The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean. There were no vending machines and the hotel shop was not even a shop just had a few things. Nothing around the hotel that you could walk to and the area did not seem very safe.

This property had a generic, chain-hotel feeling. The room was likely as clean as it could be, but paint was peeling off of the wall and the there was general grime in the room. The housekeeping staff also tried to turnover our room before we had checked out (check out was still 2 hours away) so we felt rushed to leave. It is also important to note that during the height of Omicron, the hotel did not have a mask policy and was not enforcing any type of COVID protocols that I could see.

Stayed here because flight delayed and had to wait overnight for connection. Apparently this hotel was being used to house United flight attendant trainees. These kids were obviously in need of house training. Food, empty beer bottles and trashed left all over the place, in hallways, in the elevators. Doors slamming throughout the night. The hotel should have put their foot down and kicked some of these kids out because United management seemed to be non-existence.

I loved April who was at the desk when i arrived. She was very courteous and made sure my room wws ready and checked me in quickly. She made sure a room with a lovely view was reserved for me. This meant so much to me because I was on a flight with a layover and I was tired and ready to rest. Overall, I had a great stay for the 3 days I was there for an event.

The property had nice up to date rooms. Although, I didn't have much interaction with the staff, the guy at the front desk was very friendly during check in. The only thing I didn't like was the sound from the traffic on the interstate. Will definitely stay here again.

I booked this hotel with the expectation that they had an indoor and outdoor pool. When I tried to find the pool I found that it was under construction and not able to use either one!

Staff had great customer service! Very welcoming and nice.

Thank you for your feedback about your recent stay with us. Here in the State of Texas by law, there are not any mask mandates, so unfortunately we are not permitted to require masks in our business.
