The location is great! Beautiful keystone lake with paddle boards and restaurants. Hiking and biking trails right there. Shuttle to River Run is very convenient. Dog friendly rooms and common areas very nice. Staff exceptional so friendly and helpful. The building and rooms need updating it’s an aged facility that needs some TLC! Although spacious and comfortable needs paint, trim and new furniture badly!

The property was amazing! Views were stunning and the staff was amazing! The only issue we had while staying was the lack of A/C in the room. While they do provide you with a fan it doesn’t do much on summer days and nights!

Originally checked me into a room that had a do not disturb sign and keycard didn’t work. Had to go back to front desk change rooms. Room was uncomfortably warm with no fans or ac. Just some skinny windows with poor airflow. Slept with a just sheet cuz the room didn’t cool down til the morning.

We’ve been going to the Lodge for a few years now and always loved it. However, coming back after a 1.5 year break was not up to our expectations. Though the room was quiet, the bed mattresses were hard to sleep on. We didn’t sleep much because of that. The hotel is getting run down from so much use and the spa needs some updating from outside. We still enjoyed it but sleeping wasn’t great due to hard mattresses.
