Hotel staff were very helpful when I reported a young girl in a whig with an older gentlemen, in the elevator, looking extremely terrified and holding my gaze! I immediately reported it to the front desk and they were on it right away. I Believe the police were called and praying that child is okay!! Saw officers ( at least they were in blue uniforms?) approaching that room and voices. I had my 12 year old grand daughter with me and was not undoing my door, so I am unsure of results. Needless to say we did not stay for breakfast.

Everything was clean and well taken care of my only suggestion would be since they don't have the maid's clean your room while you are there and you habe to ask for towels maybe they could leave towels in a plastic bag by your door instead and we could leave our dirty linens im the bag for pick up just a suggestion

Shower sucks. Water was cold. Bed was not clean. There was some one else’s hair. Blanket was smelling bad, it was not washed. Not safe during COVID times.
