Water lines very tiny in the sinks and shower, Wi-Fi very weak , keep disconnecting, air conditioner is the worst, they programmed the AC from inside to give lowest cooling, you call the operator several times to pick up, then they asked you to come down because No employees to go up to your room , very disappointed

People yelling and banging on doors in the corridor 3am . Staff no where to be found. No customer service. Housekeeping missing on cleaning the rooms. I have stayed here few times on my business trip but no more. Stay away from this place if you need a quite peaceful sleep.

Very nice place with helpful staff. It’s relatively new, so things were fine. Due to security, getting out doors easily during certain hours were cumbersome. Pool was clean and nice. Overall good for the price.

This location was about like all the rest. The A/C in our room was horrible. And the Houston heat and humidity only compounded the problem. I complained and was told by both the front desk clerk and the manager that “that’s the way it is.” As for breakfast, they couldn’t possibly buy cheaper pre-packed crap. Also, I noticed a picture of the owner at the front desk. I’ve realized that seeing his picture is bad news. All of my unpleasant BW experiences have been at his hotels. 🤔😕

We apologize about your stay but the AC did work in your room. Also note we are a limited service hotel.
