orbitz, upon checking out, Ballys said I owed them an additional $30 / night for their "resort fee". A convenient WORD Caesars properties feels is so valuable it is worth an extra $30 / night. Nothing different. JUST A WORD.

The hotel is in a nice location. However the room was kinda old and had worn or damaged furniture. The hotel overall had good food options and check in and out was easy. Parking garage is rather far from the hotel lobby. Overall 3 out of 5

Hotel room turned out to be clean. Beds were very comfortable to sleep in. Upon check-in the lady behind the desk was very nice to upgrade us. I would recommend this hotel and would come back. The only thing was the parking issue. I wish they would have told me that l could prepay for parking since I rented a car instead of charging me every single time I would leave the hotel.
