Overpriced restaurant and no vending? Seriously no place to buy a bottle of water but the bar? Staff let customers kids run wild in lobby. We watched them break pool cue sticks, destroy decorations...
Clean hotel. Rooms are very small. Fridge did not work. Restaurant very overpriced.
Parking lot situation for those who are actually paying to stay there- no spaces left.
Smell so bad the pipes in the bathroom and outside in the maun entrance. The breakfast very good.The extra bed very bad
Booked this property to save time/effort due to a relatively early morning departure from Heathrow, and was very pleased. Easy to and from Heathrow (assuming you're going to/coming from Terminals 1, 2, or 3). Airport hotel shuttle serves the property. Friendly staff. Was a bit of a delay with my check in, but they figured it out and comped us some drinks at the bar for our delay. Bar area and restaurant is a nice. Rooms were comfortable and clean with nice showers and coffee/tea available. Was very pleased with the experience and would definitely recommend this hotel
The hotel is close to heathrow so good for overnight stay. However, it is around 20-30 minutes bus ride. Also construction is happening on M4 due to which detours have to be taken. The room was just okay. Unlike other Novotel, breakfast is not included.
It s good value for money. There s a bus service that goes from the airport to various jotels around the area.
I had a wonderful experience. I was greeted by a very friendly staff member as soon as I entered the hotel. She checked us in quickly and told my daughter to select a toy from the treasure chest while doing so. Our room was clean and comfortable. The shower is wonderful. The pool is a bit small but very nice as well. Breakfast was delicious and the staff there were very accommodating. When checking out we asked for a taxi. The staff called and was told one was not immediately available so he drove us himself in a Mercedes to our terminal for a very reasonable fee.
Decent hotel for a short stay. Hotel staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean. The restaurant had good food to eat. However they need an uplift or modernization.

Overall good- check- in was a bit odd- as there was no desk - just people with small personal devices. However, everything worked well!
Would be nice if there are vending machines for snacks & drinks since there are no other restaurants in the area & stores are very far.
