It was a short stay, just one night, but it was easy to get into and out of the hotel, not far from the interstate but far enough to not be noisy. Everything was wonderful.

I do wish they had an indoor pool, but we knew that when we booked. It seems that most hotels in the area only have outdoor pools. Other than that, it was perfect.

Friendly and courteous staff! Rooms clean and a nice size.

I have stayed here many times. Always clean and comfortable. Friendly staff at the front desk and good breakfast. Always decorated for the season. Go Vols.

After leaving, housekeeeping found my wife's Nook in the room and took it to the front desk. They were very kind to call my cell and let me know so I could swing back by after finishing with my wife's dr. appt. That was above and beyond good service and I appreciate honest, trustworthy staff.

The staff really takes this hotel to the next level. While nothing as far as the hotel itself is a negative or extremely impressive, the staff are incredible. From the time we walked into the door, they were extremely courteous and professional.

Enjoyable stay - staff is wonderful! It was an easy check in check out process.

My husband and I were in town to visit our daughter. We enjoyed our stay at BW. Rooms were clean and service was great. If I had to come up with a negative I would say that they could invest in better pillows. I found myself with a stiff neck by the end of the week.

Got there early. I just wanted to see the place so tgat when I return later that night I'd know where it was. 11 am and room was ready. Spacious and quiet. Nice pool. First staff was a little cold the second later staff was helpful in locating a good gluten-free restaurant. Blaze pizza down the street was an excellent choice.

The hotel is absolutely fine, the only complaint is the traffic highway noise, it was very loud in the room I was staying in and I was not able to sleep. So I will not stay there again for this reason.

Almost all of the hotels on Peters Road in Knoxville sit back off the road and are for the most part out of view from the street. This can make finding them more difficult, but once you do, you're in a good location: close to Kingston Pike for shopping and restaurants, and right off the Cedar Bluff exit to Route 40 to get around town or out to Pigeon Forge/Dollywood, etc.

My 10 month old was crawling on the carpet in the room and in a matter of minutes his hands, knees, and the tips of his feet were filthy with dirt. I doubt they have ever cleaned their carpeting. Staff was nice.

As a female who has to travel alone, I'am very cautious of the hotels I stay in. At this Best Western I felt completely comfortable. The hotel is very clean, the staff was very kind and I felt extremely safe. I travel to Knoxville monthly and will absolutely rebook at this location ...!

...on the way from Ohio to Atlanta. Had prepaid months ago and all was well when we arrived at check-in. Room and public areas were VERY clean. Comfy sleep and decent breakfast the next morning. Will stay here again.

Nice clean room, friendly staff, plenty of breakfast options & conveniently located. Would definitely stay again.

very clean, extremely courteous staff, excellent free breakfast, close to restaurants, gas stations, grocery stores, big plus $10.00 shuttle to game. bottom line could not have been better

We had to travel to the Knoxville area to take care of some unexpected business. The hotel was in a perfect location for us to get to and from where we needed to be in a timely manner, and in an area where there were plenty of restaurants to choose from each evening. The hotel was clean, and the staff very personable and attentive. We would stay there again in the future.

Clean and Neat! Easy to get the shopping mall and dining places, and supermarkets.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff; clean, comfortable hotel. Will definitely be back.

friendly check in staff, well maintained hotel, good value.
