Room was clean, front desk helpful. Bathroom door was super heavy and hard to close in our room. Pool cleaner was super unprofessional staring at my neice and made her uncomfortable, front desk says he’s foreign. In my opinion that does not excuse staring to the point my niece had ask him to look away while she removed herself from the hot tub and put a shirt on Door sign said hot tub closed at 11:30. While pool closed at 10. They left hot tub at 11:25. And are 18+. The manager on shift said it closes at 10 and the sign must need updating and that’s why he was staring at her to get out and couldn’t word it.

Everything was good and clean, we did not use the pool due to being there for other commitments. Only hiccup was that the outdoor door did not work when using the keycard. It worked for our room but not the outdoor door. We did I for the front desk about the problem.

The beds were very uncomfortable the room wasn’t the cleanest for the price we paid, also I have never had to put a deposit down for a room that I had already paid for… I wouldn’t recommend the hotel to others!

It was ok but the parking by our door was limited and we had to walk a long way to get to our door. The heat in the room was bad it was cold and the blankets were thin I slept in my bath robe, when the furnace started it was very loud and it stayed noisy. It is very inconvenient move around in the hotel, you have to walk along way to get to Lobby , pool, lounge.

Bathroom sink drain didn’t work. Got plug out, total gross grim. Shower had cracked grout with black spots. The heat didn’t work properly, either too hot or blowing cool air. Pillows horrible & only thin blanket in duvet. The door handle was lose with lose screw! Huge back parking lot and all lights off. Very unsafe. I asked for management & they were too busy to talk to me. They charged me for 11/22/25. I need to file refund for that day with insurance I purchased.

No restaurant, cafe or lounge as advertised. No food at all, aside from a desk w/coffee & apples for breakfast! Requested a room near elevator, assigned a room as far away from an elevator as possible (the hotel was empty). The most disturbing thing was elevators where not marked at all, so walking up & down hallways was painful, I also had a mysterious large stain in the bathtub that I would not use. Won’t be back ever! ps, it might behove the desk clerk to do a room check before checking someone in, you have so little business anyway, and so many empty rooms!
