Not clean, présence of roaches (16), missing items such as working telephone (16) remote control (12), power outlet not working (12), missing bulbs (12). I asked room change from 12 and got put on 16. So 16 better than 12 but smells and they need to improve. Outside is uncleaned, dirty, floor worn, stairs old and cracked.,,
The wifi worked well. Location is good (right off the Interstate, near food and gas). Clerk was nice, and registration, check-in, and check-out were efficient. Toilet needed to be anchored to floor; tub faucet was loose. Breakfast was minimal.
They required a $50 deposit that was not disclosed until check in. The next morning i checked my bank account and they had put 2 $50 charges on my account. I got it resolved but took multiple phone calls.
It had many places around to eat at a near by gas station
We had to go to another hotel because there was someone in our room already.
I was taught that if you don't have anything nice to say, keep your mouth shut.
Room was not fresh smelling had to keep the door open for fresh air . Bathroom was disgusting toilet was not clean and tub appeared not clean. Furnitures were nasty looking and old. Bedsheets were old. We bought comforters to sleep on. Will definitely not booking another Super 8 or any 2.5 rating hotels.
Older hotel but trying to fix it up a bit. Furniture kind of run down but comfortable. Staff was very friendly. Close to interstate, shopping and restaurants. If you’re picky this is not for you, but it was cheap and quiet. Would stay again.
if you need a basic room with basic amenities, then this type of hotel is for you. The location is excellent, but the hotel itself leaves MUCH to be desired. The roaches didn't help either.....
I start this by saying that part of this bad review is my fault. I didn't check for a non-smoking room. I live in Ohio and I don't think so much about rooms not being non-smoking. The bed sheets were clean, but the flooring in the sink area was sticky on my shoes. I walked over the rug in the bed area without my shoes and had dirty socks. The hair dryer didn't work. The outlet with the dryer didn't work. The light switch as I entered the room didn't work. It smelled terrible (again, I know this is my fault. The website said I couldn't change after ordering, so I figured I could put up with a little smoke smell for one night) but it was extremely smelly. I did look at reviews before I booked. A couple said needed updates and another said it was clean. All I wanted was clean. It was a stopover on our way to Georgia.
Fine value. The internet connection need some improvement.

This motel has made some improvements since we were there last. It's definitely not the Hilton but for the price and location, it's always perfect for us. The staff was helpful and nice and the room was comfortable...nothing fancy but I can't expect that for the price. We'll continue using this place!
Carpet was dirty, bathroom was dirty and there were roaches in and on the dressers. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone!
Ok, if you're looking for a place right off the highway with an IHOP next door then this is the place. But, if you'd like a place that also includes cleaning the room after every visitor than this might not be the place. When I opened the door there were dead roses laying on top of the A/C unit and trash in the trashcan. Seemed as though I got the bridal sweet after the bride had already left. It also looked as though there was some maintenance started on the room but they decided not to finish it. After all that there were hairs all over the sheets making the bed pad more inviting than the sheets. So if you bring your own maid and your own sheets then you'll be fine, otherwise don't plan on being comfortable.
