Excellent location in the commercial district of Bismark. It is located a few miles from the airport and the Kirkwood mall and many restaurants are across the street and down the block. Room was very clean.

Our room was dirty with trash on the floor and tape on the walls. Our room was set to 80 degrees and it took 3 hours to get it cooled down. Our door was broken when we checked in and we went to notify front desk. Instead of giving us a new room, the receptionist worked on our door with us in the room. A lot of the games in the arcade are broken and take your money.

It was a good price for the stay. The place is very big and a bit of a maze. The hotel needs updating but the staff was friendly and rooms were clean

No laundry machines.

It was good. Pool was good. Friendly staff. The only thing that was a con was the place is huge. But doesn’t have a washer and dryer to do your own laundry. I would recommend the owners to at least put two of them in some where so people don’t have to travel to do laundry.

Hotel was not been kept up with whatsoever. Our door was all damaged, one of the staff in the front was extremely rude and didn’t seem like she wanted to be there or help anyone, half the arcade games ate our money or stopped working halfway through playing, and they said they would provide breakfast sandwiches and stuff but we got up and were leaving at 7 and there was nothing but a couple yogurts out.

The Bar in the hotel was stupid expensive. $14 for a 12oz busch light and a vodka soda. The only other thing that was bad. Is anyone who used the bathroom in the middle of the night. Woke everybody up because the toilet was super loud. And the lights for the bathroom were also the lights for the front half on the room.

Our AC was broken- maintenance guy in our room until midnight, no luck. 87 degrees in our room. Not clean feeling. Was not pleased.

My door and other doors need to be changed. The doors make the hotel look dingy. The air conditioner worked when it wanted too. The WiFi was terrible!!!!

Older facility with some updates. One oddity was the commercial toilet in our room was noisy and had no seat cover. Also the bathroom door was more like an outside entrance door
