I stayed in the suite with two beds and a pull out couch. Plenty of room for theee people. Hotel was overall very nice and with the typical continent breakfast with Texas shaped waffles

The room was nice and clean. The staff was very nice and polite.

The staff was great! The room was super bigand had 2 queen beds and a couch bed. But it was on the dirty side. The mattress in the couch bed was stained a little and the walls were dirty in spots. One in particular looked like either blood or soda. With the area it was in I'm going with soda. Lol. The pool was fun. My kids loves the fountain in it. The hotel was super quiet. It's pet friendly which was great for us since we have a lab mix. Lots of grassy areas to take her potty. Not all hotels have that. The breakfast was ok. The make your own waffles were good but the rest of the food you could tell was sitting there for a little bit. Maybe we went on a bad day or time. Idk. The hotel is in a great area with lots of places to eat and shop. We only stayed 1 night but we would stay again. We might just check the room first to see if it's clean to our standards next time. The beds were clean though and so was the bathroom. Just a few little things.

The hotel needs remodeling. The towels had stains on them and bedding was old and the sheets were not soft.

Very close to airport , shopping and attractions.not alot of parking is only negative. Great shower head.above average breakfast which is included with room.staff very friendly and helpful

This Quality Inn was beyond my expectations with a great, friendly and personalable staff. The rooms are so clean with clean fresh comfortable beds, because it not often that you, can visit a hotel with clean bedspreads, because we all know that most hotels does not change or wash there bedspreads. The full breakfast was also amazing, and I made reservations for the following weekend for 5 rooms for us and other family members who were traveling with us for a funeral.

The staff was inviting and the rooms were spacious.

The hotel and staff were great. The waffle machine was a nice addition to the breakfast.

I got a nice clean room, a hot breakfast and helful friendly service. I will definitely stay there again when I am in the area!

This is a great place to stay! The front desk staff were extremely attentive to my needs. The room was spotless! Loved that there was a hair dryer, microwave and fridge in the room. Unfortunately I didn't make it to breakfast, so I can't comment on that.

Simple in and out business trip stop. Very comfortable and quiet. Friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast food choices need to be improved - too much processed food.

The Good-When I arrived, the first room I had smelled like smoke. The staff immediately changed my room (it is a non-smoking property). The rooms were nice, comfortable and clean. The Bad-The tv remote did not work very well. The breakfast hot items were not very appealing and did not taste good. The biscuits were cold and doughy and the gravy was watery and tasteless. The Ugly-I booked this room because we were playing an all-night softball tournament. I hoped that we would get a break and we could come back to the room and get some sleep. We did very well in the tournament and I did not get back to the room til 9 am. I desperately needed sleep before trying to drive home. I asked for a late checkout (noon checkout is standard) and they said that it would be an extra $40 to stay until 2pm because I booked through ORBITZ! This is the first property where I have stayed that I have not been allowed a late checkout. Instead, I packed up my gear, moved my car under shady tree and slept in my car until I could drive home. I understand that this is their policy but a little hospitality would have been appreciated.

We had to leave our home in Seabrook because of the storm. The people at the motel were very understanding and treated us great. Even though they got some damage during the storm, they did everything they could to see to our comfort. We were very pleased.

I stayed at the hotel over New Years and was not told that there would be no housekeeping services, so after a long night I had no clean towels and the room had not been attended to during the day. When I called the front desk the attendant stated that he could not provide me with any towels and that he was the only person working in the building. The hotel was nowhere near full and there were probably plenty of clean towels in another room but he was not willing to help me with this.

Nice large room, comfortable bed, quiet (even thou it's right next to I45). The biscuits and gravy were a pleasant surprise at breakfast. Very please with my stay and plan to return in the future.

We spent two nights for my son to play a Golf Tournament, What we needed was there, easy, good access, everything was close by. Great for what we needed.
