We came from out of state for a wedding. The first Front Desk agent was VERY helpful, going as far as checking the passes for me to insure our safe arrival ahead of the storm. Our room was on the first floor & had a great view of the lake with seating by the window to enjoy it. Rooms could use a small directory (there was 1 map at the front desk providing directional information) of local business with closing times since it’s such a small town. Beds were a touch hard for my liking but that’s a preference thing. Normal continental breakfast…if you’re really hungry head down to the topaz lodge for breakfast & a beautiful view of the lake while you eat. Overall rating would be 4.5 for price, seclusion, view & breakfast ❤️. Good Job little Best Western
The lake-facing rooms have a great view, and there's a casino a very short distance away that has very affordably priced food.
Friendly staff. Well kept and seemed to do a good job with Covid standards.
This hotel is in the middle of no where that’s why is ridiculously over priced. The bed sheets were stained and had hair I had to call the front desk for clean ones and was told they were clean. The restrooms is in really bad conditions. The outside of the hotel smells like urine and the rooms smell like dog.

My friend had an automobile accident and couldn't go. I tried to cancel on Tuesday and they wouldn't let me. $140.00 down the drain!!
Bigger, cleaner rooms with topaz lake view made our stay awesome. The breakfast in the morning had variety, staff was nice and helpful.
Very close to lake topaz... Very Very quiet. Enjoyed the views and a quick drive to the Casino and food.
Overall good. Room was spacious. We didn't have any problems during our stay.

Plumbing at toilet was not doing its job. Place overall (hallways, lobbly) kind of shabby, tired.
Large rooms very clean. Hot tub water smelled bad. They ran out of breakfast way before it was supposed to end.
Just an overnight stop for us, but very pleasant. Room was big, modern and very comfortable.
