The room smelled like dead fish. Had to change Room’s. The bed was hard no pillows. The staff was rude.
Location was perfect, room was very spacious and clean, bed was really comfy
It looks out dated. It was clean. Room was good. Lots of space. Casino was very clean. Food was super expensive.
Elevators stairs, not working
The staff is hard to understand, English is not speak clearly. House keeping is not doing a good job at cleaning the room.

Liked that the casino drinks were plentiful and didn’t like the fact only one blackjack table available to play nightl. Maybe because it was during the week but had to go to other casinos to play.
Everything was fine staying here, used the kiosk to check in and out, decent room and convenient walking distance to strip
Perfect location, heavy smoke smell in the casino area at times.
We arrived at 10am Saturday. I tried to do the early check in with the kiosk. It couldn't find my reservation. I didn’t catch the staff that came over to help me out. He was kind, found my reservation and asked if i wanted to pay for early check in. I said yes. He has a possitve attitude and made my wife and i happy. Thank you staff member. I did notice he had a cane. Thanks again
I was told they would charge $135 at the arrival. I just got home and checked my visa card and saw that they charged me $ 295.35 US equal to 389.63 $ 135 Us should be $178.09. I am very upset. This is not fair. I will call them and I want my extra $200 back.
