Booked this room for a stay after a cruise. It is about 10 minutes from the cruise terminal and the airport. Shuttle goes to airport, not cruise terminal so you will need a ride. Check in was quick and painless, room smelled musty but aired out okay. Bed was good and room was clean. Shuttle was on time in the morning.

The hotel is in a decent location with a few fast food restaurants. Its good for a night or two stay if you're traveling from or through FLL. The shuttle runs hourly and is a great addition. Clean rooms. The only down is they need more staff for check in. We waited an hour and there isn't much room in the lobby so it got crowded. The hostess was talking with a guest for about 30 minutes giving suggestions while 10 of us waited in line with all our luggage.

The hotel is next to a small shopping center. There are Wendy, restaurant,Dollar Tree, Super market, good location. It is in the middle of the airport and the cruise port.

The hotel is close to a supermarket, close to a stripmall with some excellent shops, close to a RC church and very close to the airport, and all reasonably priced for a couple or small family. Very friendly and helpful staff and very comfortable beds. For such a small unit, the kitchenette was surprisingly well stocked. The only reason that I did not give all fives was because my AC emitted an odour when it came on.

We took a Carnival Cruise out of Port Everglades. This was a perfect hotel for this, had great rates, great service, clean hotel rooms, breakfast was a at the next hotel which was within the same parking lot but worth the walk for a good breakfast which was FREE!. Highly Recommended.

This hotel was exactly as described and was perfect for my overnight business stay needs. They allow pets, so that really sealed my choosing this hotel.

Very good hotel, great atentions, good location, i recomended, Its a vacation with the confort of your home.

Great one night stay we enjoyed the hotel so much will stay there again

Hotel was great had no problems with anything or the staff. Staff was very friendly and helpful!!!

Very quiet and peaceful I loved it . The room very cleaned and friendly staff

I made reservations for 2 rooms for 12 people total. Since they said they could accommodate us and were titled "suites", I did not think there would be an issue. I was told they had a shuttle from the cruise port and to the airport, which was a determining factor for staying there. The good: they were friendly and helped us to check in early, which really helped since the cruise let us out mid morning. The rooms had kitchen areas. The shuttle to the airport worked out great. The bad: when I called to get picked up from the cruise port, they told me they did not have shuttle service for picking people up. They said they can only drop off at the cruise port. Also, they were not ready for 6 people per room. They seemed surprised that we had that many people. It wouldn't have been a big deal, but they said they could accommodate us. Unfortunately these were only a single smallish room (the kitchen area was part of the entry to the room). The beds were called queen size, but they were doubles at best and there were only 2 (I don't think 2 queens would have fit) . We had to ask, but they were able to give us roll away beds for the others, however, they were very uncomfortable (you could feel the springs through the mattress) and took up the remaining space in the room. The rooms would have worked if it were only 4 per room. 6 was a big stretch for them.

Just was in town for one night & it was very pleasing. The staff was very polite & helpful. Location very close to the concert venue & airport.

Ok hotel but watch your bank account, Stayed last year and they put a deposit hold of $200.00 on my card it took 3 weeks for it to come off. Gave them a second chance this year and they charged me twice for a prepaid room. I will never go back there!

The reservation wasn't honored and I was charged for a suite, but told at the hotel all the rooms were suites. I paid for two suites with a bedroom and living room, one smoking and one nonsmoking, all that was available in that combination, but when we arrived only one was what I paid for. The other room was a room with a bed, couch and kitchenette in one room, not what I booked. The room reeked beyond belief and I needed to go down to the desk to get air freshener. In the morning, the toilet overflowed and the clerk offered me "As many towels as you need." I had to wait an hour an a half for someone to come up to fix it, then needed to request housekeeping, no one came. I went to the desk and saw several housekeeping staff having their coffee while the clerk handed me a mop and Lysol. The shuttle service to the pier was a complete goat rodeo as well. Grade school children could have coordinated it better. Don't stay at here!

room was very smoky immediately upon entry.they could not change our room due to being sold out that night.was not offered any kind of rebate for the inconvenience.not having an inhouse restaurant was not good as we had to get fast food across the street.

I paid about $100 for my one-night stay and was pleased with the experience. I had an overnight layover between flights so it was important to me that they had a shuttle to and from the airport that was convenient. There was a shopping plaza across the street that I walked to for something to do (a couple discount stores, fast food, restaurants) and the hotel had movies they loan, though I didn't utilize this service. If you're staying longer than one night, they do offer free laundry (you buy detergent) and the kitchenette was really nice. Overalls great value.

Very nice people and a step up from most extended stay type places. Everone goes out of their way to make you feel welcome.

Front desk people seemed not too eager to help. Had to wait for room and remind of luggage and shuttle to airport.

We loved the hotel staff and the room was sparkling when we first arrived. We stayed for over seven days so our room was cleaned every seven days. Other than that the location was convenient for us and we enjoyed our stay!

We stayed overnight after our 5 day cruise. The location was great with restaurants located across the street. The room was really clean and updated with modern features that I absolutely loved. We will definitely stay at this hotel chain again.
