I've stayed at many hotels and motels in Gatlinburg and this place was bad. To start, you pull up to the hotel, check in, and are given a map and told to drive to the location marked on the map. Drive down the road, turn up the hill and try to find a place to park. The correct building has a small sign that says something like"Hilltop". A crowd of people were wandering the parking lot also trying to find the right building and their room. Cleaning crew advised us that elevator wasn't working. The room was pretty dated, looked neglected and furnishings were severely used. The shower curtain was barely hanging on. The towels were super rough. The back door handle had a large screw holding the handle on and it looked like the upper locks were pulled out of the wall. Balcony area was covered in leaves and also dirty. An old hog wire fence and post are laying on the ground 4 feet way. Vending is on the 2nd floor, machine wouldn't accept $5 bills, found change and machine dispensed wrong item. It is pet friendly but dogs barked until late, some were on the balconies barking at approaching guests. Carpet had been used as a pet toilet and hallway smelled. Continental breakfast was off property at the lobby. Just an overall rough place. Dirty and worn down, inside and out. I would not be comfortable with my wife or daughter staying here alone. Definitely better places to stay for $138/night.

My wife and I will never stay at The Quality Inn Creak Side in Gatlinburg, TN again! I usually don't fill out these surveys but my 7 day stay at the Quality Inn was horribile. The main reason for picking this hotel was they had an elevator. When I got there I found out that both elevators have been out of operation for months. My wife has a disability in witch makes it very difficult for her to walk up steps. The 1st floor of the Inn is above the parking garage. The best they could do for us was a room above the parking garage witch required my wife to painfully negotiat a staircass. Once we got in the room we notice that the ceiling was falling down. The entrance door had such a huge gap you could see daylight through it. The door to the balcony was so hard to open and close. Once we did get the door open we were greated by spider webs across the door jam. There were bugs on the wall next to the fireplace. The shower curtain had what appeared to be mold along the bottom section and the list goes on. It was so disgusting! The worst hotel room I had ever seen. I complained to the manager and after some debate he put us in another room on the same floor. At first glance the room appeared to be better. They had just cleaned it and the floor was still a little wet. It turned out this much better then the last. Here's a list of issues. The microwave didn't work, Fire place didn't work, Room heater didn't work, Light next to my bed, Shower didn't drain, Mold on the shower curtain

The owner of this property should close this place down and fix it. The pool was closed, the room was ok but the beds were in terrible shape as well as the shower. The staff was very nice.

It is the perfect location!! The balcony mostly overlooks the parking lot and into the main office, but the scenery behind that is just breathtaking! The rooms were not very clean.

Never again!

I don't know where to start. The room wasn't ready when we got there at 3. We had to wait for an hour to get in, then the room was not what we reserved. I reserved a mountain view room, that had a couch and a table to st at to eat. What we got was a very dirty room with no couch and no table. The picture that was on your website is definitely not what i got. I would have left but i reserved with the no refund option. I will never stay at any Quality Inn ever again. I thought when we booked through your site that you would make sure if the rooms were acceptable.

The hotel staff was great. However the room we were in needs attention. The floor was dirty and didn’t look like the room had been dusted. The light/vent in the bathroom didn’t work and the toilet seat was loose which I ended up tightening myself by hand so it wasn’t so loose.

If heater on...smoke alarms activate...so not used climate control unit... bathtub curtain rod was loose so water was spilling on floor...the room given is on step hill so can not walk downtown as coming up is exhausting...in short if you are paying $110 the service you are getting is not worth of $50.

We had 2 rooms. The first one had blood on the sheets and men’s under ware in the other bed. Curtain was ripped, 2nd room lights did not work, tub would not drain. Room above was very noisy all 3 nights til 12 or 3.

Location was perfect and the room was good for the price, biggest issue was the rooms were so dark. Very hard to get ready in the morning. I was surprised at how quiet it was and loved getting to see the local bears roam the lot on occasion. Very cool.
