Please place microwaves in the rooms. It doesn't make sense to have refrigerators in the rooms but not provide microwaves. There is one "shared" microwave for all residents.

Unclean bed and rude evening staff

One of the mattress had dark stain which was visible through sheet. Phone charger needed fixing. Tub floor stain and stopper issue. Asked for another room, was denied with the reason that wall charger was fixed but new sheets had hair not belonging to us. Night manager not customer service oriented and was rude. Won't be returning.

Nice but a bit of a smell maybe sewage issues.

The hotel itself is great. The hotel has a bit of a smell to it, at least my room did. Maybe a sewer issue. I stayed at this hotel years ago when it was called Red Lion and it had the same sort of smell so again maybe it’s the sewage issue. Hotel is very lovely although.

My go to

I’ve stayed at this hotel many times. It’s changed names at least twice since I’ve been staying here. It’s nice to see they have updated parts. I love that theres and eco friendly shuttle available even though I have no idea where it goes. I didn’t try the restaurant this time. My only mishap is that the plugs to charge things could use some service. I shouldn’t have to wiggle it around to get my phone to charge.
