Stayed in room 129 and smelled musty and like mildew. Safety latch on door was broken and literally coming out of the wall. Front office staff were very helpful and nice at check-in. Stayed for two nights and asked for cleaning services and they never came so our trash was overflowing and we had to take it to the lobby to dispose of it. Ice maker on first floor had broken and exploded all over the floor our entire stay.

Hotel bed was extremely uncomfortable and room temp was hard to regulate so it was not comfortable. Booked room for 2 nights but front desk only activated the hotel key card for 1 so was locked out the second night and had to get new key cards, no apology.

The service was nice. Check in was easy and quick. We stayed when it wasn't very busy, so the room was quiet. Breakfast was so so. You had choices, but they weren't the best. There are lot of restaurant options close by.

Nice, clean place to stay

Our stay was a quick one, but everything was good. Clean hotel. Friendly staff. Chose to try the included breakfast and, I have to say that this was the best breakfast that we've had in a hotel in a longgg time. Thank you to the staff.
