This was our first time staying here. We had a number of questions. Anytime we needed explanation because we didn't understand the procedures we were treated rudely in a condescending manner, especially by the front desk/phone staff.

Easily the worst experience I've had at a Vegas Hotel! Had trouble checking in at a kiosk, was told to wait as they found out the problem and they had to talk to a supervisor..... they come back to tell me someone checked into my room already but tell me they have sorted it out and all is good to go.... I mention that a family member with the same last name is staying in the hotel but a separate room maybe that could be the problem?? They tell me everything should be good and not to worry..... Fast Forward to about 10pm that same night my family member that was checked in a separate room that day is locked out of his room because his key card doesn't work. He goes down to the front to find out they have cancelled his room and reservation and his bags are with security!! They question him as if he might be criminal!....... They look into the problem and find out its just because we have the same last name!! They cancelled his room automatically earlier when they checked me in.....When they realize their mistake and admit it was all their fault they offer to let him stay but charge him full price!! They won't allow him to use the discounted price from an online travel site that he already paid for earlier! Absolutely the WORST most incompetent front desk staff ever!! And on top of all that they double charged me for parking and charged me for WiFi that is supposed to be free with the resort fee.

Bathroom was not very clean hair around the sink when we checked in and hair on the ceiling above the sink the whole time we stayed there.

the new jubilee tower room we stayed is nice and clean, very spacious. however the line to check in barely moved, took almost an hour to get checked in. tried to avail the check in Kiosk couple of times but if kept on telling me to see a concierge person. there was only two people helping with check in and the line just keep in getting longer. one concierge male staff came to pass some bottled water and was apologetic but what would have been helpful was adding more staff. just because it was on sale doesn't service has to suffer

It was a very nice hotel. The staff and housekeeping were prompt to any issues we had. The first night our toilet backed up a d maintenance was up right away to fix it and the housekeeping staff was very quick to get the bathroom cleaned and new towels. The front desk staff was very nice and gave us one night comped back for the inconveniences. The hotel was very clean and nice.

We stayed here for 5 days and we're extremely pleased. I highly suggest the self check in was so easy and quick. We will stay here next year.

This hotel is in the perfect location, right on the strip by the Eiffel Tower. The hotel was pretty big and kind of confusing to get around. I expected the rooms to be a lot nicer. They look pretty outdated and the bed wasn't really that comfortable. Also, the morning before we left our tub started filling with dirty water.

Had a great experience nice hotel.......................

Staff at front desk abrupt. Room was pleasant, comfortable and quiet. Would try some place else next time as to go out front of hotel requires escalators and long walk. Best thing, it connects to Paris hotel!

I arrived in my room and noticed to wo things right away. 1. Rooms are very large 2. Rooms are also very out dated. I would say if you can find a deal stay here if not stay at a newer resort. Oh and the internet is very fast.

Check in would have taken about 30 minutes, but fortunately the hotel had ten express terminals which could be used for both check in and check out, I used it both ways and done both ways in less than 5 minutes. The Las Vegas strip is quite long. If you want to view the other hotels and casinos, be prepared to walk a lot. In the summer heat that would be problematic.

My king, strip view Jubilee room was very roomy and comfortable. I really loved the wet bar and coffee maker the most. The bathroom was big and the shower too. Great staff and PRIME LOCATION.

I was only there for 3 days but i had a great experience, all the staff was very friendly and helpful, i am definetly coming back to them next time i am in Las Vegas

I first stayed at Bally's 3 years ago and found it clean, affordable and convenient. I was not at all impressed on my return this year! This hotel is so beaten up and in need of renovation! The filter system was not efficiently filtering out the smoke - it was like a cloud when I walked in the front doors. My room was large but everything needs to be updated...rug, counter tops, wallpaper are all very worn. I found most of the staff pretty unfriendly and not helpful. The one exception was the server who delivered my breakfast room service - Jean - she was a delight!

There is a lot of things wrong with this hotel, 1 guess have to pay for parking $10 each day 2 the parking garage its really far from your room 3 the pool is also really far from your room 4 the rooms need some updating 5

We were overall happy with Ballys. Its located in a central spot on the strip with easy access to the monorail if needed. The rooms were spacious and beds comfy. Only issues were: the bathroom in the room was not cleaned well enough and there was NO water pressure to speak of!

Very helpful and friendly staff while checking in and out. the room was amazing in size, the view, and I was most in awww about the Etta amenities the suite had! The spa bath, studio/exercise room, mini kitchen, and dinning table!

Although the hotel can use some upgrades on furniture, it was clean and the location is great! Usually we have to take taxis around, but since it is right in the middle of the strip, we could walk everywhere. We will stay next time here again!

Stayed for one night. Caught a plane home next day. Bally's staff was very helpful. Used check in and check out kiosk. Very simple. Easy to walk to all the sights. Valet parking is convenient though more expensive than other hotels. Room was clean and quite nice. I would stay there again.

Decent hotel if you want to stay close to central strip. It was perfect for me going from Cosmopolitan, The Cromwell, Wynn and Bellagio with minimal taxi time.
