The location was great! Very easy access to the convention center.

Nice hotel that is convenient to downtown Knoxville.

Great location in Knoxville next to the World's Fair Park. The restaurant in the hotel is very good as well. Staff very friendly and professional.

You get exactly what you pay for. Room service is exorbitant, but then again, room service always is. This was shocking because the prices in the bar were reasonable. The shuttle was VERY welcome surprise: it took me everywhere I needed to be in Knoxville for free. I'm sure I could have walked it all, but it was cold and I get so tired of getting lost in cities like this.

excellent customer service. Clean and easy to access

Football weekend and Knoxville was very crowded. Hotel was very clean and comfortable and staff was friendly and plentiful. They were prepared! Great location walkable to market square and close to stadium. They offered shuttle rides to the game which was wonderful. Highly recommend!

Stayed in a king size non-smoking room. Room was very spacious and clean. Tv size was a little small and bathroom was tiny compared to rest of room. Overall was very comfortable and very clean.

Overall the hotel staff and room was excellent, but the one issue was that according to Orbitz we were suppose to get two free breakfast. The hotel did not honor that. We booked at this hotel even though it was a little more expensive because of the free meals since it evened out the extra cost. I am disappointed in the false advertisement.

Nice hotel, next to World's Fair Park, walking distance to U. Tennessee, Old Town, Market Square, etc.

Walk in shower had tile floor that pitched downward, floor was flooded first day. Second day I used to towels to stop the flow somewhat. After 3 days I guess maid service noticed and a 1 inch plastic lip was put in, didn't help much. Toilet leaked lightly from bottom right, and seat slammed down after every flush. There were hairs on the shower floor day 1, I rinsed shower down and wore my Crocs for every shower. Room 409. 2 HBO channels stopped after first 3 days, wasn't in room much, but still noticed at night. Staff was helpful and friendly. Ate breakfast once in hotel, $13+ was price for morning buffet. Seems pricy, but I guess it's all you can eat....no juice included! Probably should have complained at bathroom to front desk, but I was staying 5 nights, I'm sure they heard it before. If they don't give a crap about the water , neither do I. Just use more towels. Hotel price is high, but if you need to be next to the Convention center then there's not much choice.

The Holiday Inn is very conveniently located and within walking distance to the University and Downtown. We have stayed here on a number of occasions over the past two months and each time have been very pleased with the friendliness of the staff.

Nice place. Close to everything you'd want to do in Knoxville.

Had to go to Knoxville for an early appointment. Stayed at the Holiday Inn. Very nice staff and clean room. My stay was brief, so I didn't get to enjoy the area. The only thing that really stuck out was the bed. It seemed as if was sinking in the middle or leaning to one side, so it made it difficult to get comfortable.

I participated in the Senior Adult Spelling Bee at the Knoxville Convention Center. Since this was my first trip to the city, I chose this hotel right across the street. Close to Market Square, I did not need my car for sightseeing and dining. The registration staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel was clean, staff were friendly and accomadating. The room lacked a microwave and mini fridge and come to find out, there is only one microwave in the whole hotel. The night I stayed was a Sunday night and the noise from the rooms next door was terrible, as if there were paper thin walls. My room was on the 4th floor and you could hear the street traffic perfectly. The topper for me was when at about midnight the dog next door began barking. That is when I requested to be moved to another room. So if you dont mind staying up half the night then this is a nice hotel, but if you need a good night's sleep before an early start to a busy day, then I would go elsewhere.

Great hotel/location. Woman at the front desk wasn't so polite, but over all visit awesome!
