Having an indoor pool that could be seen by guest walking on the bridge to their rooms was unique.
It worked well. Only limitation was lack of access to fresh air from window and no microwave in the room

The hotel overall was great but our bathroom didn't have a shower curtain so we had to check out earlier than planned to arrange for a shower. Very inconvenient.
Dirty towels Not enough towels, pillows, sheets, blanket for number of guests. Made 5 calls to front desk. Trash left in hallways from previous guests, and trash left in outdoor pool. Broken dresser door. Bath tube would not drain. Customer service at front desk was bad. No Cookies at check in. The only bright spot in the stay was the bar tender named Halena! She was awesome.
Property was awesome and staff was great. The only issue we had was the people above us made way to much noise at night and at 530am. Kids running around the room jumping off the bed and stomping feet on the floor.
Upon arrival, the welcome mats at the outside entrance had blown into a pile making for a hazard. When you enter the breeze way, you are greeted by a large sign stating that you will have to pay for parking during your stay. Front desk lady was very slow at the check in process and appeared not to have been trained very well. A couple different hairs were found in the bathroom upon arrival of the room. In the morning hours, we attempted to call the front desk to inquire about breakfast services offered and there was no answer.......and later to find out there was no free, continental breakfast offered. It’s no wonder AB&B is taking over the motel industry.
Great lobby . Coffee shop was great. Loved having balcony.
If you are a place to crash in find elsewhere this place is just old
Excellent hotel extremely cleaned and friendly employees...the room was sanitized for our safety and that was a big issue for us...just that alone made our stay much more pleasant
Hotel was clean. The staff were friendly. Location was convenient to I-25. I would definitely stay here again.
Carpet was filthy and the room had an odor of old cigarettes - like it was a smoking room in the past. We were offered another room but were too upset at that point and moved to another hotel.
