We hae multiple rooms as we weree there for baseball. One of the rooms looked like it had footprints on the ceiling. the pool was closed and we got the runaround and the srory changed multiple times why. The lady at night was rude

The location is good and the overall stay was excellent.

Overall, the hotel was nice, clean, comfortable, affordably priced. Breakfast was good. Only bad thing was that Fake News CNN was continuously on the TV in the lobby. Not all of us hate Trump with that passion of CNN. Some of us might actually like him. I get tired of seeing CNN and 24/7 Trump bashing on at so many airports, hotels, restaurants, gyms, etc.

Couch bed was uncomfortable. The room was otherwise fine, big bed was comfy. Refridgerator was dead, and would not be replaced until the next day. They dropped $30 from our bill, which was appreciated. Front desk staff were fine. HOWEVER, my big gripe is your breakfast lady. My husband came down at 8:30, and I came down 5 minutes later. Cereal all over the floor. No sausage. No biscuits. Little eggs. Trash running over in each can. No staff there. I saw her in the hall and asked about the food, and she apologized - she had been talking to her boss. (which should have been done AFTER breakfast). She said sausage would take too long, but she was willing to make bacon and added a few eggs, I stayed in the area until 9:30. She NEVER swept the floor. She NEVER e Breakfast is until 9ammptied the trash cans. I left my trash on the table because there was no room for it in the cans. This was the third hotel we had stayed at this trip, plus I travel a lot. I have NEVER seen such a disgraceful breakfast area! It irritated me enough that I won't come back to this hotel. I can forgive a broken fridge or an uncomfortable couch bed, but not a lazy breakfast lady. Especially when I see so many other maids try so hard to please their customers!!! If you say breakfast is until 9am, I expect the food to be available until then!

We stayed here 4 nights - never again! Our room did not get cleaned the 2nd day. We returned to the hotel at 5 PM to a dirty room. We reported this to the front desk and they seemed nonchalant about it, saying they would get to it the next day. They blamed it on the "new girls who didn't always clean" and "being swamped." Not satisfied with this response, we tracked down one of the maids (Patricia) who was shocked to hear that our room had not been cleaned. She came up and cleaned our room around 6 PM. At check-in we were told that there would be a "Managers Reception" on Tues. and Wed. nights between 5:30 and 7:00 pm. Both nights were cancelled without notifying anyone. We went on Tues. night to find no one there. One of the maids told us it had been cancelled due to them being "swamped." Same thing happened on Wed. night. The breakfast area was dirty - spilled food and cereal on the counters and floor. The tables in the eating area were filthy. No one was cleaning tables in the eating area. We cleaned our own table before using it. We went to breakfast an hour before it closed, however many of the foods were gone and were not replenished (sausages, muffins, etc.). The hotel advertised having coffee 24 hours a day, but they did not have coffee 24 hours a day. Half of the equipment in the Fitness Center had signs "Out of Order." Only 2 machines were functioning. From our room, the Internet was extremely slow or nonfunctioning. It sometimes worked in the lobby.

Staff completely unprepared to deal with consequences of fire

Booked this hotel for business and I could not have been more thrilled with the service and amenities. Staff was great. Lobby was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was good, and there was always someone there to make sure breakfast items were kept full, hot, and not stale. Room was very comfortable. Did have to fix the TV, as it was not set to fill the entire screen, but that took me about 2 minutes. Bathroom was clean and had plenty of towels. Even though my room was near the stairs, it was still pretty quiet. The climate controls in the room worked great. Plenty of outlets to plug in chargers and computers. Would have liked to have a microwave in my room, but there was one downstairs when I needed it. This is a great place to stay, especially if you are in town on business. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Facility is clean and amenities are great. Good location. Would recommend for anyone.

the hotel was clean and comfortable; breakfast was good. Internet was good.

After being locked out of our rooms on two occasions we found that we were listed as no-shows even though we checked in and signed all the appropriate paperwork. When checking in the clerk mentioned that there were reservations for four of my last name. I stated I had made reservations for two rooms only. Since we were apparent no shows to the staff we didn't recieve room maintenance The different clerks were as helpful as could be but what frosted my attitude is I never heard from any supervisor or manager representative apologizing for the mix-up or even acknowledging it and provide some assurance that it meant something to them that we were satisfied guests. Never again for Comfort Inn at Oak Ridge TN!

I showed up late but still felt like I received great service. the staff were kind, friendly, and well spoken.

The room seemed very old.We were on ground floor with a view of ald paint cans and trash between our window and bushes. The wall paper in our bathroom was peeling away with mould behind it.Need igo on?
