Ramkota Hotel - Bismarck

The carpet was torn in the middle of the room. The bathroom door did not lock nor was there an exhaust fan. Also..we didn't notice any sprinklers in case of a fire.

Wife ended up with around 10 bites from bed bugs. Manager confirmed room had bugs after fumagator checked the room

It's a great hotel and I wouldn't hesitate to stay again or recommend to others.

Ramkota location is convenient and within walking distance of downtown. While the room was comfortable enough, it was odd to share a balcony with the room next door. Would ask for an outside room next time.

Ramkota was recommend by the tow truck driver, he was spot on. The hotel staff were helpful with anything we needed. Kind and caring staff!

We went to a concert... room was average... needed updates but was ok. would stay again

Very crowded, no pool towels for 3 hours. Room needs updating along with halls. Works great for family with pool and play area just dont expect a five star hotel for this price. Overall a nice place to stay.

4 squares of toilet paper and three kids when we arrived. Not a good combo. Called front desk they assured us they would have some brought up.........maybe the next guest got a roll. Thank god for a tissue dispenser. Coffee maker still had filter from previous user, and fridge still had food in it from previous guests.

We had the perfect spot; poolside room. A table right outside the gate by our room. We were able to read, play cards, eat pizza right outside the room & still be able to keep an eye on the kids. Waterslides are great! Rooms were very nice. The location was great. Restaurants nearby within walking distance. The cost of the room was not too pricey compared to other places; especially for the weekend.

The room was clean ,comfortable, and quiet. The lounge was relaxing and nice. Had a very good stay at this hotel.

The first night we were put in a room that is generally used as a conference room and we slept in a murphy bed that pulled out of the wall. The tv did not work and the air conditioner sounded like we had a cement mixer in our room. I found no way to contact orb and the hotel told me that was the only way we could cancel for the second night. Finally they did at least move us to another room with a regular bed for the second night. Booked a king non smoking through orb and received a queen. I paid $120 per night to orb and overheard the hotel clerk booking rooms for $99. Bad experience and no way to make changes.

I love the pillows you now have. They are very comfortable and are not real high or thick like other places.

the rooms/hotel were nicer than the Radisson in Bismarck. The beds were far more comfortable than Sleep Number beds. I loved this place to have a wedding. Great big ballroom and separate room for a social. However didn't like that there was no free continental breakfast or that the pool water was too cold to take my 6 month old in or for me to enjoy it.

close to eating venues, shopping. Some issues with lack of air conditioning the first night. Second night was better because the day was cooler. Quiet location. Be sure to ask for queen beds unless you want the murphy bed.

The hotel room was not clean. The floor in the room had not been vacuumed and there were food remnants from the previous occupant on the floor. The carpets were filthy both in the room and in the hallways. I travel to Bismarck often and will not use this hotel, again.

I wanted a hotel close to I94 and also to the ND historical society and this one fit the bill. Very close to link to I 94 W which was important as I was driving to Dickinson, Manning, Killdeer, and Dunn Center my first day and the long drive back to the Fargo airport my second. Having a fridge and microwave in the room was a big convenience.

The place was nice but a little congested in the pool area.

The hotel was nice... very crowded so was hard to get to the pool or brunch... our room keys didnt work several times and of course we were at the furthest room from the desk. also very loud with kids running and screaming early and late. But the hotel itself wasnt too bad. Older hotel, but the room itself was clean and nice.

We stayed here for the waterpark but it was too noisy when we tried to go to bed. Unfortunately we were "poolside" on the 2nd floor and heard the kids well into the night (11 pm). It wasn't easy to get our little ones to sleep. In addition, they ran out of towels early in the evening and when we went to swim at 10 am, they were all piled up dirty near the towel holder. They should have been washing them all night and cleaned up the beer and food garbage before it opened in the morning!

Comfortable weekend, but the pool area was nuts! about 200 people in the pool area all the time!
