The rooms should be cheaper given the condition of the property.

Check in took a long time as room the reserved room was not available. Front desk person had to check the room manually. The toilet was stuck in flush mode. The drain cover was missing in the sink and the sink drained slowly. The room was on the 3rd floor and the elevator was out of service.

First of all upon arrival We were send to a dirty room blood on the floor piss in the toilet. The list could go on i rather not

We had to buy tissue and the rooms get cleaned once a week

The shower handle was stuck. Called to get it fixed, they never showed up. I could not take a bath while being there

Apparently, there are lots of long-term residents at this hotel, and they like to just hang around outside. It was pretty uncomfortable walking to the room from the car. I also stepped in dog waste on the way up to the room. The room itself was pretty tatty and threadbare, but it seemed clean enough. The guys at the front desk were nice and polite, and seemed genuinely shocked that I was checking in for a short stay. I would strongly encourage you to look elsewhere, even if you just need the room for a little while.

Room needed new sheets but other than that, room was cleaned well, staff was friendly and accommodating, and room was great size.

The man that check me in at the front desk gave me a room got up there and it still had someone else belongings in it I called and he said that he would be right up with a key to another room I waited for him for 15 minutes and he never showed up when I finally go to the office he was very rude and didn't want to give me another room finally after another 20 or 30 minutes he finally gave me another room and it didn't have any towels in this room the shower is leaking all over the bathroom floor and he said no refunds and he doesn't have any more rooms worst experience ever wish I could get my money back or a credit for another hotel elsewhere

It was horrible there were roaches claiming on the walls then on the bed. I want my money back.

This hotel is more of a temp home to visitors and not for people passing through. The bed was really small and it was very dirty.

My stay at Crossland wasn't as plesent as I think it could have been. When I first walked up to my room I saw other guest smoking what seemed to be weed... They were loud. It reminded me more of a low-income apartment complex than a hotel. The room was smelly and even with room scents the smell never went away. The staff never changed bed linings unless by request and there were loud nieghbors above me. I don't believe I will be staying there again.

I got locked out my room that night comming form my evening out. Went to take a shower next day the water start comming through the shower head and all of sudden stopped after I had soaped my body down with soap. I had to call front desk. The lady came and surely the water stopped. The front desk person had to let me in another room up stairs to take a shower. It was a bad experience.

Well, overall I thought that it was nice. I liked the room...the pillows were a little uncomfortable..but hey...what can you say. lol. One thing that I would say is...instead of order OVERPRICED room service...just go across the freeway to a local resturant and save a couple of bucks! :)
