This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo sleeps 4 with a king bed and a queen sleeper sofa. It features slope views, an updated kitchen and high-end linens throughout. Centrally located in River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and festivities. Plus, you're a short walk from the high-speed gondola. Dakota Lodge offers shared amenities including the largest pool in Keystone with slope views and two oversized hot tubs. And it's next to Dercum Square that features an ice rink during winter and a mini golf course during the summer.

The entryway has mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area features a beautiful gas fireplace, a flat screen TV and a queen-sized sleeper sofa. Extra linens are in a closet. The private balcony is just off of the living area and features beautiful slope views to the south.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The dining area comfortably seats four.

The bedroom features a king-sized bed on our Ivory White Bedding program and a mounted flat screen TV. The full bathroom is just across the hall and has a pedestal sink and shower/tub combination. It is stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

Great little condo! Son and had a fishing vaca. Ended up playing Pandemic and Axis and Allies because we couldn't catch fish! Nice pool, and excellent facilities. Very easy to get around! Would love to come back again!

Keystone Rental River Run Village

Property was very clean and accurate with the listing. Furniture needs replaced, as the couch was worn out. The bed was very uncomfortable as it is a king mattress on a platform frame, and the frame did not seem to support the mattress. MY biggest issue was rental property company, as I was coming in town for a few days for a close friend's wedding. I was in the wedding and the rehearsal was going to take place at 300 pm, and we were informed check-in time was not until 430 pm. I had communicated to rental company multiple weeks in advance that we were willing to pay the early check-in fees to be able to check-in 2-3 hours early, and I felt they never even attempted to accommodate our request, I had to attend rehearsal without a place to get ready. I also was contacting the rental company to please let me know as soon as the unit was ready and they never even contacted me. I arrived at the rental company's location to pick up the keys at 400 pm, and the envelopes were located in the lock box early, but again was never contacted to state when the unit was ready.

It was fine

We were very disappointed that the fireplace didn’t work and couldn’t be repaired. We did call maintenance to ensure there wasn’t a gas leak. Overall, it was adequate but minimally furnished. The sofa pull-out was uncomfortable enough that the kids complained. We love the location and have stayed in other units here—all we’re better than this one.

All good. Well furnished. Had two humidifiers going all the time and didn’t haven any of the nasal irritation, etc as usually have. Condo was well supplied. Bed would have been too soft and worn-in dips my wife would not have been able to handle for sleeping.

Cozy and convenient location

Cozy environment and convenient location. Kitchen is nicely upgraded. Bedroom, living room and baths a little out of date but functional. Heating in unit was very up and down - either very hot or very cold; hard to adjust. Great amenities including garage parking, ski lockers, pool, multiple hot tubs. Walking distance to gondola/lift, shops and restaurants. Had a couple items we needed to address upon check in the team was very responsive and resolved the issues quickly.

We enjoyed our stay here so much! It’s right in the middle of everything you’ll ever need at Keystone, all within walking distance. The place was very cute with that cabin-feel. We thoroughly enjoyed it and will plan on coming back to stay here!

Nice condo, confusing garage

Our condo was very comfortable and just right for us, and had a lovely view over the mountain. The garage was very confusing; and finding the correct--and working--elevator to our building was not easy. Many more and better signs inside the garage would be a huge improvement.
