Room had mold in the bathroom, ceiling tiles loose and falling off, bed had a lump in it like someone had been sleeping there for years and couldn’t feel box spring underneath. Dirty spots everywhere, shampoo containers broken. Walls so thin, heard someone having intercourse the entire night. Wore my shoes the entire time.

Staff is VERY unprofessional, 2 days with NO hot water, and almost got the cops called for very respectfully requesting to be moved to a sister hotel. I have video footage of staff being very rude and acting irate. Never stay in this hotel. We have filed a complaint claim on this specific hotel.

Breakfast needed to be warmer and the eggs were runny. There was feces on the bed linens, and all the staff did was changed the bedsheets. Obviously they had not been changed before I arrived. Try to speak to the manager for three days and he was never there. I would not stay here ever!

The most disgusting place I have ever stayed. Check into our room and sheets are dirty, dog hair all over the furniture and floor, bugs in the corners. It was awful.
Stained bedding and it wasn’t even properly made. It looked like someone had already been in it.

Previous guests left food in the minifridge and the cleaning staff did not catch it. As others have mentioned, the floors are dirty but otherwise it is what you would expect of a $75 per night hotel. The location is fantastic. Down the street from Bass Pro, Russell Stover's and Buccees!

Staff were incredible and very nice. Our room was not so great. There was what looked like black mold on the ceiling to the left of the window. There were two little red stains on our cover. The walls were dirty like leftover food or something from a spill. We usually stay here twice a year for dance competitions but unfortunately this will be our last stay. You could tell there was water damage to the ceiling causing what looked like black mold. We were on the 4th floor so it was the top floor.
