Wonderful staff, the room was great, a lovely stay in general.

I am very unhappy about my stay. Despite the fact that there are signs on the hotel door and in the building that masks are required, the woman working front desk did not have a mask on. It didn't seem like anyone was reminding guests to wear masks. Peoople were walking about without masks. Carpeting was really dirty. My son unfortunately got sick in the room and ironically even though no one was wearing masks, when I called for help to clean the room I was told that hotel staff cannot enter guest rooms until 48 hours after they've left. They were not supposed to let me have any cleaner, but took pity on me and let me use cleaner while being supervised with the door open (in case I were to steal it, lol) while I mopped up vomit. The point is, clearly this hotel doesn't know where it stands on health and safety. I just wanted clear info so I can make up my mind as to where to stay based on facts.

This is the best hotel I have stayed at in Knoxville. The rooms are spacious and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The only drawback is an extremely small breakfast room, but for the price and value, that can be overlooked.

The hotel was very modern and clean. Check in was easy and front desk people were friendly.

Good shower Very nice citrus lotion/soap Good tv coverage Friendly staff

Hotel description described room as oversized and it was small..also advertised that there was a sofa bed in the room and there was not..night auditor on duty who checked us in told me that there is not a room like I contracted for in the hotel and she could not help me..nor did she try to..also stated that there was a separate seating area which did not exist..extremely small shower and hotel room was not modern..went very cheap with shower dispensers like soap and shower gel..stained towels..coffee

I was very happy and pleased with the front desk (Will), staff members that I met in lobby, hall etc. The room was spacious, airy, cool and aesthetically appealing. I have already recommended you to people. Have you solicited the local REALTORS who would be in a position to suggest you to incoming buyers?

Nice place to stay Great location...Plenty of shopping and food locations

Second time here and will use again. But the cleaning crew is a bit on the slow side. My room was never cleaned the entire 4 night stay there. Had to flag down the cleaners on day two and ask for clean towels.

It was a short stay, just one night, but it was easy to get into and out of the hotel, not far from the interstate but far enough to not be noisy. Everything was wonderful.

I do wish they had an indoor pool, but we knew that when we booked. It seems that most hotels in the area only have outdoor pools. Other than that, it was perfect.

Friendly and courteous staff! Rooms clean and a nice size.

I have stayed here many times. Always clean and comfortable. Friendly staff at the front desk and good breakfast. Always decorated for the season. Go Vols.

After leaving, housekeeeping found my wife's Nook in the room and took it to the front desk. They were very kind to call my cell and let me know so I could swing back by after finishing with my wife's dr. appt. That was above and beyond good service and I appreciate honest, trustworthy staff.

The staff really takes this hotel to the next level. While nothing as far as the hotel itself is a negative or extremely impressive, the staff are incredible. From the time we walked into the door, they were extremely courteous and professional.

Enjoyable stay - staff is wonderful! It was an easy check in check out process.

My husband and I were in town to visit our daughter. We enjoyed our stay at BW. Rooms were clean and service was great. If I had to come up with a negative I would say that they could invest in better pillows. I found myself with a stiff neck by the end of the week.

Got there early. I just wanted to see the place so tgat when I return later that night I'd know where it was. 11 am and room was ready. Spacious and quiet. Nice pool. First staff was a little cold the second later staff was helpful in locating a good gluten-free restaurant. Blaze pizza down the street was an excellent choice.

Katieo, Thank you for reviewing your recent stay at our property. On behalf of our staff, I am sorry to hear you were dissatisfied with your stay. Our rooms are described as oversized because they have more square footage than most Knoxville hotels. All of our king rooms, excluding our handicapped rooms, feature a pullout sofa bed. Unfortunately, as our night auditor stated, we do not have any rooms that have two queen beds and a sofa bed. I do apologize for the inconvenience. If you need any further assistance, give us a call and I would be happy to help.
