I stayed in the property and for some reason my booking was double they refused to provide a refund for my second reservation. The manager was extremely rude and nasty. Stay away this is not a real 4 seasons. Stayed in four seasons several times before, this hotel doesn’t represent the four seasons brand.

Always excellent, though we experienced a bit it a traffic jam because work was being done on the front pavers and there was not enough staff to take care of people and direct traffic. We did a lot of waiting.

Hotel was elegant in appearance. However, staff could not find reservation for more than 20 min even with confirmation codes. And when they did selected room on lowest floor by elevator. To the check in staff defense very young.
The Four Seasons is a beautiful hotel in a good location. The room we had (City View) was meticulously clean and comfortable. The pool is very nice - with a hot tub. My 17 year old daughter and I enjoyed a swim. It's bigger than many hotel pools. We also ate at the restaurant, Park75, which was excellent. Overall, a great experience.
