The hotel was great. The staff was great. I just wish they had a little more variety at breakfast but what they had tasted great.

Had a small issue with check in that Orbitz promptly addressed. Clean rooms. Toilet was excessively loud when flushed, but it got the job done. Elevator sounded like 2 hippos boxing all night long. Could have done with a bit more quiet. No clean towels by the pool and the pool heater was broken, but the kids still enjoyed a swim. Overall, it was nice but with room for improvement.

Indoor pool water was freezing. Tried to swim with kids but water was just too cold.

Everything was good except room we stayed in had sink inside room rather than in the bathroom. Water drainage in sink and bathtub was really bad that we can not use it properly. Back door was open whole night so it was noisy. Small Fruit flies were everywhere.

we had to book at the last minute and needed 3 rooms, the price was very affordable, the Continental breakfast had a great many choices, the rooms were clean and spacious, the only negative was we weren’t given enough towels and it was around 11:30 went to the front desk they didn’t have any they would have to bring me some when they were done, so I asked if there was a soda machine was told they had a market store, serious a few sodas which none I liked and chips that was it, so I had to go walk over to the gas station to get bottles of sodas and water, it was close to midnight when I got my towels, we were hoping to use the gym but was told it was closed Due to covid ☹️ But we were only there one night but it is close to everything and not that far to pigeon forge

We had to wait to check in because they were cleaning the room which the room was dirty. Left us with empty shampoo/conditioner bottles. AC rattled all night!

Property was out of the way, so that was actually nice. Driving to where we wanted to go was not bad at all. Parking was nice as well. Our room was not in good shape at all. The 'newness' of the room was nice. Broken sink faucet. Nasty stains on the floor (that could have been steam cleaned out). Even found a pill (some sort of prescription drug or something) on the floor. We stayed on the 3rd floor and it seemed that the hallway AC was out. It was very hot. Room AC was great. 1 towel for 5 guests. Only stayed 1 night and only slept there. In other words, minimal room time. Overall it was lacking in comparison of cheaper rooms stayed in.

Quiet, any problem the management resolved it immediately. very clean.

Rooms were remodeled. We got the king suite that had a sofa. The bathroom sink is in the room with the bed but is well lit and nice sized. The toilet and tub are seperate and closed off from rest of room.

Hotel was very nice. Rooms were very clean. Breakfast was really good. Only complaint i had was the laundry room was out of service so I had to find a laundries as we were there for a week with 2 teenagers.

Chose this hotel based on other reviews that gave it high marks for cleanliness, unfortunately it did not meet my expectations. There was hair and something sticky on the bedside table so it obviously had not been wiped down and our bathroom sink faucet was not quite attached to sink, but it still worked ok. Toilet is so loud I jumped ever time I flushed it but all in all the room was quiet and bed was comfortable plus the price was right!

The property was very clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the pool, but the workout room and sauna were closed do to corona.

The atmosphere wss very pleasant. Their service snd breakfast was on point.

The property was nice and new. The staff however were very unfriendly. I waited at the front for check in for ten minutes while the Jamaican front desk lady smoked in a car with her friends... then she acted like I was interrupting her. There are no food services like promised and most of the amenities are shut down.
