I have been with or itz over 20 years. I complained once before. This hotel was disgusting period!

I never stayed, i cancelled my reservation maybe 20min after making it, which was roughly 12:39pm and no penalty cancellations were until 3pm same day, yet still im awaiting refund, as orbitz claime its waiting for hotel to respond to them for whatever reason before will proceed with issuing my refund, not sure if issue is orbitz or is hotel, but until issue of refund, this review will remain and unchanged and if takes much longer, im filing dispute with CC used and get refund from that direction however prefer one or both of companies, whether orbitz or hotel, do whats right and issue refund without need of my filing dispute with CC used at reservation

There was a gas leak on the third floor - could smell it strongly but the staff and facility kept saying there was no leak. Clearly if we can smell it there is a leak and gas is escaping. It seemed extremely dangerous. Smoke detector missing in a room on the third floor where the leak was. Seems like a bad accident waiting to happen. Ashame as a nice staff, and clean. But safety should always be top priority

Close to a bunch of stores and restaraunts............

I did not have a problem with the service or room. Their room card reader was down but they opened our door when we asked. Considering the virus I doubt they couldve gotten anyone their right away to fix it so this was a fine work around.

Comfortable beds, convenient location. Close to restaurants.

This hotel is really trying to upgrade. Walls freshly painted, new - very comfortable mattresses. Very crisp linens. Still need to get the vacuums into the corners and on top of the drapes - I have faith they will get there. Pet friendly first floor rooms for easy exits are a real plus. We will return.

The hotel was okay but not great. They were doing some remodeling so some of the area was in disarray but that is understandable. The last night we were there was frustrating. They ran out of parking spaces at the hotel so we had to park on the street. Some guy with a fairly nice truck took up two spaces so I was annoyed. Good thing I am a nice guy is all I have to say. Decent hotel at a decent price - you get what you pay for.

There was a young man standing around the parking lot / front door when I checked in at 3:00, I left & came back at 8pm & he was still standing outside at the door. I asked the front desk if he was security & was told “no he’s my boyfriend”. Seems odd that this man just hangs out in the parking lot all day? Made me wonder why, not a safe place? 2 vending machines in lobby were marked out of order, when I asked if there was any juice available to purchase, I was told no. When I left the next day, I saw another set of vending machines that were operable, why didn’t front desk tell me there were other machines?

Furnishings was worn, carpet needs replaced - windows were broken - coffee maker did not work - general appearance was in bad shape.

When we arrived there were some construction workers confronted in the parking lot with drinks and smokes. There was a lot of orange dirt around parking spots. We knew that dirt came from roads and/or buildings construction and workers needed place to stay. We understood and ignored. There is only one hotel staff helped us check-in and she was very nice and helpful. When we got in the room, it was so warm, temperature in the room around 85 to 90 degrees F!. Smell was terrible. The hotel turned off the AC equipment to save money? in the summer? That was not a nice welcome. We turned the AC on and waited outside for more than 30 minutes for room to cool down. Next we found that the hotel room we stayed was not very clean, the hotel service workers did not pick the trash up completely, there was some trash on floor and we saw sex toy trash on floor next to bed side (that probably hotel workers afraid to pick it up?), so my husband worn gloves and cleaned floor after that. Later we found other issue in bathroom; toilet flush handle was cracked and hard to push, water flush was not strong like other hotels we stayed compared with 1-star hotels! Not yet, another big issue was the shower head was given us little water, there was no pressure water come out, it's terrible, when we took shower there was only tiny run down. As usual it takes me 7 to 10 minutes for shower, but this hotel's shower took me 30 to 40 minutes to get the soap out of my body and not even clean as you expected.

Not what we expected, motel was old and outdated. When we checked in it seemed as though I was bothering the desk clerk who was doing crossword puzzles and didn't even stand up and greet me. The room was suppose to be non-smoking and it smelled of smoke horribly even the pillows. The paint was peeling off the ceiling. It just seemed dirty. I don't feel it was worth the price paid and we will not return to that motel in the future.

The staff was friendly and professional, room was clean and generally comfortable. However, no hot water and the elevator was broken (tough luck for a 70 year old with a heavy suitcase and a room on the 3rd floor). The place is hard to get to due to one way streets and heavy traffic.
