The hotel was good. Close to the event we were attending, several good restaurants and shopping.
The staff was very nice and helpful. The bed was comfortable enough. The bathroom was not cleaned very well however. It was dirty on the outside of the bowl.
The staff was wonderful and my room was great aside from the bathroom. I had the wheelchair accessible room (not sure why?), and the toilet seat was yellow and gross. Also, even though I didn't bother calling the front desk, there was a verbal screaming match along with items banging going on either in one of the rooms next to me or above me at 1am. It was very frustrating. I also ended up waking up at 6am because of communications going on in the hallway.
We enjoyed our stay at this Best Western. It was surrounded by various restaurants and a grocery store . The room was clean and spacious. Although the indoor pool was small it was perfect for our grand daughter. We will return.
This was by far one of the best bestwestern hotels my family stayed during my cross country trek.
This would have gotten a higher rating if they had a bar or restaurant in it. I was in Knoxville for a funeral and when I returned to the hotel at 10:03PM, there was nothing available for food or drink. The restaurants across the street closed at 10PM
This is a great hotel for the price. I was very impressed. We have stayed at a few other hotels in the area for a little less. I would absolutely pay the little extra again.
The room was clean and tidy. My only complaint was the breakfast wasn't that great. The eggs had water sitting in the tray, and the waffle batter was spoiled.
Hotel was clean, ample parking, free breakfast. Breakfast included a big selection of hot and cold food items, with hot coffee, milk and fruit juices. I chose coffee, a bowl of oatmeal, blueberry muffin and a bowl of mixed fruits. My husband chose an egg and sausage biscuit, a cup of yogurt and a bowl of mixed fruit. The room was very nice and it was bigger than I had expected. I would gladly stay here again and I would definitely recommend this hotel for other travelers.
We chose this property due to its reasonable rates and proximity to the University of Tennessee football stadium. A shuttle service that charges only $20 per person picked us up at the hotel and brought us to the stadium and then brought us back after the game. It could not have been more convenient.
The room was very clean, very nice, the staff was wonderful. I'm very pleased with my stay.
My friend and I went to Knoxville. Being 2 ladies in our early 20's we felt very safe in this area. The staff was friendly, room was clean, breakfast was delicious, and location couldn't have been any better. Great Mexican restaurant across the street called El Chicos.
Clean, comfortable, pillows ok, breakfast was alright
I really enjoyed my stay at the Best Western it was like a home away from, the rooms are large and the beds are clean and comfortable. I will definitely stay again when I come back to work in Knoxville.
Staff was great and helpful when I needed restaurant information. You have to go to another floor for ice, if the ice bin is not located on your floor. So you want 1 or 3rd floor :) All was good!
In town for a UT game on a Saturday. We got to the hotel early in order to get downtown early for the 4pm game, the staff was wonderful about letting us check in early. Our room was ready and we were able to relax a bit before heading to the pregame activities. The hotel is very dated but a meager attempt at a renovation makes it a little better. It was quiet and the staff was wonderful. The bed was a huge downfall as you could feel the springs through the mattress. I would stay again because the price was great, it was very clean and the staff was excellent.
Room was clean, beds were comfy - not hard. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was pretty lacking but I wasn't expecting anything more really. Location was convenient to lots of things and was easily accessible. I'd stay there again for a night or two.
I have no complaints. My husband and I stayed here for UT's home opener weekend and everything was perfect. The room was spotless, bed was comfortable, and the continental breakfast was great. We will be back!
The hotel was ok. The staff seemed pre-occupied even though it wasn't very busy by our perception. The part of town was OK, and the restaurants nearby were nice, The place met our needs to sleep. the room was good and clean. The indoor pool was loaded with about 10 kids and we decide not to go in after a long day of driving. The breakfast was nice and staff kept the area nice.
Stayed one night in this hotel. Spacious room with king-size bed, deck, free wi-fi which was easy to access; clean room was light & airy. Good choice of restaurants nearby. Breakfast was better than usual fare as there were more choices offered.
