This modern, yet beachy home features three impeccably decorated bedrooms and two full baths, each with full showers and tubs. The Master Bedroom features a King Size bed, an in-suite bath with double sinks, the second bedroom has a Queen Bed, and the third bedroom contains two twins (max occupancy of 6 guests). Bedrooms 2 and 3 have French doors leading to an oversize porch. In the sitting room (separate from the main living room) a queen sofa bed is also provided for those times you wish to share your vacation home with friends or family.

This home features whitewashed pine hardwood floors throughout, evoking the feel of an old beach front cottage, yet provides every modern amenity you could wish for. The kitchen has granite countertops, double sinks and is stocked with lots of kitchen amenities. It also features a breakfast bar which seats four. The living room features a huge wraparound sofa, and wall-mounted flat screen television. Of course, cable, Wi-Fi and DVD player are included for your entertainment needs. Off the main living room is a sun-drenched, glass enclosed sitting room, perfect for curling up with a good book, or if duty calls, getting some work done at the desk placed below the round picture window. Just don't work for too long, as there is more to see!

This home has many gathering spaces including the front porch, large living area and the stunning backyard which features a heated lap pool and is truly a private, tropical escape surrounded by mature native Florida landscaping. Lounge in the sun in the chaise seating or relax in the shade in the porch swing made for two.

This dreamy beach home is located mid-island, close to Publix, and just a short block from the amazing white sands and blue waters of Fort Myers Beach. It is just a few steps from house to sea to watch the incredible sunsets each evening. Deeded beach access is at the top of the street, as is a convenient trolley stop. Park your car (plenty of parking both underneath this raised home and in its two driveways), settle in, and enjoy everything FMB has to offer!

This unit is pet-friendly with a 2-pet limit, pets are limited to dogs only. A written request at the time of booking is required to bring any animal, including pets, emotional support animals, and service animals. A non-refundable $200/animal fee applies for pets and emotional support animals. The fee will be added to your booking total, with applicable taxes when we receive your Official Animal Request to our email. Additional charges will be added for each unauthorized animal if animals are brought without permission.

This property is restricted to monthly rentals during peak season (Jan - Mar). Rentals must be from the beginning to the end of the month, multi-month rentals are available. Shorter stays may be available during summer and fall months.

This unit has a keyless entry so you can head right to the unit at check-in time. A code will be emailed to you a few days before arrival.
