Pros: The location of this hotel is perfect. Walkable to restaurants, shopping, bars and the beach. I found our room and all common areas to be very clean. The staff was friendly. Cons: The free hotel parking is very limited. There is metered parking and a pay for parking lot next to the hotel. If you are a light sleeper you may want to use the free earplugs found in the room as it was a little noisy at night. Small price to pay for the great location.

Only spent one night but had a pleasant stay. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. Free parking nearby (the hotel parkade was full). Staff was friendly and helpful. Great breakfast, good variety. Lots of great dining options on the same street. Only downside of my stay was that the room was on the street side (a bit loud in the evening) and across from the elevator (you can hear the elevator going up and down all evening and in the morning).

The room was ok but the bench had stains on it . The parking which is available is terrible. Parking in an alley with drugged out street people I found very unsafe. I wouldn't stay there again .

The staff were super friendly. The building is a bit dated, but the bed was very comfortable, and the room was very spacious. The underground parking garage is small and cramped, but at least there as parking, so that's a in. And the breakfast buffet had a large selection that was frequently replenished. Would definitely stay here again!
