Pool was colder than normal and staff did warn us prior to stay when we called. No hot tub- out of service. No Bar or poolside service d/t COVID-19. Room was cozy, warm, clean.

It was a beautiful hotel and the food is great! Cup soup for $4 was a little steep though.

Urban 52 5 stars Great service! Gorgeous property! Best in Fargo by far!!!

Rooms, well mine anyway needed any update, a good wash down, and some paint. The hallway carpet reminded me of the red carpet in the movie with Jack Nickolson in "The Shining". The kids loved the water slide, the pool was cold. The pool area had an area where you could have drinks, food, parties, ect., so lots of poolside space. Onsite bar/grill is awesome, the location is amazing- right across from Buffalo Wild Wings, Granite City, Shotgun Sallys, and the Mall.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like. This is a great hotel.

Great pool area for kids. Great bar area for adults.

Hotel shower head is at your belly button, literally, my head grazes the shower ceiling at only 6’5. Beds are terrible, pillows are like rocks. Room was clean enough but lacked any form of comfort, ordered food from lobby restaurant which never came due to restaurant being half full and staff couldn’t handle it, stay somewhere else!

My first morning, I ordered breakfast be delivered to my room. The food was perfectly cooked to order. Unfortunately, the person delivering the order - a white female whom I had never met - wanted to discuss hair practices of African American women and why did I, an African American woman, have a head scarf on my hair. I found it offensive and inappropriate. When I finished with the tray, the hotel let it sit in the hallway for over 24 hours, which is unsanitary. The following morning when I ordered breakfast to be delivered, it was not cooked to order. When I asked that the eggs be redone, hard boiled instead of poached, and the removal of the potatoes that I did not order and fresh bacon, the person delivering the order brought my eggs to the room wrapped in Saran wrap and told him he saw no need to fix my plate over again. When I contacted the front desk to complain to a manager, the manager refused to speak with me. I ended up checking out 3 days early and going to stay at the Hilton Garden Inn.

Hotel was overly expensive and did not get what you paid for. Pool was extremely cold and shower was to short for me so I had to crouch down to get under the shower head. I am only 5’11”. The food was expensive as well and was not the best. There was no access to a cork screw for a bottle of wine I had bought or a bottle opener. Had to walk down to bar to get them opened.

Good morning Steph, Thank you for taking time to review the Delta Hotels by Marriott, your feedback is greatly appreciated. I see that we may have fell short in a few areas of your stay, and would like to apologize about this. We are currently working on replacement of all wall coverings as well as carpet in the guest room hallways.
