Smoke in rooms

Very nice staff.

Everything was good. Only thing was I wasn't aware that I only had 24 hours to use my free play once I started my membership so I wasn't able to use it.

dirty, smelly facility, walls are paper thin, appliances and fittings are not well maintained. I was kept awake all night by some sensor that kept whining.

I have done significant travel around the world and stayed in many hotels. When I was younger I even backpacked and stayed in lots of budget hostels. Sadly this might be the dirtiest place I’ve ever stayed in. The carpet in the hallways is so dirty that it is muddy. You can’t tell if it’s intentionally supposed to be the splotched dirty color that it is. We had to move rooms four times to get one that was clean enough for us to feel like we could sleep in it. Even the one we had, had stains everywhere including on the nightstand. When I checked in their security door was broken between the casino and where the hotel rooms are. Even the security guards had trouble getting through the door to take me to the room. It did not feel safe or well-maintained. Guests were smoking in the hallways which is not allowed. Hate to write a bad review. This is the first bad review I have written in my life. Some of the staff were really friendly but overall this gets zero out of five stars. Biggest problem was absolute filth and dirt everywhere. Sorry to be spreading bad energy.

The carpet was disgusting. The smoke ventilation seems to not be good smelled really bad. There was only one person checking people in and they were taking a long time for each customer… unfriendly staff

No major complaints. Carpet was filthy. Convenient location. Quiet room. Pleasant pool area. Our particular room (2253) had no view.

My room was double booked and another family walked into the room while I was sleep.

reasonable price. Walking distance to the Las Vegas strip.

straightforward, simple, easy parking and check in.

The rooms are nice and spacious the pool area is nice. I've stayed at Silver Seven several times and the only thing I didn't like was the way the rooms smell. They could use better deodorizer.
