The room had dated features like think late 90’s and a few mechanical issues. The main door to the room was missing the security latch. The only at to turn the light on on the bathroom casted light into the sleeping area. The front door was between 3/4” and 1” short leaving a gap that allowed us to listen to the soothing sounds of loud sketchy individuals, it was great I didn’t want to go to sleep until after 2 in the morning, I mean who does. The heater/air conditioner makes a loud slamming noise when it shuts off and if you pair that with the rest of the issues above it doesn’t make for a peaceful or relaxing sleeping experience.

Decent for the price per night. Lots of space and rooms were decent. Odd features like no separate bathroom/sink light fixtures, broken locks on doors, broken beds, no towels available at pool, broken arcade games (almost 1/2), and pool area is very very dirty with broken ladders and garden lattice used to separate pool areas. Staff was very helpful and friendly though!!

The staff here was absolutely wonderful! They were incredibly friendly and always ready to help with anything we needed. I also really enjoyed the pool. However, there were a few downsides. Unfortunately, housekeeping didn’t come by once during our entire 5-day stay, which was a bit disappointing. The fridge in our room wasn’t very cold, so the maintenance guy suggested just using the freezer instead, which was a bit of an inconvenience. Additionally, the coffee maker in the room wasn’t working, and breakfast was limited to just coffee and a few pastries. It felt like the owners were cutting costs, but the staff truly did their best to make our stay as pleasant as possible.

The front desk girl was rude. The entryway to the door smelled like marijuana.. the door to the hotel room was loose. Outside was tons of big, huge dog poop. Lining the sidewalk as you walked up to the door. It used to be one of the nicer hotel but needs a lot of work. Not kept up very well. They will try to charge you a $200 fee at any chance they can get. I had to speak with the manager. He was nice and professional and did. Adjust the $200 fee that was wrongly charged.. the girl at the front desk certainly needs some customer service skills training. They need to clean things up and renovate.
